===POWERS===

Powers:

lightning dragon: Kaatisu is a lightning dragon giving him control over all magical and non-magical lightning he can breath lightning out or coat his body in it as well as the magic phantom spear that holds his grandfathers spirit. He can fly up to 100mph without using lighting as a boost he can reach 300mph with it as a boost however it is draining to do so. Kaatisu has enhanced strength he could lift a 12,000lb wreaking ball stop a speeding diesel truck he would be pushed back about 10ft. Can run 4X longer than a normal human at the peak of fitness. His scales reduce any damage he might receive with out magic by 50% so what would break fractures what would be a deep would is now only moderate wound etc. Kaatisu can change at will.

phantom spear master: Kaatisu is a master in spear combat and has yet to be beat in a duel with one the phantom spear holds his grandfathers spirit that can cause the spear to ghost through flesh and render the nerves of the limb it pasted through useless for several hours or he could have it act like a normal spear and kill his opponent how ever he only does this when he is in a war or in a duel(basicly one minor characters that can be killed or with permission.)

dragon magic:
dragon sense: Kaatisu has all the senses of a dragon can fouce his eye sight up to something a mile away, he can smell things up to two miles away and hear up to a mile and half away in any direction.

stones into gold:can turn stone into gold(how do you think dragons get those piles of gold besides stealing it of course)


healing spell: Kaatisu can use this spell to heal himself of minor wounds and even regrow a severed limb however the greater the wound the more drained he is to regrow a limb safely takes about a month. He can heal others but at double the drain on his magic he can go up to three hours of continuous use on himself an hour and a half healing others then he needs to meditate for 30 minutes per hour of use or just rest three hours.

hardened scales:This spell allows kaatisu to strengthen his scales to where he can become invulnerable to all metals except iron for eight post(note he still fills the pain if you punch him or energy blast, flames, ice etc.)

Skills:
forging: can forge any weapon that he has seen before like axes, spears, swords, daggers, arrow heads, etc. He can not forge guns or bombs that(that's gunsmithing and completely different process than forging just to let you know)

tracker:is an exelent tracking animals or humans

pure iron:any thing made out of purely iron will cancel his magic force him to revert into his human state and make him unable to channel lightning if you where to use a blunt weapon like a club you would be able to break his bones that is about it so you better come with bullets or a sword

bound by any promise or oath he makes:if he says he will do it he has to do it unless he is released from his oath

magic:Magic can easily kill Kaatisu if it is used to pierce him

hightened senses:It be a double edged sword my friend the closer he is to something rotten the worse it gets for him, a flash bang could blind him for months a and when using enhanced hearing something a dog whistle drives him mad anything higher could send him to his knees

phantom spear: indestructible spear as long as his grandfather spirit rest inside it is double headed and about 7ft that will asorb anything that makes it stronger it can vanish from sight so that kaatisu does not get in trouble and gets separated from his grandson(He doesn't want to be in a human body)

Personality:Kaatisu is very stubborn when he thinks he is right. He lives by the knights code(he has to). He is very intelligent due to living for over a thousand years.When in battle Kaatisu is calm and not easily angered. He will always speak in old English out of habit. Kaatisu will always try to do his best in what ever he does. He can come across a little harsh at times due to he will always tell the truth about what he thinks of you.

History:
Kaatisu was born to a Marry Forrest hand maiden for gwenevera the queen when a evil dragon named marraonka attacked and tried to take gwenevera but was save by marry who was taken instead due to her pushing gwenevera out of the way. She was later rescued By Hadoson one of the lesser knights of camolte who in reality was a Japanese dragon himself. He could take on human forum and had been courting Marry. After finding Marraonka's cave and fighting but realizing that he could not win as a human he transforumed and heavly wounded Marraonka. Fearing that Marry would now hate him he turned to leave only for him to be stopped by marry who gave him a shock reviled that marraonka was her father and that she did not fear him. They eventually married and revealed their true linage to the court. They where met with fear at first till they revealed that Hadoson was bound by his oath to the king and her the queen forever do to dragon oaths are binding for life.

Kaatisu was born several years later on the isle of the blessed where he grew and learned quickly to become a knight to king Arthur. When he left the isle he was give the gift of a full blooded dragons life span by his grandfather who hoped to convince him to join him in destroy great Britain but failed. He then tried to kill Kaatisu only to pay with his life not knowing the spear he carried was forged in Kaatisu's father magic lighting breath. Kaatisu killed his grand father who's spirit then was asorbed into the spear as it asorbs any thing that makes it stronger. After the fall of camolte Kaatisu and his family moved to the isle of the blessed with Merlin. Kaatisu after several hundred years of living on the isle left unable to stand just living day to day on the isle so was transported by Merlin. To steel city into the future knowing that he would be needed there the most.

Dragon Form- Please mention in Lightning Dragon that he can change forms at will. Does he have any enhanced strength or endurance? Do his scales protect him from physical harm? Combined with lightening manipulation, flight, and enhanced senses, that's a lot of sub-powers.

Dragon Spirit- This is too powerful, and has to go.

Other spells- They sound good. Resistant to all metal except iron is strange but fine. What sort of scale can you use for his healing ability? You said healing others uses twice as much magical energy, so when does his healing energy run out?

Weaknesses
Smell: Being able to smell anything within 2 miles sounds like it would have a big weakness, like stinky socks, rotten eggs, or anything else that smells really bad. If someone shot some MACE in his nose, he's probably wish he was dead.

Iron: I'm a little confused by this one. Since steel has iron in it, does that mean steal would affect him even with his magical defenses in place? If that's the case, then almost every weapon will hurt him. Also, if his scales protect him from bludgeoning attacks, which I'm guessing they do at least a little bit, then an iron weapon (like a club) could still just bounce off of him.

Skills
Forging- I'm guessing you mean forging simple weapons like swords, spears, axes, ect. He can't 'forge' guns or bombs, can he? Just making sure.
