Kuro looked over to Toji when he complimented his car. It wasn't anything fancy. He tried to remember machine guns, and then said they were big guns with boxes on them. Kuro looked at him in slight bewilderment. "I suppose those qualify, Toji-kun, but I was mainly speaking of weapons such as uzis and MAC-10s. Or Tech-9s."

Toji blinks, tilting his head."Uzis? Mac-10s? Tech-9s?......Wait, isn't Tech-9 a rap artist?" To be fair, he hadn't had much interest in learning the actual names of the variety of weapons the thugs he faced off against used.The young halfling figured all he needed to know was leadslinger+baddie=pummel first.

Kuro blinked. He wasn't really that invested into the genre of rap music. "I do not surely know, Toji-kun. But a Tech-9 is an automatic weapon. The concept of an automatic weapon is that it fires bullets very quickly, automatically." He drove into a tunnel, soon coming out of the other side and parking. He got out, locking the car after Toji left, and started walking into the gun shop.

Toji nods, grinning sheepishly."Right.....gotcha." When they arrive, the young halfling hops out, following him inside. Looking around, he oooohs.So many cool weapons....He may not be a gunner, but the boy could appreciate a well crafted tool.

Kuro made sure Toji stuck by his side, as he didn't want the little mischief maker running around a weapon shop unattended. When he got to the counter, he handed the man a slip and some money. He looked at the slip. "Oh. You're finally back for it."

Kuro waited patiently. When the man returned, he slid him a wooden box over the counter. Kuro nodded, bowing slightly, and then turned, leaving with Toji. When they got to the car, he put the box up on the trunk, and opened it, showing Toji the pistol inside. "This is a gun from another time in my life. I would like you to have it, Toji-kun."

Toji pouts slightly. Hmph...couldn't engage his curiosity...Ah well.Shrugging, the boy waves at the counter guy with a grin."Hiya!!!" Watching curiously as they interact, he follows Kyte back out, head tilted as eyes examine the box.Watching as the elder teen opens the box, Toji blinks."A weapon of yours....Wow....T-thats a pretty high honor...." He looks up at him, smiling gently."I'll make sure to treat it well."

Kuro nodded, and then shut the box, driving Toji to the pier near the bay so that he could get to Titans Tower. "I will be home shortly. I must run a few errands." He then left Toji to his own devices, driving away unless he had anything else he wanted to discuss.

Toji nods, hopping out."Righty-o, pack brother!!" He directs a cheeky grin at him, then tilts his head."You be safe, OK?" After he drives away, Toji sighs. He missed being able to hang full out with his pack...but he knew it was best he didn't. Time to go to the tower...He blurs away.
