History:
On the planet Selbander, the people are separated by their power. Air-keepers live in the skies; Water-keepers stay underwater; Earth-keepers in the ground; Fire-keepers on top of the ground, ect.
Well, as always, two people defied the ruling of confinement. She was a Water-keeper, he was an Air-keeper, and they were wildly in love. It was all good, too, no one knew, until she had a baby. The Prime King, Gieath, told them they had to kill the baby.
When the baby was born, however, they put her in a crate on a scout ship that was leaving for a newly discovered planet called Earth. The ship was to see what kind of people populated Earth, then bring the news back. When it came as close as it would, a friend of the mother and father, who worked on the ship, put the baby in a heat resistant capsule and dropped it into the atmosphere.
When the girl woke up, she had aged ten Earth-years, and was in a guru’s hut in some mountain. The guru called her Rain, because she had fallen from the sky in a rainstorm, and taught her martial arts, weapons, spiritual sight, and more. Rain was not a normal girl, however, for she had many gifts.
Her father and mother had given Rain gifts before they sent her to Earth in hopes that one day she would realize her true family.
Rain’s mother, being a Water-keeper, gave her the power of manipulating water, and making it rain, thus her name. Her Air-keeper father gave her the ability to control the density and temperature around her, creating an invisible cloak that shields her from sight and heat radar. These powers, being only transfers, not her real powers, are weak. She can only manipulate water in small portions, and stay invisible for so long.
You’re probably asking: so, if these powers aren’t her powers, what are? Well…
Psychokinesis, that’s her ultimate powers.
Right now, Rain can only phase through objects and regenerate, but slowly she’s gaining her full powers.
Now, don’t worry, she’s not all-powerful! Rain does only have a select few abilities of Psychokinesis.
Will add more, personality and such, later
