When Faiths Collide (Open)

"ROAR OF THE ARCTIC WIND!" A voice called out from above as a pink haired figure in a mage cloak flew over head and unleashed a funnel of ice upon the area in a wideburst. The ice coated the area with layer of hoarfrost. With a pure white coat over everything the invisible ninjas were suddenly visible. Some of them shook off the ice immediately, but also left foot prints upon the rooftop. It appeared there were much more of these silent assassins then even Kyte could realize, for at least 12 were able to be detected around him right now. Their plan was to take turns attacking Kyte until they wore him down and killed him.

The Titan mage landed on the ground after his ice breath had done it's work and bared his fangs as he looked across the area at the familiar foes. "I am Teen Titan, Brave. Come at me all at once." Kale knew this threat. These aliens had been battling with him for a while now. He was not an Earthling, but Earth was his home now and the dragon half-ling would not let Earth be taken over like his realm was.

A few ninjas took him up on his offer and dashed forward. As they charged Kale placed both palms together in front of him as if in a second of deep meditation, then pulled them apart while forming two hand seals and finally threw them flat against the rooftop causing a crop of icicles to splinter out all around him. The sapphire spears either knocked back or skewered the body parts of the approaching enemies, causing them to re-group and back farther away from the teen.

"These things aren't human." Kale said, as he placed his hands together at his side and formed a large icicle spear the size of his body, which he threw up into the air like a javelin. As the ice lance came hurtling down it cracked into perfect pieces all at the same precise moment and splintered into pin sized needles in width that were the length of his body still. The dropping needles again skewered the bodies of their opponents. "I was only told to care for humans and others in their likeness." Kale looked over to Kyte, who was clearly not all human either. "So until otherwise, I treat everyone like an enemy." Brave made it clear he did not trust Kyte, but was merely aiding him in dispatching these invaders.

"These ones are tough." Kale said, as he threw one of the Zydon's to the floor they had been fighting. "Their hides are thicker than dragon scales. And their weapons can pierce through anything I've seen in this realm so far."

Kale simply smiled and ran towards the edge of the rooftop and dove off! Although, his warning of these soldiers seemed to be wary, his actions proved otherwise. Was the warning just for Kyte? As Kale leaped onto one of them as they flew up in formation, he bit into the Zydon's helmet and chewed off a piece of it. The being scrambled to grab hold of it's hitchhiker, Kale leaned left and right to keep from being grabbed.

One of the braves were going to shoot Kale as he rode atop their comrade, but Kyte quickly dispatched of him giving Kale the chance to fully ingest the helmet piece. With armor as thick as theirs he found himself able to pierce their hides with his own bare hands once coated in magical scales that were of the same material of the armor the aliens wore.

The Titan started his assault by ripping off the jet pack of the one he was on. Then leaped into another one and started a heavy mid air fist fight as they latched onto one another. They were strong enough to end human life with their blows while wearing their gear, but with Kale's now equally armored skin the two of them just traded blows while flying erratically all about.

During the flight, Kale headbutted the brave and then lunged off of him. The brave couldn't see through his dented helmet and ended up crashing into his comrades, throwing off their unit.

Kale plummeted back first to the ground while taking a deep breath. He aimed his sights at the group. "Roar of the IronReaver!" Kale howled, a funnel of sharp shrapnel flew from his mouth and barraged the braves. Since the material was similar to their armor and flying at high velocity the aliens had their suits shredded in multiple places by the Titan's dragon breath.

However, now Kale was falling a couple of stories to a not so wholesome end. This teen rarely thought about the consequences of his actions, but heavily considered pros.

Kale was plummeting. Soon he would hit the ground and have to hope he could eat afterwards, but luckily he was grabbed before his prediction had to be tested. Kyte placed him down gently.  He thanked Kale twice for the aid while the dragon Mage remained silent and eyed him.

Kale might have seemed unfriendly, but in actuality he was questioning this person or being in his head. He had never experienced anything like him here on Earth. "What are you?" Kale said blatantly.
