It started when an alien device did what it did...

Summary: A portal opens up in the middle of Downtown Jump City, spitting out a familiar Titan Alumni and a powerful alien hired to murder him. However, he seems to have changed since the last time he was in Jump City, which was just about half a year ago.
Time: Around Noon

It was midday in Jump City once again and people were hustling and bustilng about the streets. Although, in just a few moments the flow of daily life would be interupted by a space/time portal yet again. The contents of which looked like a miniature black hole and as it opened instead of sucking everything inside of it the cloud of nothingness just spat out broken machinery, rocks, paper and most importantly two beings onto the middle of the street. Then as quick as it came, the black hole disappeared like a fading cloud, leaving the two beings to block traffic. One of them was a teenage boy, nothing really special about him from appearance; brown hair, green eyes, blue skinny jeans, green jacket, a watch and a pair of worn down vans. No, it was the second thing that came out that would catch everyone's eye as it stood up. It was tall and thin with a grey almost completely bald cranium and tribal markings. It donned blue and black armor from out of this world, plus a watch matching the human that came with it. The alien also had beady red eyes that seemed to glow or glimmer as it looked around at it's surroundings. People began to run and scream in the usual format as the alien scanned the city and then turned back to see the young boy dusting himself off with a smile on his face. The alien in question seemed very angered with their current situation, while the teen just smirked confidently.

"What have you done!? Where are we, this was not the intended location Ben Tennyson?"



The aliens name was Bram, he was an enforcer for the Albedo Corps. back in his universe. A group of aliens all doned with a mock version of the Omnitrix, the most powerful weapon in their universe and just so happened to rest on the wrist of the boy he was pointing an accusing finger at. Although, unlike Ben's Omnitrix it did not time out or glitch at all, allowing him and the other enforcers to stay in alien form as long as they wanted. The trade off for this power however, was that their knock off Omnitrix's had a limited number of aliens. In Bram's case just one transformation and the damage they received in alien form transfered to the host. This is due to it using more power to keep them in that transformed state and not having any left over to protect them from injury.

"It's not WHERE are we, it's WHEN are we. It looks like you missed your date with the younger me by almost a year chrome dome. By this time I had already returned home to Earth and kicked Vilgax's butt with my new aliens from this universe."

As Ben spoke he would dust hismelf off and grab a news paper that was laying on the ground near by, poiting out the year and month. All the while smiling as the realization came to Bram's face that his mission was already a failure. Even though he was part of the Albedo Corps. he was more of a rougue assasin, working for whoever paid the most money and at the moment that was Ben's number one nemisis back in his universe...Vilgax. Bram would then start to rotate the dial on his own Omnitrix, which glowed yellow instead of green and spoke before slamming down on it's dial.

"You may have thwarted my plan to destroy the younger more inexperiecned version of yourself Ben Tennyson, but I can still kill you and then return to reap my reward. I imagine Vilgax will pay me handsomely for doing what he failed to accomplish all these years..."

Bram would then push down on his Omnitrix's dial and suddenly began to layer up in armor. Horns would form on his head like that of an ox, but his hide would grow harder and scaley like that of a dark blue colored dragon. His frame grew twice the size of Buffalo with his upper body gaining the most bulk and his plams and feet turned into hooves that dug into the concrete as he stood on his hind feet. His eyes changed from red to a yellowish glow, along with two vampiric fangs lowering from his upper jaw; finishing off his transformation into Xilla Terok!

"And that's to rip the Omnitrix from your cold tattered body!!"

It would seem that Bram would gain a serious increase in attitude as the alien bulls personality showed. For when he spoke, grunts and steam would emit from his mouth and nostrils. Then he would drop down on all fours and charge at Ben in a fullsteam ahead type motion. His armored boy ready to crush the boy on contact, however, Ben wasn't visibly that worried. He had fought Bram a few times before and knew this alien's weaknesses and strong points. It's hard shell while in motiion could bowl through most sturdy surroundings such as steel, diamond, etc and also possesed bull like speed with a hide thick enough to deflect regular bullets and laser fire. The main flaw so to speak had to be it's sight. Terok's can't see very well and can't turn on a dime while running, causing them to crash most of the time. Also high concussional impact such as explosions do very well against it.

"Seriosuly, why do you have to call all the aliens by their specie's name. You should come up with something more creative like Vampir0x. Get it, because he's like a bull with long bat fangs or maybe even Krimzon!"

As Xilla attacked Ben he would realize it's weakness and dive sideways, rolling out of the way as the oxen like alien smashed face first into the side of a Hundai and put a dent in it so huge it looked like a giant smashed soda can. Ben would then spin his little quip at the alien, who would be busy digging his head out at the moment. After saying his own alien's name, Ben would press down on the original green themed Omnitrix's faceplate and begin his own transformation into the alien he had in mind. His skin would start to become hard like diamond and deem a red tint. Two large spikes would sprout from his back as his clothes morphed into a green and black Omnisuit. His facial features would all disappear except for the now green eyes and mouth, while another spike rose from the top of his how pointed cranium; completing his transformation ito the explosive alien Krimzon!

"Actually, on second thought that name's already taken. But, you can have these instead."

Krimzon would then morph the fingers on his right arm into spikey crystals and fire them at Bram, who had just freed hismelf from the car wreck and turned around to see crystals coming right at him. Most would miss and hit the deformed vehicle behind him, while others dug into the ground and he himself would catch one in his hand.

"You'll have to do better than that child."

"...I did."

Unannounced to the alien assassin, as he spoke the crystals would all begin to glow with a yellow charge and suddenly explode in a red burst of energy! Thus sending the beast flying atleast twenty feet into the air before tumbling down and through the roof of a grocery store. Ben would then dash over to the mart and walk through the glass doors to see all the pedestrians inside in masss hysteria. It was not because a crystal warrior alien had ssuddenly entered the building, but due to Bram having regained composure rather quickly and was now holding a shopping cart with a store clerk that he had placed inside it over his head with one hand.

"Put her down, this is between us."

"Fine, I never much cared for the taste of human blood anyway. It's too conceited and venomous, you can have her!"

Ben's eyes would widen as the alien bull hurled the cart at him, luckily Ben caught the cart and placed it down on the ground. Although, the force that Bram had thrown it with did cause him to go skidding back a few feet. Krimzon would then shove the shopping cart away after putting it down, wheeling the young woman to safety just in time. For at that moment, the Xilla Terok would take the oppurtunity to charge at the diamond studded hero and hit him in a head on collission. The force of the tackle so powerful that he was able to brake through the store's side wall and then into and through the next building, all the while still holding onto Ben; finally letting go of him as they charged back into the street. A little dazed now, Krimzon would drop to his knees and look up only to meet a thunderous uppercut from Bram! Sending him hurtling down the block and into a tree that had been planted near the sidewalk. As he hit it the crackle of the bark breaking could be heard around for at least half a mile, as the large oak crumbled and feel into the intersection. Krimzon woud just lay there amongst the splintered tree trunk, sprawled out with a rather large crack in his crystal skull due from the impact of the hit he received courtesy of Bram's hard hoove like fist. The enforcer steadily approached now, walking on his hind legs and a wicked gleam in his eye.

Kara had been... rather sad, in the past few months. She had just suffered a lot of things. There was the whole issue about New Krypton that she had to deal with and then after several months when she had finally returned to Earth, and Jump City, she had found that Ben, whom she had grown so attached to, was gone. Heck, half the reason she had returned to Jump was to see him again.

So, she just leapt seamlessly across the skies of Jump, holding her Titans Communicator in her hand and staring at it with sad eyes. She sighed. Sometimes she hated being Kryptonian. Yes, she missed her family, her friends, her people and her culture dearly, more so than Kal-El, who did not even remember any of it, ever could. But still, she had already become close to making a new family on Earth and she did not need ghosts of the past to come and haunt her. Apparently, during the whole New Krypton incident, she had missed Ben leaving, Christmas, her boyfriend had been pummeled almost to death by an evil clone of her that she had yet to find and capture, and even an attack on the West Tower.

To sum it all up, Kara was not happy.

Her super hearing suddenly detected an explosion nearby. She sighed, clipping her communicator onto the belt on her waist. This looked like a job for Power Girl, it would seem. Basically because no one else was around to do the hero work at the moment.

In a blur and streak of white, Kara found her way into Downtown by allowing her superhuman senses to guide the way and her superhuman speed to take her there. She still couldn't fly, well damn. When she reached there, coming up onto the roof of a nearby building, she found a red alien, and blue one, battling it out. For some reason, this seemed deja vu-ish to her. Regardless, she yelled, using her sonic powers to enhance her voice as if it was coming from a loudspeaker.

"OI! Cut it out, ya bastards. What does this look like to ya, Gladiator Planet?! Take it to Alpha Centauri!"

As soon as she said that, she cracked her fists before jumping down and suckerpunching Bram, sending him flying back and crashing into another nearby building, away from Krimzon. She then turned around her head to look at the fallen, but steady getting up, Krimzon. She jerked her thumb towards the sky.

"Like I said, unless you wanna end up becoming splatter, take it to Alpha Centauri. Or War World."

"Wait, it's not a trick I swear I really am Ben. Look, let me explain. This is Bram and notice he's got an Omnittrix too. After I went home to my own universe, I fought many villains for many years using new aliens I got from here. One being Ultra Ben, which I think I scanned form either you or Dan. Anyway in the future my enemies found a way to make their own Omnitrix's, but still failed to beat aliens from this realm that I used, so they sent an assassin to kill younger me. However, I stopped him from reaching back a few months ago when I first got here and instead we both popped out of the time stream here...I hope you kind of got all that."

Ben wasn't sure if she believed him or not, or if she even trusted him if she did. The last time Ben came out of a portal here he was possessed and not only attacked her, but killed his friend. Hopefully this time she kind of knew he was telling the truth because Bram, unlike Argorox was still breathing, even though he was knocked out for the moment.
