Showing a liking to the color of blood, her attire consists of a tight-fitting red blouse with a yellow lining for the collar area and a mid-long red skirt. Her hair is semi-long, reaching to her shoulder blades.



Powers:
Shocking bolt- From the point of her finger, Christal can discharge a bolt of electricity from within herself or her surroundings if she was near an electricity source. Similar to her sister's freezing powers, her bolts will move almost instantly, hitting targets at the same speed of a lightning strike. When it comes to the force and strength of the bolts, Christal's are most often on the same level as a police officer's stun gun. Although hard to avoid once they are fired, it is possible to not get a shocking if the target moves out of or stop's Christal's shot.

Enhanced Agility- By taking in energy from her surroundings and becoming charged, Christal is able to make herself react and move around at higher level.

Energy draining- Christal is able to draw electricity out from anything around her that contains it, but at the backlash that withholding too much of a charge will cause mental agony on her.

Discharging- This ability is manipulative. Christal can use it in multiple ways, such as overloading an object to fry it, put a shocking touch to metal melee objects, and/or sending all of it out in a 360 degree wave that will cover an area of fifteen feet..




Skills:

Mediocre sword fighting- After coming to the streets and resorting to whatever she could with her sister, Christal picked how to defend herself with a fascine knife that she scavenged.

Weaknesses:


-Human- Christal can be hurt just like any other human.

-Electricity- Christal can still be hurt by unsuspecting electrical attacks that she didn't have time to absorb. Also, she can only hold so much electricity in her before she starts to suffer psychology.

-Instability- The trauma Christal suffered from seeing her parents murdered and being a slave to their killers for a year left Christal mentally unstable. Her mind is always changing how she perceives what's happening and how she will act. Christal holds her sister as the only thing that she refuses to live without and is the only thing that can make Christal behave normal.

-Limit- To refrain from hurting herself, Christal will usually only take up to enough electricity to power a super center department store.

Personality:
In contrast to Grace, Christal's personality is always changing. Because of her unstable mind, Christal is hardly the same for more than an hour, though some times the changes can occur much faster. Because of this, she often does not hold any kind of moral code at times, but at others she could be wanting to not do anything unless survival depended on it. Inside herself, Christal has put up mental blocks to keep her from recalling what she has had to go through for a year, and bringing those memories up will only bring chaos. If the wrong buttons are pushed with Christal, she could very well turn into a time bomb of becoming completely lost with her mind.

Very energetic and adaptable.

Christal's main habits are always trying new things out, including things she may have said that she despised in the past, and being close with her only family and friend, Grace.

History:
Christal’s parents produced and sold illegal drugs to a local gang. The family was fairly wealthy, able to cover their tracks well. When Christal was 16, a gang war broke out, and the Morgan family ended up on the losing side. Edward and Bonnie were killed, and their two daughters were kidnapped and imprisoned by the enemy gang. Immediately after, Christal and her sister were turned into slaves by their enemies where they were forced to perform anything that their owners wished for them to do.

Finally, their torment ended. A lone assassin wiped out the gang, and freed the two captive girls. The assassin, Kyte Avytrius, gave them some of the gang’s money to survive on, but they were ultimately left to their own devices. Homeless and emotionally damaged, the two teenage girls eventually made their way to Jump City. Christal’s mind had been stained black by the abuse she had gone through, and she now wants nothing more than to punish humanity for allowing her to suffer. She has been out of control of her life for so long that she feels the need to exert her control onto other people.
Christal will start out unaware of her powers. Once she becomes more aware of her powers, she will travel to Jump City.

She just needs a finite amount she can absorb. Other than that she's fine.

A bit confused on how to judge how much energy she could hold. Potentially she can take a lightning bolt, but that would drastically harm her. Just a part of her mind becoming slowly broken from the shocks.

Just say she can drain _____ (large building) of all it's energy for ____ minutes (period of time) just make sure it's not sky scraper huge or a city block.
