| Dar grinned as he walked up to the impaled Titan. The first of the heroes had fallen! Ben's death would give rise to the hunting of heroes everywhere. Eventually, none would survive.
Dar thought about making some sort of comment before he killed the kid, but decided against it. He wouldn't talk to his prey any more than he would talk to a deer.
Walking up to Ben, Dar extended his clawed hand and squeezed at Ben's throat. The tips would stab into Ben's skin. Dar tightened his grip. It was time for the hero to die. |

| (Uh this is kinda closed >.< We're probably gonna finish soon anyways. Sorry. And guys, sorry I haven't been replying!)
Alissa smiled, dropping the illusion. Her eyes faded to their normal icy blue. She would have liked to watch him suffer a little more, but it was probably best to leave soon. Who knew when the police would get there.
She did step into the destroyed debris of the rooms they had battled in. Before she went home, Alissa wanted to see the Titan die. |

| As Ben's last breath drifted from his body, police sirens could be heard pulling up to the school. Many of the cops were speaking about calling the Titans for back up after seeing the reckage from the fight. They had sonic guns, which was the only weapon known to hurt almost all types of metas as they began to surround the area. |

| Dar smiled as Ben's life vanished before his eyes. He loved this experience: stealing the entire essence of a person. Ben's very life had been taken by force.
Dropping the corpse, Dar licked the blood off of his fingers. It tasted salty and stung his taste buds...perfect. He loved the taste of human blood.
Hearing the police sirens, Dar decided that it was time to go. Flying through the roof, Dar headed for the clouds to make his escape. He was sure that the girl could escape on her own. How did such a cute little girl get so much power?
The police saw Dar flying, but they didn't want to shoot until they knew if he was a friend or foe.
One officer held a pair of binoculars to his eyes and studied the flying figure. "Green and yellow armor..." The officer lowered the binoculars as Dar disappeared into the clouds. "That was one of those aliens that invaded a few years ago: a parademon!"
The police held their sonic guns closer. If there was one parademon, there were usually several. |

| As Ben lay on the floor with blood seeping from his many wounds, fires would start to ignite as the broken lights from the destroyed ceilings sparked and fell into the now exposed fuel pumps that used to line the now broken down walls and flooring that led into the stoves of the cafeteria. The JCPD quickly sprung into action trying to stop this disaster before it got off the ground, while evacuating other students that had been hidden during all the fighting. One of the students would rush past the weight room having taken shelter near there and then went inside only to find the corpse of a student. How sad it must've been for this young female to have to witness a dead body of someone who used to be in her gym class. - Spoiler:
She also noticed he had a funny watch on his wrist and went to touch it, even though she knew she probably shouldn't have and as she did so accidentally re-activated the Omnitrix. The device realizing it's host had been killed and had no way of transportation in the dangerous environment sent out it's own distress signal to Titan's isle. Seeing as it was still on the communicator's frequency. The signal would most likely reach Evan first because he'd be the quickest to decipher the distress's radio transmission due to it being in alien machine language. The Omnitrix would include in it's the distress, a beacon and general inquiry of the situation to all parties so they could come and retrieve it from it's dead host. |

| In Titan's Tower, Evan detected the signal. He ghosted his mind all the way to the watch in 10 seconds.
Ben was...dead. A Titan had died. Evan could almost not comprehend that this was happening.
But there was another human present. A girl was holding Ben, looking at his watch. If she didn't get out soon, she would die from the flames. Evan turned off his emotions for the time being. He needed to think clearly. The situation was clear to Evan: the Omnitrix needed a host, and this girl needed to escape the burning school.
To Evan, the two problems solved themselves.
Evan tried to ghost into the Omnitrix, but it seemed to have been updated in its defences since the last time he had attempted this. The watch was fighting back. It was resisting him by default.
"Are you going to let me help you or not? I can boost your power long enough for you to bond with that girl and get out of here. Let me in." |

| As The Omnitrix AI recognized the intruding technology, it would use it's life force based emp forcefield to keep the ghost Evan at bay. However, upon Hacker's explanation as to why he was trying to get into it's systems the AI would recognize that this was the being it had sent a distress signal too and that the old host indeed did trust the program. In compliance the Omnitrix allowed Evan access to all of the systems Ben had unlocked, but not any locked features. However, one of the one's Ben did know was the sequence to sever it's connection to his wrist, which without the sequence the Omnitrix was irremovable. |

| Evan interfaced with the Omnitrix now that it was helping him. It seemed that he needed a code to separate the watch from Ben's wrist. This would essentially be leaving Ben to die.
Evan peeked a glance at Ben's face. He was saying goodby to his friend, forever.
If Evan could cry, he would have. As it was, he simply hacked the code to remove the watch from Ben's wrist. In a flash of light, the watch would disconnect from Ben, and would quickly fly over to the girl's wrist. The girl didn't know what was happening, but suddenly the watch would transform her molecules into a new body.
This is the last life that Ben saved, Evan thought. Suddenly, the transformation was complete. The girl was now Jetstream! Knowing that the girl wouldn't know how to use the powers yet, Evan spoke directly to the Omnitrix AI. "Take control. Get us out of here!" |

| As the female Jetstream looked around, she was not in control of herself. It was instead the alien Jetstream's personality in the the body of the alien. The aquatic being saw the danger and immediately began to unleash multiple streams of water from her palms and feet. The jets from her feet propelling the girl into the air as she flew around the room and put the flames out. The Omnitrix had suppressed the new host's mind and allowed her alien personality to take over, feeling the creature itself would be better equipped to handle the situation even if it was just primal extinct driving it. The form in itself a bit different from Ben's version. It was much more slender and had two breasts along with more slanted eyes and the wires that ran along her body seeming longer and in larger quantiles around the head to mimic a woman's hair. After putting out all the flames in the room, the alien would almost leave the body and the school to burn to the ground, however, the girl's mind inside seeing through it's eyes that her school was going to burn and the boy was going die to was acting off primal urges. Her feelings overcame it and forced the female Jetstream to stay.
The alien would then decide to show it's true power, something not even Ben had mastered. Flying out of the window and then up to the top of the school where it began to spin around and around like a spinning top while spraying out water jets. The gallons of water falling from the sky like rain and aiding the JCPD in putting out the flames. However it seemed like it wasn't enough. At least until the spinning sprinkler like alien would rotate faster and faster and faster until it was a large whirpool like twister with Jetstream at the center of it. It was like nothing the cops had ever seen before, the whirlpool would then completely engulf each section of the school washing out the fires completely until everything was soaked and the school along with Ben's body was saved. Afterwards Jetstream would stop spinning and the water all dropped to the ground. The alien itself landing just in front of the police and then reverting back to human form. Using that much power to make enough water to save the school took a lot and timed out the Omnitrix a lot earlier. |

| As Evan ghosted back to the tower and the Omnitrix went offline to recharge. The girl fainted in front of the Policemen who picked her up and took her to the hospital, thinking that the flames might have filled her lungs with soot. However, being an obvious meta-human the authorities were careful in the way they handled her. Not wanting to set off a transformation or something. They would also recover Ben's body in the wake of the incident and loaded it into the EMT ambulance vehicle. They found an ID, but were unable to locate any address that they could call or let them know of the teen's passing...so sad. So isnead they would take him to the ,org where he would be put on ice until someone came to claim the body and if no one did they would just cremate the corpse. Meanwhile, the Omnitrix was in the hands of a random civilian girl somewhere out there in the city. The most powerful weapon in the universe was now an irremovable bad fashion accessory for someone, this could be a problem.
END OT: All other things can be handled later in different threads. |
