Rules for Creation Nation

The Creation Nation section is here to create your own minor characters to aid your main ones via use of (supporting/side characters or Rogues) to be used in storylines. You can create your archnemesis or some minor villains that pop up in the City. You could also make that nice lady that's always at the park, feeding the ducks, and giving good advice. However, if you plan to make one, there are a few guidelines to uphold.

SUPPORTING CHARACTERS:

#1) For supporting characters the rules are a bit different from the Rogue's Gallery. Supporting characters are just for you! Thus, you will be the only one playing them, but this is not meant to be your third or fourth or fifth character slot. When using these characters your main character needs to somehow be involved in the thread/storyline. These characters are meant to be the long lost re-occurring brother or that lover from long ago. Maybe the old man that always gives you advice in your time of need.

#2) These characters will be treated like actual characters and don't have a power level system like the Rogue's Gallery. However, they must have a connection to your character stated on the app. and they still can't be all powerful or break the guidelines of the TT Universe. Meaning, it can't be Zeus, because Zeus is already canon in DC universe and thus already exist in some form on this rpg board. As do a lot of mythical creatures/people, so I suggest doing research before just making a supporting character. They might already exist.

#3) You can't make these indefinitely, each character you own will only be allowed up to 2 or 3 supporting characters. Typically two, but if one is not of too much use and you NEED the third, then there could be exception.

#4) Your supporting character can't be used to break the rules bestowed upon one of your other characters. For example; Superman's weak to kryptonite. Don't try and make a supporting character to follow your character around that blocks the effect of kryptonite if you roleplay Superman. And that goes for any character or stipulation added to your main characters or vice versa for the supporting characters.

#5) Supporting characters no longer need to be reviewed or approved. However, a Moderator can still demand edits or deny a character at any time. Reviews are final. Unlike your main characters they cannot be altered unless you ask a moderator and discuss the reason this is needed. Since they're only for support they shouldn't be changing often if at all.

#6) Canon characters cannot be used as supporting characters unless they're not from the DC universe and are from your characters alternate universe. This is only fair because cannons should be available to everyone and can't be used if they're being utilized by only you.

Please understand that these rules may sound strict, but it is the only way to revive the Creation Nation and make it fair to all. I speak from personal experience on this board when I say the section had been removed with firm reason. We uphold a high standard this time, just to make sure it won't die again. Rules can be changed at any time by those in charge. If you want to discuss your app further or are not sure about certain things before you submit it for approval. Personal Message the moderator who claimed it or discuss with your fellow members in the chatbox/chatroom thread.
