«««SKILL SET»»»
PowersTelekinesis: Joshua can use this power to manipulate visible inorganic objects within 50 feet of himself (excludes all sentient beings/player characters). The level of control and number of items he can levitate varies based on the weight of the object. He can lift up to five light objects (less than 50 pounds) up to 50 feet/sec, three medium objects (50-500 pounds) up to 15 feet/sec, and one large object (500 pounds - 2 tons) at a speed of five feet per second. Larger objects put quite a strain on Josh's powers and he can only lift them upwards at one-half of a foot per second. If he can't focus enough (i.e. if he is attacked), he will drop the object wherever it currently is.
Sub-power: Telekinesis shield - By focusing his power, Josh can create a telekinetic shield to deflect incoming attacks. The effectiveness of this shield depends on how hard Joshua focuses. A simple shield takes 3 seconds of focus to generate and will deflect lighter and relatively slower objects (blades, arrows, bowling balls, etc), while lessening the blows from faster moving or organic objects (punches, bullets, etc) and still allowing Joshua full range of movement. A medium shield takes 3 seconds to generate and will deflect heavier and faster objects (bullets, objects such as thrown house safes and anvils) while making Josh's movement more sluggish, as if he were walking underwater. A heavy shield takes 5 seconds to generate and will stop objects up to a thrown car, but render Josh completely immobile. While using his shield, Josh can neither control other objects nor use his wings. He can drop the shield on command to regain use of his movement and other powers.
Flight: Joshua can materialize white feathered wings on his back and use them to fly. While flying, Josh can actively flap his wings to move at up to 50 miles per hour for up to 30 minutes, or glide indefinitely at up to 30 miles per hour. He can fly up to 200 feet above sea level.
Sub-power: Healing - Josh's wings heal much faster than he does while they are dematerialized. Minor wounds like bullet holes or stab/slash wounds will fill in after a minute of being stored, while bigger wounds (anything up to baseball-size holes) could take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to heal. Anything bigger, up to and including total destruction of his wings, will take an hour to heal.
SkillsBasic Hand-to-Hand combat
Piano/Keyboard playing
Physical WeaknessesInclement Weather: Josh's wings are fairly sensitive, to the point where difficult weather can affect his ability to fly. In weather colder than 30 degrees Fahrenheit, Josh will be unable to fly, and in heavy rain Josh can only fly at half speed and height, with no way to glide.
Non-physical: Energy and elemental-based attacks will completely bypass Josh's telekinetic shield.
Mental WeaknessesArrogance: Josh is quite proud of himself and his abilities, to the point that he tends to underestimate any opponent or danger he nay be faced against.
Collateral damage: While not too dismayed by the occasional amount of property damage, excessive collateral damage inflicted on innocent civilians or his allies tends to tick Josh off. While he tends to maintain the appearance of a cocky attitude, Josh will try to find the quickest way to minimize said damage, and can be convinced to make more foolhardy choices if he believes it will deescalate the situation.

«««CEREBRAL PROFILE»»»
PersonalityDue to his pride in his abilities, Josh can initially come off as cocky or stand-offish. Even once he's made friends with someone, he can still appear to be a bit mischievous, often making jokes at their expense or keeping them out of the loop on things he knows about. He does care for these friends however, and will do whatever he can to keep them safe should they fall into danger. Josh can be a bit intolerant or even openly dismissive towards those he disagrees with, particularly anyone who views Meta Humans as a nuisance or lesser than normal humans. While he is more tolerant around his friends, he rarely lets them forget when they are or were wrong, even over very little things (albeit in a fairly joking manner usually).
When facing opponents, Josh's condescending nature comes out in full force, and he will frequently judge an opponent he views to be in the wrong. While he will "play to win" so to speak, he rarely treats an opponent seriously unless they prove themselves to be a bigger threat. An easy way to do this is to generate collateral damage, which will cause Josh to take his opponent quite seriously and look for the easiest way to resolve a situation.

Habits/HobbiesWhen mad or looking to relax, Josh will often play the piano, read, or go for a flight to calm himself down. If his wings are out when he is nervous, he tends to flap them fairly unconsciously, causing him to float a bit above the ground.
«««PERSONAL BACKGROUND»»»
Family Members: Aaron Noble (father), Kara Noble (mother)
Place of Origin: San Francisco, CA
HistoryJoshua Noble was born to a wealthy family in San Francisco. While they did care for him deeply, both were heavily involved in management positions in large companies, meaning they were frequently too busy to spend time with him. They also possessed an air of superiority to those they viewed as less important than them, which Josh would frequently adopt when confronting others he didn't agree with. Due to the lack of time his parents spent with him, Josh chose to keep his powers a secret as they began to manifest, opting to train himself on how to use them effectively without letting his parents know.
Shortly after learning to control his powers, Josh took to moonlighting as the hero Angel, a fact he continued to keep secret from his parents by sticking to dealing with average criminals. As his crime-fighting career continued, Joshua became more confident in his abilities, bringing out his more cocky attitude. Around the same time as the Titans' call for heroes echoed around the world, the Noble family moved to Jump in order to manage their companies' external branches. Unlike some kids who may have been disheartened by such a change, Josh saw only opportunity in the move in the form of a chance to further his superhero career.
