Inside Miley's Head

Now that Miley's mind and body were no longer synced up to make her body react to different things her nightmares in her coma sped up in time once again. Weeks went by as her father abused and tortured her though Miley found herself in a loop now. Miley was determined not to eat people no matter how hungry she got. And unknowingly to her until she woke up the next morning perfectly fine and full, Miley would die in her sleep due to starvation.

To her time was passing normally but oddly some how resetting and her mind adjusted to something that fit to her understanding of time passing to try to cling to something of familiarity that was besides her father. Which was merely the fact that over time you grow but Miley noticed long ago how she didn't really get any taller or bigger but her hair grew so her mind took that and allowed her hair to grow despite things looping over. Her mind wanted to remind it's self that what had happened before things seemed to reset happened so a good marker for her was her hair length so her mind adjusted to it and kept her hair length growing at a normal pace for her and kept what it grew when everything else reset.

Miley's hair had by now grown a few inches not too much bit still longer. One thing that miley noticed was that when ever things reset for her so did the level of her father's rough treatment and since it reset usually at the same mark each time the treatment level stayed within a small limit. This caused Miley now to become accustomed to the pain for the most part and like watching a horror movie's beginning over and over she was dull now to the fear partly due to now knowing that this man was her father since her fathers knew how to increase pain over time to always make it more painful and bring into a scare factor.

One could say that Miley managed to break the system for what she was put into since she was meant to face her greatest fear over and over until she over came it and she had managed to figure out that her greatest fear was no longer a real thing that was in front of her and for her that completely destroyed the scare factor thus allowing her to over come the fear presented to her and became numb to her. Though what no one knew not even the woman who put her into this state miley was in 2 forms of a coma, The forced one the woman created for her that she had over come, and a true coma.

The difference between the two was that the first one was like an old fashioned game with preplanned out patterns and rules that she had to follow in order to escape and caused the 'nightmare' she faced to repeat until she beat it. But that coma like state being coma like but not truly a coma didn't really allow for outside causes to leak into her subconscious for her to interact with like she has been which is where the mix of the normal over top of this came in. Now with miley out of mental cage of the forced coma miley was free to roam but was still stuck in a maze of a normal coma but the difficulty of how to get out of this one was more complicated due to it having no rules, no guidelines, and no exact way on how to escape.

It was now a maze in her mind that she was stuck in not just a cage. Now that miley was in the normal coma like state this meant that she could roam around now through out her subconscious as she tired to escape not just in one layer of it labeled fear. Miley satin her cage lightly holding her legs as she stared down at the ground before narrowing her eyes. Before she had nearly escaped but was stopped due to broken bones but now thanks to a restart she was perfectly fine and now, the gap before her father came would be the right time to try to escape.

She Looked to her chains and grabbed them and froze them as she clenched them shattering them into pieces. She then looked to the bars and ran at them while shooting ice out freezing them. She then leaped at them and shattered them. She tumbled into the darkness but got back onto her feet and started running trying to get to the wall that had the door but no matter how far she ran she never hit a wall. Suddenly a brightly light surrounded her and she quickly held her arms over her eyes since they had to quickly adjust. she slowly stopped running and lowered her arms too see that she was now in an abandoned building.

She blinked looking around before pausing and noticed that her long hair wasn't visible any longer and her clothes were different now. She seemed to be wearing a top that was very large on her. it had one short sleeve and the other was just two parts of it tied together in a knot to work as a strap. The said that had a sleeve showed off her shoulder and the main top was purple with the word Smile spray painted on it with a small camera in the corner of the shirts design. She blinked feeling the paint on it curiously before looking down to see she was wearing jean shorts and purple converse shoes.

Her hair was blonde and pulled back no win a pony tail and her ever so light but noticeable freckles were showing. She stared at herself for a long time in sort of a loss. She sometimes imagined herself looking like this when she wondered what she would be link if she had been raised as a human. She then heard toji reading out loud but sounded much older off in the distance. She leaned her head forward a bit listening to the voice and followed it walking around debree from the building falling apart with age. She gently held the side of a doorway that's door was missing and looked inside seeing a frost blue haired old main with a beard and spiky hair rocking back and forth in his chair as he read to children.

One had a red and orange costume and orange hair with freckles, another had a tan outfit and long blond hair, another had a white tshirt on and looked like he wore normal clothes and had brown hair and was a bit bigger than the others. Another one had normal clothes and pink and long hair, and the last one wore a black and blue costume with brown and blue hair and pointy ears. All of the children looked really interested in the story though the blond one started poking the red head in the side while smirking and the red head looked off. The boy in the white shirt and the girl with the pink hair laughed a bit while the one in black and blue rolled her eyes looking annoyed as she tried to focus on the story.

Miley blinked but moved back and started walking down the hall again. She was rather confused on where she was and what was going on but then stopped at another door hearing a woman's laughter. She looked in and froze a bit blinking as she saw a man with bright red hair that was slightly slicked back and wore semi professional clothes and a woman with freckles and very long blonde spiked out hair wearing dark in color clothes that kinda looked like ones you'd find on some rebellious teen in school. The woman chugged a large cup of soda as the boy tried to keep up and do the same but failed to do so.

The woman then snatched the mans cup form his hands and chugged his too slamming both cups upside down on the table they were at. She then punched the air then kicked it bouncing on her heels as she did a victory dance. The man chuckled blushing lightly as he scratched the back of his head watching her smiling lightly. The woman then crouched down a bit and jokingly did fake punches against the mans stomach. "I think you may want to cut back on the soda you're getting a bit too hyper again." He said with a light smile before she suddenly put him in a head lock and pulled out a camera.

"One should never cut back on soda, for soda is the drink of the gods!" The woman proclaimed then smirked at him. "That and it's far too much fun chugging it." She said with a giggle aiming the camera. "Smile!" As she took the picture the two vanished and miley was left confused as to what she saw as there was now a crib with a baby in it as the man who looked a few years older showed the picture to the baby with a heart broken look on his face. "And then she gave me the photo...." He said before vanishing with the baby. Miley then froze a bit as she stared at the now empty room.

Outside Miley's Head

Miley lays still responsive of any of what happened inside her mind.

Toji smiles back, nodding."Thanks.." As she asks her questions, he thinks."Uhm...I don't know if she likes it...I kinda picked it at random...thought I'd let her know I was here, you know?" He rubs at his eyes again, clearing his throat."Her name is Miley.And...she's my good friend.."

In her head

Miley the heard a meow and turned to see 3 cats sitting behind her and stared at her. One was white with yellow stripes, another was orange with some darker orange near brown stripes and the third was red with some dark red stripes. Miley started to kneel down to touch one but they all started to run off down the hall. She stared for a moment but then started to run on all fours after them, she didn't know why but she felt like she had to catch them. She ran faster ad faster as she passed by rooms that each held a memory. In one a much older version of the man before rawred ad threw a red haired 2 year old girl into a cage and slammed ad shut the door as the girl cried having cut up her elbow and knee upon landing.

The girl shouted as she cried trying to walk on all fours over to her father limping due to hurting knee and elbow. "Daddy...?" she made it over to the bars ad sat down as he backed up towards the door and she held her hand out to him. "Daddy....?" he the closed the door and the room went black "Daddy!" another room had an older version of the girl laughing as she sat with 2 other versions of herself and as miley passed it the 2 girls disappears showing the girl laughing alone i the cage with tears staining her cheeks. Another room held Miley from a few years ago running around a dusty old tower laughing while her new friends spoke an odd foreign language.

The girl did't care if she couldn't understand them she was just glad to finally not be alone. The image then shifted to Bow teaching her how to walk then to miley laughing as she snatched one of yangs sodas from her to her just messing around with her friends to her leaving to her crying when she was all alone again. Another door showed her with new friends ad her ice skating to her leaving on a boat to get back to jump. Another showed her not being able to reconnect with any of her old friends, to her jumping around from place to place sleeping in alleys, abandoned buildings ad finally the forest.

Miley sat down by a tree looking around hope fully but just started to frown looking down and lightly held her knees. She frowned as she realized the mistake she had been unable to stop but still made ad realized she was all alone again. She teared up and started to silently cry as she sat there. The next door held her smiling brightly as she walked with a skip in her step with Zack as she walked into the forest and held her arms out presenting her living space and the tree she slept at. He sat down leaning against the tree and she plopped down ext to him hugging him smiling brightly the two falling asleep together in each others arms.

Time skipped forward to may occasions where she spent all day sitting at the tree with a hopefully smiling waiting for zack to show up spending hours at a time waiting for him. Most of the days she spent as time wet o frowning and looking down as she held her knees feeling lonely as she sat there alone until he showed up which each time she pounced o him excitedly. The next door showed her running into Jenny both getting into fighting poses but miley stopped and held her hand out to Jenny she blinking but taking it. She was yanked over and the two laid down at the beach in the sad ad stared at the stars as they talked both soon starting to smile as they talked.

It then skipped to the two talking ad joking around, then to them wrestling over soda, to jenny handing miley some chips who took them and hugged jenny happily. the next door showed her and toji's first meeting and how they talked to each other miley showing him her scared tattoo the the two hugging it the hopped to them playing tag ad sharking some jerky she made to her hugging him when he was cold putting a jacket on him ad booping his nose then to him accepting it ad her leaving. She smiled brightly waving then it skipped to her sitting at the tree again waiting on zack but she was smiling softly now as she thought about she and all of them hanging out and the small possibility of her other friends and her getting back together again for once not feeling alone.

The next door showed her being brutally beaten by lillith hoping that one of her friends would find ad save her but as far as she knew.... no one came... it then skipped to her then being chained up and sitting for going on half a year alone once again and spending most her time silently crying or shouting in anger that she had lost her friends again and was all alone unknowing that her friends were visiting as much as they could and staying by her side. Miley then managed to catch up with the red cat and pounced on it grabbing it as the cat turned to flames and she was in a new area. She blinked looking to her arms as the flames blew way. She blinked as she noticed that she was now in her demon form.

Her freckles were still there but now she had deep red hair and now was in a simple t shirt and pants with her usual purple shoes her red tail laying on her lap. she then gasped as she was hit with a freezing breeze and held her arms as she looked around seeing that she was in what looked like an area with snow as far as the eye ca see and looked like a stow storm was coming as clouds were moving in and it started to snow. She shivered breathing out thick white air as it rapidly was getting colder. She slowly got up ad blew fire room her mouth a bit as she cupped her hand near it to get them warm and then rubbed her arms.

She the walked through the thick snow that went up to half way up her calve shivering as the snow got faster and the storm picked up her hair blowing in the wind. She winced in the cold her demon form being the farthest thing from a good pick in this kind of weather. She walked for hours but after a while she fell to her knees holding her arms ad she breathed out trying to make fire but only smoke came out though it was quickly blown away in the raging snow storm. She found it hard to keep her eyes open her eyelashes and hair covered in snow her clothes mostly frozen and she could on longer feel her limbs.

She slowly looked up the area dark ow since the sun was covered and the storm was raging. She saw in the distance a saber tooth tiger standing on a hill top watching her its orange fur covered in snow as it stared her down. She reached out to it but fell down into the sow unable to get up as she watched through hazy eyes as the figure turned and started to disappear in the storm.

Toji smiles as Carrie greets her."Yeah, Miley!! She seems to be a nice person, I'm sure you'll like her!!" Watching as she tucks the hair, Toji has a thought..She really seemed to be ready to be here. His mouth curves up in gratitude. As she asks where they left off, Toji nods in acknowledgement of what she was trying, grinning back."Well, OK...this is the story so far.....and here's were we left off..."

In her head

Miley couldn't feel any bit of her body anymore due to the cold a large layer of sow was now starting to bury her causing the cold to only get worse. She closed her eyes as she wondered if she'd ever make it back... if she should even try anymore since the likely hood of her making it back just kept seeming to get further away. Though then she started to hear Toji reading the book again and she slowly forced her eyes open again. What was she thinking? She had to make it back to the others she had gone through worse things before she could do it again and get back to the others.

She forced herself to get back up by this point she had frost bite all over her her lips blue and cracking  and she looked like she was nearly frozen solid but  she narrowed her eyes looking at the hill the saber tooth tiger was on as started to walk to it ever so slowly but she was very determined she figured if she could get to it she would be able to make it to a new area like she did with the cat. she started to climb up the hill  going up it on all fours and fell down a few times but made it up to the top.

She though as she was climbing down the other side fell an drooled down the hill getting buried under the snow again she though then was picked up by her shirt ad was brought back onto her feet. He she looked to who helped her she saw the saber tooth sitting there it had been waiting on her to make it over to it. She smiled as it then pressed the top of its head into her stomach ad she bet over hugging it then. Then the saber  turned into water and evaporated blowing away in the wind as she fell down to her knees and the snow turned to rain with steam coming off from the ground.

Miley looked up her hair now orange along with her tail and her freckles were gone though she was wearing the same clothes as before. she looked up to the rainy sky ad closed her eyes as the rain hit her face all the frostbite going away like ink being washed away as the rain hit her skin. "Hey!" She opened her eyes looking down to see  herself made out of completely ice standing on the ground that she now noticed looked like clear water. Her ice self waved for her to follow her as she started to run away. Miley  refocused and started to run forward on all fours slowly standing up and running on two feet again.

She reached her hand out to the ice form of herself and she looked back ad stuck her hand out but before the two could touch miley fell through the water sinking down into it. She blinked ad swam back up and turned to get out of the water but the water seemed to have some sort of force stopping her from getting through it.  her ice self stood right over her and waved down at her with a smile  "Bye bye" the girl said but it was muffed by the water. Miley blinked then confused  before a large stream of bubbled then caught her in its stream and started to push her somewhere at rapid speeds.

Until she suddenly felt like she was now in air. She looked around then seeing that she had been throw into the air. she the fell back into the water but this time she wasn't stuck under it. She panted as she swam in place looking around until she saw an island in the distance  that looked like the titans towers island but  without a tower. she the started to swim over to the tower which took a log while but she eventually made it over.  She looked around as she walked around the empty island until she walked right into the side of the tower that was invisible she blinked but side stepped feeling around until she found the door ad got the door open.

She walked in and it was just like it was when she and the team first found it. there were layers of dust everywhere and it looked like no one had been inside for years. the water that dripped off her fell onto the dust on the ground making it clump together as she walked in looking around. Miley then heard a splash and quickly turned "W-who're you?" She blinked and walked outside of the door  to see what looked like early see though bow, yang, 2 boys that she could remember the faces of but not exactly their names, and meta and then a much younger and naked version of her self running on all fours as she was caught and face planned against the side of the building.

Miley rubbed her face remembering how much it had hurt while her see through self held her face sitting on her butt ad spoke feeconic "Hu lem mo ta!" (Ow the hurt!)" she blinked a bit realizing just how much of a human accent she had picked up and muttered to her self. "Ho lum ta...." She really had picked up an accent she thought not really remembering that when ever she spoke people half the time had to ask her to slow down due to her thick feeconic accent that sounded like a mix of japanese and a British accent.

She then saw bow gasp and speak up worried about her see through self "A-Are you okay!? D-do you need clothes?? ...That's not a question..." Miley then blinked the last time she had been in this situation she had no idea what anyone had been saying and now that she seemed to be remembering it she now new english so she could understand them. She the saw Yang grow bright red as she saw her see though self "I...er...yeah...she needs clothes."  Miley then held a straight mouth as she realized that everyone had been commenting on her lack of clothes back then "..... what is with humans and needing clothes...." she mumbled to herself looking off.

As she did so she noticed something that came into view that would have been caught out of the corner of her eye of her see through self but hadn't been noticed at the time. it was some guy with black hair driving over on a motor boat. She blinked as she walked over to where he was driving. He seemed to disappear then along with his boat and she blinked looking over seeing that her other self had looked away from the direction and looked back over "Come on me look back over already....."

she said egar to figure out who it had been she then saw part of the guys arm as he brought a mask up probably covering his face ad probably had bee standing not to far from where she was now based on his arm though sadly she could only see his arm due to where her see though self was looking. Bow then started to freak out in excitement as a boy was talking to her see through self as the guy came fulling into vision ad tarted to feel around the tower Yang then pulled out her computer and wait- miley smiled a bit she had forgotten that yang had used a computer way back when  ad not fancy doo hickies.

She walked over watching them as yang worked on the tower a see through door being closed  while the one she opened stayed opened. Everyone soon made their way in and she followed after them and watched as the guy who some called kuro started hacking into the tower. As the others agreed to becoming titans though then everyone vanished  but she could still hear them ad she blinked looking over to the corner as her see through self started doodling in the dust and her eyebrow twitched.

She still doodled to this day but when entering into a mysterious building with mysterious people she now ad days wouldn't be doing so with her back turned though she knew her past self would learn better later on after officially joining with the others after that one guy explained to her what was going on. She unlike before was now trying to focus on what had been happening while she was being helped and shown what blankets were. Apparently kuro had taken info from the tower he wasn't suppose to based on the others reactions and she assumed was trying to leave. "I take you as a man who doesn't appreciate owning his fingers. Touch me again and you will lose it"

she blinked as she heard him speak and muttered "Well I know somebody that probably will ever allowed to be a titan now..." She said under her breath as she listened on. Though she the heard a psst and the memories faded away as she blinked looking down a hall. She walked over seeing her ice self ad she quickly started running after her as she turned a corer out of sight.

Toji twitches slightly as she places her hand on his shoulder, but leans into it, giving a slight, happy hum.Looking up at her, he smiles."Well....it looked interesting. Adventure, cool weapons, freaky monsters...You know, awesome stuff." The boy tilts his head curiously."Mystery novels?" To be fair, even in one genre there were tons of stuff to experience, and to someone who hadn't really gotten used to modern,normal culture( completely), what was interesting would grab his attention for quite a time.To be honest, he'd only started reading actual books recently.

Inside her head

Miley walks over and follows her to the room hallway and slowly walked down it looking around. "Psst..." She blinked ad followed the pssts that after a few moments repeated until she walked into her old room. It was totally empty and the ice version of her slowly stood up having been sitting on the ground where her bed used to be. She smiled softly to her and sympathetically "you ad I both know the titans to let killers in.... We both know that we aren't killers anymore but we were... We ca't go back to the team no matter how much we want to..." The ice version of herself said softly and Miley looked down but agreed.

"I know..." Her ice self walked up to her and placed a hand on her cheek. "You may not have us around anymore... you may be alone up here..." She said tapping her head. "But you aren't alone here anymore" She said placing a hand over her heart. "You can't rejoin... but you can still make friends, get old ones back, and hold your loved ones close and if you try hard enough you could even help the titans but you ca't go back to them, we lost that place the moment we started killing again after we left.... the moment we killed when not being forced to..." Miley looked up a tear rolling down her cheek.

"I know.... thank you Hu...." Hu smiled brightly and happily to her ad pulled her into a hug and she started to blow away like snow. "Stay safe...." She then turned into a water version of herself ad evaporated as she hugged her still. "Be careful...." She then turned into a fire form blowing away as smoke as tears streamed down Miley's cheeks. "And hold the ones you trust close... Do't ever lose them again...." She said before blowing the rest of the way away and Miley fell to her knee staring forward as tears dripped form her chin to the floor and the room faded away and her vision with dark.
