| Cynthia was busking on the streets, playing her guitar with her case in-front of her to collect money that people gave to her. She would sing Christmas songs as it was that time of year. Instead of her usual biker cap she wore a black and white bobble hat instead.
Cynthia was thanking everyone who gave her money as she played. She then began singing Elvis Presley- Lonely this Christmas. She watched the people pass by and smiled as a stray dog came and sat next to her.

| Tim had just arrived in the city his training was complete as shown by his sword. He walked along the alley way he emerged from his ear caught a tune suddenly... Elvis. He made his way out of the alley keeping the sword along his spine on his back to hide it for now. He walked over and tossed a $20 in saying. "You're really good." he'd stopped and knelt down stroking the dogs head.
What has her out in this kind of weather though you won't get many on the streets at this temp. It was a normal day about 70 out and he was bundled up in a coat. He was from the sahara after all and fresh to this part of the world. He spoke with absolutely no accent like he'd learned to talk from computers.

| It was one of those very rare occasions that Marleigh was spending her day off not working at all. She had just come from the library, reading up on new recipes both for her hobby and for planning a menu for Christmas dinner. Well maybe she WAS doing a little work, but that was done now and she was on her way back to the mansion. It was a beautiful day and so she decided to take a detour to the park to enjoy a little scenery and fresh air.
As she walked by, she chanced upon a musician performing Christmas songs by the road. The song was familiar. She was certain she had already heard it before but the title escaped her. Perhaps it would click once she heard the chorus. She tossed $10 into the case and then remained in the general vicinity of the performer. She had time to spare and she really wanted to recall the title of the song.
She was not alone. There were others who stopped to listen as well.

| Winter may be upon Jump City, but you wouldn't be able to tell if you were to look at Manic. Despite the cold weather, the Speedy hero remained in his 'lighter' gear. As Manic typically did on a daily basis, between shifts at the Lucky Foo, he was on patrol - ready and waiting for Jump City's other side to show it's ugly face. But today, there wasn't any signs of that side appearing as the cold weather seemed to keep many inside.
The Christmas mood hadn't taken over Manic just yet, he hadn't heard a Christmas song, nor watched a Christmas special on television. But as he sped through Central Park, he did happen to hear his first Christmas tune in a year. It brought the speedster to a halt, skidding across the ground until he stopped moving completely. A quick glance around, and Manic would see where the Christmas tune was coming from. A young musician, and it seemed as though Manic's attention wasn't the only attention garnered. A break may be in order. Slumping back against a nearby tree, Manic decided to catch a break for a few minutes, take a breather, whilst listening to the Holiday tunes.

| In case Scapegoat had forgotten. It'll be lonely this Christmas. Lonely and cold. A heart-warming message to the masses distributed through the majesty of song. He stood in serene bliss as the sweet serenade of harsh melancholy drifted over him. The ghoul had been fortunate in this bitter 21°C to have found shoes for a change. Finally those aglets he'd horded could be put to good use. The rest of his attire was a little more festive. He'd traded outfits with a jolly fellow giving out free boxes to kids down by the shopping plaza. Vernon found the red pants a bit large, but completely agreed with the fashion statement raised by this fake beard. Not enough people were daring enough to attempt the look.
The guitarist continued her song as Scapegoat was flanked by two additional bystanders. These newcomers introduced an element of peer pressure, throwing money at the poor girl like she was some kind of dancing monkey. Not wanting to be singled out for inhospitality, Scapegoat began fishing in his own pockets. A lucky dip, for he was not the one who'd filled said pockets. A collection of items tumbled into the busker's guitar case. Included were a second-hand smartphone, two dime pieces, an empty potato chip packet, some lint, and an EpiPen.
Succeeding at life once more - Scapegoat went to leave.

| Cynthia was surprised at the large donations and smiled when Tim commented that she was really good "thank you, got to make a living somehow right?" she said with a chuckle, her voice was a thick Irish accent. She then looked to everyone and smiled "I'm doing requests if you want any" she said calmly as she petted the dog's head which was wagging its tail.
She was then very surprised by Scapegoat's donation, especially the EpiPen "hey uhh don't you need that?" she called out to him curiously, she didn't need it...what was she going to do with it? Should she give it to a hospital or something? She can't take it but she can't just toss it away either...

| Tim smiled at Cynthia and looked at his compatriots who'd joined to listen. He pulled his hand away slightly when Cynthia's touched his and he just looked at her a moment before scratching under the dogs chin. He looked down and shook his head about requests not knowing what would be good to hear. Still though he wanted to hear more and the dog was loving the attention so might was well stick around. | |

| Marleigh did not really have a particular title in mind. At the moment she was just enjoying the festive mood. Any carol would be nice to listen to. Though the performer said she was trying to make a living, Marleigh could tell the girl was serious about music. Seeing young talent bloom and try their hardest was very moving to her. In her mind she wished the musician good luck. Still, it didn't hurt to listen to how passionate she really was.
"Do you have any original songs? I'd love to hear one."
