Titus smiles, hugging him." Thank you, Dax." Meanwhile, Bison twitches as Dax delivers his judgement. Oh crud...this...this wasn't good.The alarms go off, but Dax quickly disables them." U-uhm, sdir, may I put in a request for transfer, please?" However,he's disregarded as the giant asks Titus a question.The boy blinks." Train? N-new person?" He considers, following Dax. New person..kind of nervous about that..but training=fun...He nods."Okay..."

"Of course." Dax answered Bison. "After you meet with Naomi's judgement. Then you're free to go. And I don't suggest running. That's girls rabbit is more bloodhound than a bloodhound."

Then Dax nodded to Titus and escorted him into the pod. This would be a good opportunity for everyone. It only took a couple moments for the pod to reach the top floor, and Dax led the way out into the living room.

Jack stood in the lobby waiting for Dax, noticing that the alarm had been shut off. Well, at least that means they probably know I'm here. I wonder though, if they turned their alarm off... "Hey, Bowman..." the teen started, however that was as far as he got before his Navi interrupted him. "No Jack, I'm not going to hack into the system to get information on them." "Oh, come on! I just want to know who they are! It'll help me trust them, and that way, you won't have to worry about me getting hurt!" The Navi sighed. "While learning about them may help you trust them, the way you want to do it will break any trust that they already have. Besides, if they wanted to hurt you, they wouldn't have bandaged your leg yesterday. Just wait patiently for them to get here." Jack sighed, looking around the room he was in for a few minutes before Dax walked into the room with a younger kid behind him. "Morning. Is this the companion you mentioned?" he asked, looking at Titus. The kid was definitely young, and he really didn't look like much of a fighter.

Bison winces." I was afraid you were going to say that…...."Titus follows Dax into the lobby, and sees the somewhat older boy. He blinks and moves close to Dax, waving." H-hello....." The young geareds unique eyes examine Jack, and he tilts his head.It looked like he wasn't quite used to dealing with new people yet.

Dax nodded at Jack. "For now. Jack, I want you to meet Titus. Who ironically only joined a day before you showed up. He's the new blood in our group. Naomi took him in and she led you to our door, so you'll be seeing more of each other under her care in the future. Titus this is Jack. He was the man that Alejandro was talking about earlier. The one who was fighting with Naomi outside. He's gonna be your training buddy for today."

With all the introductions out of the way, Dax was going to let to two of them meet before leading them both to the training ground. If either of them were combat compatible it would be a good match. Also, if they were sneaky, one might glean some information about the other in their conversation that would help in the fight.

Jack sighed inwardly as Dax introduced the boy as a new recruit who had barely been around longer than him. Outwardly, however, he did his best to force a smile at the blue and gold eyed boy. "Good to meet you Titus. I hope you've got at least a little bit of experience fighting, because I'm not likely to go easy on you if you can't keep up." he replied. While the boy seemed rather timid, something about him was bothering Jack. Dax said that Naomi brought him in the day before I came around, but that was the day I saw her at the labs, along with someone else...was he... Jack's thoughts were interrupted by his PET vibrating. "If you wouldn't mind, Jack, I'd enjoy being able to meet your new partner." the Navi said as he was pulled out. Nodding, Jack turned the PET towards Titus. For a moment, Bowman's face would appear rather serious, before returning to its natural calm state. "Hello Titus, it is nice to meet you. My name is Bowman, and I am Jack's personal NetNavi. I look forward to watching both of you work hard in order to grow stronger."

Titus nods as Dax introduces them, but his brow furrows at one part." You...hurt big sister?" His hand morphs slightly,before settling back into its standard form. The geared listens as Jack greets him, saying he hopes Titus could keep up." Its good too...I'll try my best."Titus looks over at the device,his eyes widening. He debates sticking close by Dax, but the boys curiosity wins out. The geared walks over, tilting his head." Hello, Bowman...What's a netnavi..." Titus blinks." How are you in that tiny box?"

Dax reclined on the couch, watching the exchange between the two boys. He didn't know where this would go but for once he wasn't going to try and guide the conversation.

Jack tensed as the boy's hand started to morph, however his own introduction and the appearance of Bowman appeared to calm him down a bit. Note to self, don't underestimate the kid. Looks like there's more to him than meets the eye. the teen thought. As Titus came out from behind Dax to look at Bowman, Jack smiled at the boy's questions. "A NetNavi is kind of like an electronic person. They help their owners out by keeping track of things or telling them information. The box is pretty much his home." he replied as Bowman nodded. Jack put Bowman's PET back in his pocket, glancing at the screen as he did. Bowman had put up a text message with one word on it. 'Lab', huh? Guess I was right. There's definitely more to this kid than meets the eye.

Titus tilts his head,listening." Electric person?" He thinks. There was stories Handler told him,about people weren't really there...what where they called..." So he's a there but not there person?"The geared blinks, tapping the gear mark on his chest in thought, then seems to shrug." How'd he get in the box?"

Dax smiled at Titus's naivtie on the subject. And even further when Jack tried explaining it. This was certainly amusing. Dax guess that the Navi had some rare fight compatibilities to go head to head with Naomi. He made a mental note to keep that in mind.

Jack shrugged at Titus' question about a 'there but not there person.' "I can't say I'm exactly sure what you mean by that. I guess the best way to describe him is that he thinks and acts like you and me, but he doesn't have a physical body like us. His body was made by humans and lives inside of computers. That's essentially what the box is, a small computer that he was downloaded on to." he continued, doing his best to explain everything as simply as he could. Never had to explain to someone what a Navi is before. What is up with this kid?

Titus blinks,listening."Okay...." The boy nods to himself." I think I see...." Titus was still a little confused..but he figured he got most of it," so hes a nonhuman person..made by humans...and he lives in a different Outside? " The boy tilts his head, and peeks at what  little of the pet poked out of Jacks pocket.

There was the Outside again, Dax noted. Now he was certain Titus had been raised in seclusion. He had suspicions before, but now he was certain. It explained why Titus basically knew nothing about the world. The kid had a fast learning streak, so he obviously wasn't mentally impaired. Now why would someone raise a child in seclusion? What about Titus made him have to be raised in secret? Kingslayer...maybe the scientist was onto something.

Jack watched as Titus tried to process the information, clearly confused by it all. "Um...yeah. Close enough." he replied, turning back towards Dax. "As great as getting to know my training partner is, I don't think we're going to be able to get very much further on this whole topic. How about we just head out to wherever it is you plan to have us train and get started?" he asked, turning back towards Titus for a moment. "At least, if that's okay with you."
