I just came for my stuff... (Open Titans/Alumni)

All waiting...waiting... waiting for their chance...Their opening! However, with the way the battle seemed to be going. It didn't appear it would come. The Lock-up between the two had ended and they had gone back to trading blows! BAM!! WHAMM!!! THUD!!! KA-POW!....Yes, I said KA-POWWW!! The two traded fists, back and forwardth with ferocity and intensity. JaK's head slammed into the island floor cracking it underneath, Superboy's jaw ricocheted from a right hook he received, his knee buckled after a thunderous side kick, and JaK looked as if he nearly bit his tongue off form an uppercut. Each fought not giving an inch until JaK smirked after Superboy seemed to finally be gaining an upper hand after dazing Sage with a blow..That was until...

"Watch your step."

JaK said as the ground around Conner's feet suddenly locked him in place, and then Sage went on the offensive; landing blow after blow after blow of crucial hits to SB and each had a tinge of that magic output to put a real hurt on the kryptonian clone. It wasn't until Superboy broke free of the rock and then pounced at JaK that he accidentally grazed JaK's palm as the ex-titan avoided the tackle and ended up ripping off some of his glove, revealing the rings. Superboy immediately made a grab for his hand afterwards, but had his wrist turned back by JaK and ate a huge haymaker for his trouble, which ripped the other glove upon impact. That hit appeared to be all she wrote...JaK then began to pound on Superboy while wrapping a leg around his knee to stop movement or escape and hammerfisted him again and again, to the point where Conner's nose almost looked broken. Normally Superboy would have the advantage, but JaK had the willpower, the training, the magic upgrades at the moment, and the know-how to manipulate the team. Plus, most of all...He wasn't holding back one inch!

That's when it happened, however, as he brought his hand back to deliver one last final blow Toji made his move and sped forward snatching the ring off JaK's finger within a split second. For that Toji had to travel at near maximum speeds for him, but he did it. He did what he had to save JaK Sage from himself. JaK felt his power slip from him almost immediately after the ring was lifted and then turned to deal with Toji, when from his other hand another ring was suddenly yanked off a finger by Beyond in stealth mode, who threw it up and caught it in his hand smugly as he became visible, just as SB took the moment of hesitation to deliver a stiff blow to JaK! The powerful punch sent him back-flipping onto his stomach...He then tried to get back to all fours, but suddenly felt a metal foot step on his hand, giving yet another opportunity for a ring to be jacked from him. This time it was Meta, which surprised JaK that he was able to sneak up on him at all...In fact, he couldn't believe ANY of them had snucken up on him.

"What the hell!?"

His mind reading hadn't been working, but why, they must've blocked it. JaK had not planned for that...He let his focus be solely on Superboy and trusted in the ring's power too much and now he was down three of them.

"Dammit..."

JaK would say as he stood up favoring his arm and looked across the island at the four of them who were now by each other, each sporting a ring except Superboy.

JaK looked across the battlefield with almost emotionless eyes, but you could see the defiance in his gaze. The determination to not give in, no matter what the consequences. He still had two useful rings and he wouldn't give in. As Meta charged him he would feel himself slow down in mid charge as JaK utilized the telekinesis stolen from SB and then disappeared as Meta's punch shattered the ground from where JaK had been standing and Sage then appeared above them in armored form.

"You think I'm gonna give in to you, do you really think coming back is an option for me!? I'll NEVER STO--!!!"

Suddenly Kris's voice cuts into the dead of the early morning night sky and JaK halts himself in mid air over Toji and Beyond, who he was about to aerial ambush and stares over to Kris. he was wondering who he was and how he got here, not recognizing him as a Titan. The fight paused for only a brief moment as they peered towards him.

JaK saw Meta coming and again used tactical telekinesis to slow him down in mid air. Then grabbed his arm by enhancing his reflexes with it and twirled him around before launching him into Superboy with the hand he hadn't nearly crushed by stepping on it, but was already starting to feel better.

"You dumbasses just don't get it! You're not in my league, much less able to deal with what I'm going through. I don't give a damn about your feeling or what you want...I care about keeping you safe. This was a test to see how you would fair...And I'm not saying your all hopeless, but at this rate your team would barely survive."

JaK levitated down and activated his wrist-shooters now. Pointing one at Kris and the other at Beyond, Toji, Meta, and SB.

"Just give me back the rings...I'll figure out something myself."

"No Sage. It's not gonna work like that."

Wraith AKA Ben 10 suddenly levitated out of the tower with Miley in his arms and landed next to Kris, who he didn't attack, but instead levitated into JaK. This action shocked Sage, who tried to fire without using his tacticle tele in case he needed to stop a rush from the other four, but Ben unnaturally juked Zero out of the way of JaK's fire until he reached Sage and started to drain him of his energy.

"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!! *drops to floor*"

Ben then reverts back to human form as JaK sits there on his knees with the rings of power drained from his body and only his original powers to help him. The teen then approaches Sage after placing Miley down as she comes to and kneels before the fallen ex-hero.

"It's over. And the only reason were not locking you in the deepest hole we can find right now is because of what you used to be. Now spill it or stand up and try to take us all right now without your magical power-ups."

Ben then took the ring to learn others powers off JaK's finger and held it up signifying he wanted to know what this was and how he got it.

"Fine. You really wanna know...These are the tools in which I'm gonna use to bring destruction upon the city and then the world....Sorry, have no choice."

JaK then moves one of his bangs revealing a blood red symbolic scar.

"It's a blood pact I made with an old enemy of ours; We took to calling him Necatti back in the day."

"Heard of him. Not sure if I believe all I heard, but still JaK, why would you do that?! Why would you take these for him!?"

"So I could live..so I could kill Nightmare. That pact is the only reason I'm alive right now and with that power it's the only way I can kill him."
