Magnus

Grade: Anyone who wants to deal with a pretty tough C+ villain.

Igor Arsanki was a homeless man. He was in his early thirties, homeless, and looking to change his life. Throughout his life he tried to get a job, but was always judged because he was homeless, smelled a bit, and other things. He decided that in this world there is not much else he can do, but join the army. He went to the boot camp and worked hard. He was about to be sent out to the border of North and South Korea to help the soldiers out there. The night before he was going off, he was at a Deli store that he went to often. The man there knew him well and was glad at how Igor has changed his life from being homeless to a soldier. The Deli store owner kindly invited Igor to his house to have dinner with his wife and kid. This was the nicest thing anyone has done for Igor in all his life. It was an all normal dinner that night, nothing really special to think about. In a matter of seconds, though, things went from nice and peachy to the worst possible. A group of black ops soldiers broke into the house. Of course Igor tried to fight them off, but they were too much for him and constrained him on the ground. He was laying on the ground as he then witnessed them kill the family he was with. Igor was completely enraged and sad at the same time that he could not protect them. The men covered Igor's head with a black bag and kept him constrained as they took him out of the house. The trip felt like it took forever. All the way there Igor thought about how the situation was all his fault. He then felt himself being tied down to a table or a bed of some sorts. They uncovered his face and the light that was above him gleamed right into his eyes, slightly dazing him. He looked around as a few doctors and scientist were all around him. He was then heavily sedated and the doctors and scientist went to work on him. Before Igor went unconscious he heard one of the scientist say that it is extremely slim for him to survive this operation. At few times Igor woke up, of course only when the effects of all the drugs they were putting in him wore off. These times he woke up were only quick instances because they quickly sedated him again. Eventually after who knows how long Igor woke up in a completely white room with nothing in it. He was still strapped to the bed, all of his limbs so that he could not see himself. Igor noticed that a green eyepiece was over his right eye. At the moment it was blank. A couple of minutes passed and a scientist with two guards behind him walked into the room. The man was talking in a different language that Igor could not understand. The eyepiece then started to work and words came down it explaining to Igor that it was Russian the scientist was speaking and also started to translate what he was saying. The scientist then wrote this down as Igor yelled things like why he was here and what not. The scientist did not say anything, he just looked at him. The scientist continued to write things down and when he was done he put a needle into Igor's arm and it knocked him out. Igor then woke up in a forest like environment. Igor looked around and saw as he still had the eyepiece on and he started to look at his body. He saw as his right hand was completely something else and then his entire left arm was replaced. He dropped to his knees and felt that they had turned him into a monster. He then started to get shot at. The bullets hit him and went into him, but Igor did not feel the pain. He then covered his face with his left arm and the bullets bounced off it. Filled with anger, Igor attacked the men and easily beat and took his anger out on them. The scientist then continued to train him almost nonstop. Igor was then brought to a room, of course being sedated and was tied down to a chair with something extremely strong that he could not break out. The scientists and doctors then started to do operations on his brain, erasing his memory of his past life. The operation ended in success and the once again covered Igor's head and were bringing him somewhere. The Russians that had him gave him his real name and his surname, Magnus. He was then dropped into the forest of Jump City, where he journey for destruction started.

Powers:

Bionic Strength: He is much stronger than the pinnacle of human strength. He can probably lift about 5 tons, give or take a little.

Bionic Speed: He is only able to run about 30MPH maximum.

Highly Durable: Bullets cannot break through his bionic body. He is made from the strongest metals on Earth. The most that was tested for him to survive was a speeding car hitting him.

Hight Level of Intellect: The operation on his brain was not just to erase his memory, but was to also wire it almost like a supercomputer. He has a part human brain to maintain thinking and common sense and other things like that, and the other half is the supercomputer like part that gives him the vast resources of knowledge. Through his vast knowledge he has learned to fix himself if he was actually damaged.

Highly Skilled Fighter: He can easily go into his vast knowledge and learn any type of fighting style there is.

Weaknesses:

Strict limits: He cannot go past the limits that are already programmed into him, even if he wanted to. He is almost a complete machine and all machines have their limits.

Not Extremely High Stamina: He still has a human heart beating inside of him. He has good stamina as a trained soldier, but it is not unlimited or extended to be more than the average trained soldier.

His Heart: He still has a human heart. If his heart stops or stopped by getting hit with a hard enough impact straight to it he could die. This may be the one major flaw in his body.

Cannot Swim: Due to his heavy frame he is not able to swim in water because he would sink straight to the bottom.


Likes: He likes to cause destruction. The idea of total chaos and anarchy runs through his programming, Also for an unknown reason he has a liking towards chocolate.

Dislikes: He dislikes anything that gets in the way of him causing destruction. He dislikes people trying to be heroes or just heroes in general.

Habits/Quirks: He has a habit of relying more on the computer like side of his brain than the human side. This causes him to sometimes only think like a computer not a person. This could be good or bad depending on the situation.

Personality: He is mostly like a robot. He doesn't care about emotions or any other human like qualities. With his knowledge, he tries to be right about anything. He mostly sees things from a robotic like perspective. Even his human side though has started to think only about destroying the world.
