===POWERS===
Powers: •Pyrokinesis: Nightmare has the ability to create and control fire. His control over fire is almost outstanding, he can use his fire to make all kind of objects in battle whether they be for defence or for offence. He can create such things as fire swords, fire whips, fire walls and if he wants to he can even create fire fingernails. He can also control the fire around him e.g. if he was in a room with a burning candle he could pull the flame off the wick and into his hand. Nightmare can also control other aspects of his fire such as the temperature. He can make his fire burn at the same temperature as regular fire but most of the time he makes it hotter so that the flames burn blue. Although he can make his fire burn at pretty much any temperature he wants though he will stick to around 1500 degrees
- Boiling Blood:
A sort of side effect to his pyrokinesis, Nightmare has blood which burns well over 300 degrees but due to the fact that this has always been there for him he doesn't feel it at all but if he gets cut in battle and it goes over someone it will burn them.
- Hot Touch:
With the boiling blood Nightmare also has hot skin. Simply touching him will result in a small burn and holding him will result in possible third degree burns. This results in Nightmare being virtually unfreezable. Even in sub zero temperatures Nightmare feels no difference in temperature at all
•Rapid Cell Regeneration: Nightmare has a healing factor beyond what is humanly possible. He is able to simply get up and walk away from gun shots like they were nothing. Small things such as being stabbed by a knife don't phase him although being stabbed by a sword would cause him minor discomfort. Nightmare is also able to regenerate from an explosion although this process is much longer and much much more painful. Due to the fact he is so used to pain Nightmare now starts to enjoy minor pain such a being shot but anything else still hurts like it would a normal person
- Toxin Immunity:
Partly due to his healing factor and partly due to the temperature of his blood Nightmare is completly immune to any toxins, whether they be injected, ingested or inhalded. As soon as it enters his blood stream the sheer temperature of his blood kills any toxin and the healing factor will get rid of anything that might have survived

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===
Family: JaK Sage
Place of Origin: Gotham City
History: David was born in Gotham City with his younger brother. With both parents being scientists (father working for STAR labs and mother working for Wayne Industries) they lived a pretty good life, never having to worry about money, but when David was about 10 he noticed things were starting to change. Their mother got laid off because the economy was going down the crapper and David also noticed that around this time his father became more and more stressed out, he assumed it was something to do with work but was to afraid to ask. What he didn't know was that his father was planning to use him and his brother JaK for a test. After seeing JaK being injected with some kind of formula David got kind of nervous but he didn't have a choice and got injected as well and noticed that the hole the needle made had healed as soon as the needle was pulled out but then his vision started to go blurry and he passed out. While his father was at the lab with JaK, David would remain at home feeling hot 24/7 and no way to stop it, he even tried holding ice cubes to his body but they melted as soon as they touched his skin. He tried to show his father this but he payed no interest in him and just kept popping back and forth to the lab with JaK to work on what the formula had done to him, leaving David completly ignored. Then one day their father was fired from his job, thinking this would mean that he was going to be able to spend more time with his dad David became happy, until he saw that his dad still only paid attention to JaK, this caused David to lose it a bit. David then went to his room one day really annoyed at his dad, he got so angry that steam started coming from his head and then he punched a wall and noticed a few flames come from his hands as they met the wall. He then spent a year training with JaK on how to control their powers and in this time David learned to make his fire blue but all this control went out the window when one day in school JaK got in a fight and ended up getting put in the hospital. Getting mad that some boys beat his brother up, David wasted no time in hunting the boys down and teaching them a lesson but when he got home his parents punished him for almost exposing him and his brother. David then got so angry at his parents that he completly lost control of his powers and fire started coming from all over his body and burned the house down, accidentaly killing both his parents. He then ran straight from the house to the hospital and made up a story about how the boys who put him in the hospital also burned the house down and that he only survived because of his healing factor, he then told JaK they had to run away because people in the city would blame them and hunt them down because of their powers. Year later the pair were living on the streets and were steealing what they needed to get by and only looking out for each other. During these years running from the police the brothers became experts in free running. While JaK learned new fighting techniques David just went around attacking people and stealing whatever he wanted from them. David rarely slept due to the fact he always had nightmares about him burning the house down, eventually calling himself Nightmare to anyone who asked instead of using his real name. Now he and his brother have came to Jump City to start a new life for themselves...
Sample RP David breathed it in, the smell of a new city was one of his favourite smells because it meant new things to steal from new people. He then noticed a hot dog vendor, feeling pretty hungry David picks up a near-by rock and throws it past the vendors cart which caused the vendor to go and check out what caused the noise where the rock landed, giving David a chance to steal one of the hot dogs. As he turned back to face JaK with the hot dog in his hand he saw that all familiar look, his brothers disapproving stare but as usual he just blanks out because he knows what follows it, a little speech about how its a new place and they shouldn't be getting into trouble already. He then catches something about staying where he is so that JaK can go and check something out.
