Announcement: Double Approval

Hello everyone!

From this point on, we will be requiring two Moderators to approve each new character profile. The second Moderator's main concern will be making sure the powers are balanced for the site and that nothing was overlooked. With this, we hope to provide you with better feedback, a more balanced power level environment, and a better role-playing experience in general. We will strive to do these double-approvals with good speed, and we thank you for your patience.
