Giving teamwork another try (Titans)

"We have a couple others. One of them won't be fighting." Hotwire said, not wanting to spoil them.

"To provide a little background info, Tesla worked on wireless transmission of electricity. Sort of like developing the cell phone tower 1 century and a half early." Hotwire said trying to make a good metaphor.

"Another weapon to use is the lightning rod. It's designed to attract his form. The controls are in the room to the right. When you've controlled his location, hit the metal off. You'll only be able to do it twice before it overloads, so you'll need to find other ways to aim at a quick moving target." Hotwire finished before the electric man burst from a power box on the wall, and aimed an electric bolt right at paige.

'I like the help but I thought this was suppose to be a test aka why is he giving me the answers? I know if we were on a team together i could know this info but at that point why doesn't he just come down here and help me out?' The thought before she saw the man and put up a force field blocking the attack. "Le Nope!" Paige shouts as she ran into the control room looking for the lightning rod keeping her shield up just in case.

"Very good." Hotwire would say to himself.  The lightning man began to zap his way to the metal door. As soon as she would press the button, the man would find himself sucked to a giant metal conduit in the middle of the room. He became a spinning ball of electricity, giving paige the chance to take a couple potshots at the metal plates.

Paige quickly looked over the buttons for the right one unto she found it and once she saw the man about to come in she pressed the button trapping the man. She then shot an energy beam from her eyes as she changed her scythes into a large one and leaped forward and spun her scythe slashing at the other metal plates.

Two of the plates sheared off the energy sphere. As paige landed, the man would reform on a metal plate of the floor, before throwing his hands down. There were small metal wires criss-crossing the floor. She would have to jump these to make her way back to the control room to take he second shot.

"You're almost there..." Hotwire muttered, too softly to be heard over the speaker.
