Fullmetal Alchemist: A new world Main RP

Abaven nods as Austin reassures him he's OK.He gives what was looking like a new friend another concerned glance, then looks up as the teacher gets everyone's attention with a handbell, introducing himself and passing out books. Abaven goes over to his desk, opening the book and examining it. Alchemy basics...The boy listens closely as the teacher explains things, then asks if they had any questions, and Abaven shakes his head among others.

"Good, now as for the rules. We are not stupid we know that many are here to learn alchemy to use a shard they have or learn it to gain a shard. We ask of you all not to bring any shards into the academy nor kill anyone to obtain theirs on school grounds. do not preform any human transmutations in the academy due to it being so unpredictable we can not afford to lost a student or teacher from a transmutation going array.

Most of your supplies to learn transmutation and practice it will be supplied to you but if you require more than what is provided we ask you to obtain it yourself. You are not to bother others while they are practicing, and are to stay silent in class unless you raise your hand for a question and are called on or you are permitted to do other wise. Finally we expect you all to act maturely and seriously, if you break our rules or become a nuance here we will escort you out side of the academy and expel you, you will not be refunded nor will you be permitted to rejoin the academy. If you have no further questions we will begin today's lesson."

Austin and a few others looked troubled about the rules when he spoke of no killing. For some reason this was apparently a potential issue that needed to be addressed and it certainly caught some of them off guard others looked annoyed at this fact as if this was complicating something they had pre planed others seemed to have no reaction to this.

Abaven furrows his brow. The thought ano killing rule needed to be enacted.... It was very troubling....Heglances around. Some of the students seemed....annoyed? They wouldn't actually......would they?He bites his lip, then tries to put it from his mind.The authorities would take care of it, he was sure....Glancing at Austin, the boy redirects his attention back to the teacher, waiting patiently for the lesson begin.

Austin looked back to him returning the same troubled look before looking back forward to the teacher who began to draw a simple transmutation circle on the board and started writing notes up on the board that were just key points out of the book as he started to go over the general idea of how alchemy works some students took notes others seemed to know the information already and Austin was busy trying to cross reference what the teacher said and wrote to the book to probably try to refind the lesson and take down late notes then since he clearly forgot something to take notes with and on.

The teach went rather fast but was also going very in depth on explaining the idea of it and the fact they needed to fully understand every bit of the transmutation they wanted to preform before doing so or else the ending result will not come out correctly and they also had to know what makes up what they are using and what they are trying to make out of the materials they are using in order to create said thing.

Abaven listens close,,nodding as he told notes. To be honest, he'd learned most of this, or at least the theory...but there were still a good plenty he hadn't heard of.Seeing Austin struggle, the boy passes them some paper, speaking softly."We....can...share notes if you want..." Abaven goes back to writing notes, trying to get it all.

Austin took the notes and smiled brightly "thanks" he said happily and started to take a lot of notes. After what felt like hours the teacher put the chalk piece down and turned to the class. "Alright class we will be taking a 30 minute break, take this time to eat and or take the time to catch up in notes or ask questions." He picked up a large hour glass and turned it over placing it on his desk for all to see and rang his bell. "Your break begins now do not be late or you will be locked out of the classroom" he said plainly some students leaving others still taking notes.

Abaven nods, smiling at the thank you."N-no problem..."He continues taking notes, and after a lot of time and work passes, its finally time for a break. The boy finishes up, then packs up Hus notes, putting them in his bag as he stands up and walks out of the door. He'd just get something to eat, then come back....Aba bumps into a large form, and looks up into the grinning face of a student a few years older than him." Hey,purple eyes!! You're a new one huh?" The big guy leans down menacingly."Just know, watch your back, kid." He suddenly beams, straightening up and snagging Ven's cap, ruffling his hair before plopping it back on and walking away. Aba stands for a bit,confused, then shakes Hus head. OK....where to eat...

Austin sighed in relief his hands hurting from writing so much. He then collected his stuff and climbed on Mala. "Come on lets go get some food." He said patting mala on the side who then got up and walked out in time to see the guy to what seemed like threatening Abaven to him and his eyes narrowed. When he and Abaven left the area she followed the guy. Mala then jumped on the guys back and let his claws dig into his back and Austin leaned down and spoke in the guy's ear. "Watch you back.... Kid..." she then clapped his hands and placed them by his wrist and the floor boards seemed to wither and the air becoming more stale and dry as water started to form around his wrist and then freeze pinning his wrist to the floor. "Don't be late to class.... kid..." he said with a displeased face before sitting back down on mala and patted malas side and mala walked her over down the hall towards the mess hall to go get food.

Alari stared dimly ahead at the boring walls of her...school. Her practitioning abilities were fierce but her knowledge was lacking. Something like that, was what the Principle had said. She supposed it was growing up as a gypsy, which in her opinion was one of the freest and most colourful ways to grow up. Still she found herself being shown by the 'class representative' to the cafeteria for a short break before she began her schedule. The cafeteria basically consisted of hundreds of sweaty teenagers all stuck together in a room while shoving food into their mouths. Lovely. Alari waved her guide farewell with a forced smile as he departed. Deciding it would be safer to transmutate her food instead of taking it from the building Alari situated herself at the far end of the cafeteria and pulled out a small bag of materials. She assembled the ingredients deftly, as she had made this particular piece for years, and after a short ritual, several pieces of nan bread were the outcome. Alari reached out, nibbled on one, and smiled. It was good.

The guy grunts, falling over. He hears as voice in his ear, saying the exact thing he had said to purple eyes, and then the next moment his wrist is froze to the floor. As Austin goes away, he chuckles." Heh...clever....." Meanwhile.......Abaven finally finds his way to the mess hall.The boy flinches at the noise and crowd, holding his staff close,but splits Austin, walking over to him.

"Thanks" He said as he left the area heading to the cafeteria. Austin rode on Mala over to Abaven and chuckled when he saw him. "You nervous or something?" She asked as she climbed down from Mala with Mala's help. "The trick I usually go with in situation like these is sit alone until I make friends to sit with." She said noticing a light flash and glanced over to see Alari now eating. The girl looked rather interesting, Austin wondered what kind of alchemy she could do but looked back to Abaven seeing staring at someone else as rude to do to someone you were talking to. Though mala kept staring at the girl from a far his head perked up.

The hair on the back of Alari's neck raised. Someone was looking at her. She turned around, uncaring if it was rude to survey the crowd. There. A giant...metal cat. Well, Alari shrugged, she had seen stranger things before. Beside the cat was a boy who looked more feminine than usual and another boy with purple eyes. It was a much lighter purple than her one eye, which was a very deep violet, but she still felt like it gave her someone to relate to. Picking up a piece of nan bread, she positioned her hand like she was tossing a Frisbee and launched the flat circular bread across the cafeteria to the metal tiger. It was as much of a welcome to her table that Alari was going to give.

As Austin chuckles and asks him if he's nervous, Abaven nods." Y-yes.....uhm....I'm.....just...u-uneasy around crowds, i-is all..."He nods at the other boys,or so he thinks, suggestion, resolving to stick close to Austin if he could help it.Aust had shown to be pretty nice, so the purple eyed boy felt he could trust him.He catches the flash of alchemy, and turns his head, seeing a girl who was eating bread. Huh?Who did the alchemy? He shrugs slightly, still holding his staff close, and turns his attention back to his companion. Suddenly she wings bread at Male, seeming to offer the cat some.

Mala grabbed the bread with his teeth and started to eat it Austin noticed Mala and blinked but then groaned face palming "Great now i'm gonna have to fish out smashed up bread later on so the food doesn't mold inside him again." He then smiled back to Abaven "We should go get our own food before class starts." He suggested as Mala then made his way over to the girl his tail swishing as he walked with a bounce in his step.

Abaven blinks. Wait...metal tiger..bread...maybe that wasn't..Too late.And as one might expect, Austin wasn't pleased at having to fish bread out.Aba watches as the cat makes its way over, then looks at his new friend."Y-yes...OK..." He glances around. Where did they get food?
