Beamer Teacher

It has come to my attention, as I'm sure it has been noticed by many of you as well, that the B-team is a class full of meta-students with much potential, but no guidance. For months now they've only been able to do mediocre threads for the simple reason, they can't really participate in the big ones. When the team was first created, we had a teacher who gave them missions to do as extra-curricular studies. But that's not enough for a class and we all know it.

I would like to nominate Bow to fill this gap in our student's lessons.

Though she may not be qualified as an actual educator, and still lacks some training herself, I believe she is a great fit for this role. Her personality is perfect for that of a mentor. She is patient and kind, understanding, and at least somewhat knowledgable. If she doesn't know how to help a student, she will go above and beyond to learn and figure it out. Though she herself may not be very wise in all these matters, she has many around her who are. I am positive that if she went to Kyte or Yang about anything, they could help her, and she could in turn help whoever need be.

I am mostly writing this post for feedback from B-teamers, though anyone is welcome to participate in the discussion and/or poll. I just want to make sure the site as a whole thinks that she would make a good teacher. It's kind of like a hiring process to me. And all of you are the committee.
