Mega Dangan Ronpa: Role Play of Despair:Prologue

They were stuck here until they killed someone? It was a nightmare. Chris tried to stay on the bright side, looking at all the interesting people in this school. They all looked friendly. Well, Stephine looked insane, but everyone else looked just fine.

Hikaru suggested that they look around as Monobear suggested, and Chris agreed. Hikaru was a doctor, so he could be trusted. He put a hand on Hikaru's shoulder. "Let's explore this place together, then."

Faith looked very upset about this affair, more than everyone else. But in spite of everything that was going on, he thought she was pretty. Maybe he could bribe her with some food to become his friend. Chris pointed at her, then at himself and Hikaru. "The three of us. Let's go. Doughnut...I mean, do not despair. We're going to find a way out in time for lunch."

They left the gymnasium, searching for any way out, or anything interesting.

If any of the students checked their clothing closer, they would find something else. Maybe in their hat, or maybe their pocket... but there would be a card. it was some weird sort of electronic ID card.



Their name, age, and other details about them would flash on the front, along with a picture.

On the other side some white text would flash.

School Rules:

1. The students will live a communal lifestyle with no time limit inside the school walls.
2. The time between 10pm and 7am is called “Night Time”. During Night Time there are places that are forbidden to enter, so please take care.
3. Sleeping is only permitted in the personal rooms prepared for you in the dormitory area. Anyone intentionally falling asleep elsewhere will be punished.
4. You may investigate the school as you please. There are no special restrictions on your actions.
5. No violence is permitted against the school’s headmaster, Monobear. Destruction of the surveillance cameras is forbidden.
6. A “culprit” who kills a fellow student will graduate the school. However, they must not let any other student know they are the culprit.
7. Additional rules may be added by the school at any time.

Stephine remained calm and had a straight face as she was flung and landed in a sitting position. 'He could have just said no' she thought but figured it wasn't the big of a deal. She kept a straight face as she held up a peace sign with two fingers and took a picture of herself. She didn't like taking posed pictures but this was for herself and this moment had to be documented and there was no real way to not pose when taking a picture of yourself she figured.

She listened as she waved the photo putting it in her boot. Everyone seemed to be frightened by the kill or be killed rule that was set. Well everyone but her she just sat there calmly she figured she could just hide and document the entire thing she wasn't the one to take action in things she liked to be the outside viewer like life was a tv show. Speaking of which the cute teddy bear had left and everyone were making plans now. Stephine took this time when no one was paying attention to her to find and hide in a good stalking place to watch everyone.

She notice something else in her boot that wasn't photos or film and supplies to take photos. She pulled it out of her boot and looked at it. It was an electrical ID card they did a good job taking her picture but they should have taken an action shot in her opinion but honestly she looked like that all the time so maybe they did and she just didn't notice nor could tell it was one since she always looked like that. She reads the rules and puts it back in her boot as she went back to watching everyone deciding who to follow around first.

Blaze looked at the rest of the students around him as the bear finished its speech and disappeared. Man, talk about your crazy schools. Why is that bear making us kill each other? There has to be a reason besides just for his own entertainment. In the meantime, though, how to cheer everyone up? All my fireworks are gone...ah, there's an idea! "So, I'm going to go find a chem lab or something like that. Anyone who's interested in seeing how fireworks are made are welcome to come along!" he said, walking out of the gym in a random direction, hoping to find what he was looking for.

Faith gave a quiet sigh. There sure was a lot happening today... She stuck her hand in her pocket, and blinked in surprise as she felt something in there. She pulled it out, and found that it was some kind of ID card for her. She flipped it over to see the rules listed, and she read them. No violence against the headmaster huh? Of COURSE there'd be a rule like that...the no good little-

Her thoughts were interrupted as she noticed the nearby chief address her; saying that they should form a group of three and look for a way to escape. Faith nodded to him, "Sounds good to me." As she walked with them she asked to confirm their names. Those were always hard to remember... "So you said your name was Chris? And....what was yours?" she asked Hikaru.

Chris, Faith, and Hikaru wandered the school, looking for a way to escape. Unsurprisingly, every window and door was covered by heavy steel plates. Chris frowned. He had expected as much, but it had been worth checking. As they continued their search, they walked past a kitchen. Chris stopped.

"You know," he said, "We'd probably be more able to find a way to escape if we had some food. I don't know about you two, but I'm starving." He walked into the kitchen and started pulling pots and pans out of the cupboards. He found several knives on the wall. They weren't the same quality as his own, stolen knives, but they would have to do.

He reminded himself that he didn't have time to show off right now. They did have important things to attend to, like getting out of this school in one piece. He started cutting up vegetables, cooked some chicken, and made a delicious looking chicken salad.

"Help yourself," he said. "I promise it's not poisoned or anything." He started to laugh, until he realized that, under these circumstances, it probably hadn't been an appropriate thing to say.

At this, most of the other students began to filter into the cafeteria next door. They began discussing their findings. There had been no chemistry lab, but there had been a set of staircases leading to an upper floor. However, these were barred off. Maybe they'd find a way to open them at a later time.

Within 10 minutes, they had drawn a diagram of the first floor of the school, and the dorms on the first floor.
