| Another gun shot rang out from the passenger side, she sure loved her guns. Mike continued the high speed down the road, constantly weaving both lanes of the road to avoid the oncoming and same direction vehicles. Back in her seat, Savannah questioned Mike's view on Gotham. As he cracked a smile, a small chuckle of a laugh.
Mike || The Mouth || Stokes You kidding? Born and raised here, I love the place...the only thing is I'm releasing, aiding & harboring escaped prisoners, those sort of things don't sit well with a certain bat. A bat I don't plan on meeting just yet. So, the quicker we get going the better.
Mike said, raising his eyebrows lightly as he drove up the slip road and finally onto the bridge, and there stood a wave of officers, all of which blocking exit and entry into Gotham via the bridge, there 4x4's made a blockade and cover for them to aim their sights at Mike and his newly recruited crew of merry men...and woman. As the van parked a distance from the blockade, the commanding officer at the scene got on speakerphone, beginning to demand they get out of the vehicle with their han- oh you know! Usual ol' crap! Mike leaned over to Savannah, his hand reaching down for the...glove box. (Minds out of the gutter.) Opening the compartment, Mike's hand pushed some trash aside until he eventually he got to a white plastic device, looked like a remote for a TV, as Mike placed in two AA batteries, a red LED on the remote flickered on, giving Mike a reason to smile as he looked back at squadron of police.
Mike || The Mouth || Stokes Ladies and Gentlemen, we ask that from this point on you keep all body parts inside the vehicle at all times, if you are pregnant, you should consult your doctor before partaking in this event, this next scene will include flashing images, dangerous to those with Photosensitive Epilepsy.
Mike said, before reminding himself of a few numbers again, specifically the numbers he hand wrote on the buttons of this remote, his eyes widened as he concluded his answer, pressing down on the 1. As not a few moments later, an explosion in front of them capsized one of the 4x4s, as a huge chunk of concrete in the road ripped from the road from the explosion underneath. Clearing a path for the van, Mike's foot hit the exhaust once again, the van driving down the road. Without much warning, Mike's right arm reached around the shoulders of Savannah to pull her down low against the dashboard, as he looked behind him to the thugs in the back.
Mike || The Mouth || Stokes Pull your socks up, lads!
The phrase was not taken very well to the thugs, who most eyed in confusion, but a few took to the actions of Mike, translating the phrase the best they could to...duck...as a barrage of bullets met the van, the side windows and windscreen tore to pieces in mere moments, as the back of the van managed to deflect some bullets, but not alot of them, as bullet hole allowed strobes of light to peer through into the back, whilst the thugs either groaned from a bullet wound, or kept their head down, the van meanwhile drove through the clearance, only just missing the hole in the bridge recently created. As the bullets eventually stopped hitting the van, the occupants were allowed to sit back up correctly. The wailing of sirens once again indicating the remaining cops getting back in their vehicles to hunt down the group. |

| "Just like their Bat Pal, they can't take a hint to just, bugger off"
With that, Savannah would glance around the front of the van, in order to find some kind of weapon, something to make them afraid to chase. The blaring of the sirens got louder and louder, as the squad cars were able to speed towards the van. Savannah was hoping to find something like... a submachine gun, an assault rifle; something wit a bit more power than the pistol. But alas, there seemed to be nothing; all there was, was the hand gun which had served them well so far.

| Mike || The Mouth || Stokes Check the boxes.
Said Mike with a sharpish tone, as he focused on the road ahead, a wild squad car attempted to stop the van in it's track by reversing into it's path. But Mike spun the wheel to the right with a tug, swerving around the car. The vehicle continued, making it's way along the bridge, and at this point the cars had gathered behind the van, attempting both pit bulls and boxing the van in. But Mike knew he had more weapons in the van. It was just a matter of Savannah checking the remaining packages in the back. Almost like unwrapping presents on Christmas Day! Ooooooooooh so exciting! |

| Savannah was never keen on Christmas. The only present she ever receives is the knowledge of knowing she has finished the year without getting shot, nifty. She found her way into the back, where a rather large wooden box was placed, though it seemed more like a crate. She shuffled the lid off, and her eyes lit up; Christmas was here, and she once again felt like a little kid with new toys. New toys in the form of an RPG launcher, a sniper rifle and two magnum pistols. Plenty of choice, and whilst the RPG launcher and the sniper rifle were tempting, she opted for the two magnum pistols.
"Got a preference?"
She called out to Mike. Surely he knew what was there, her guess was the RPG launcher. He's shown a liking to them thus far. [

| Mike || The Mouth || Stokes Not reall-Y!!!!!
Mike screeched at the end, as he, BY ACCIDENT! May have made one of Gotham's finest, who stood in the path of the van, attempting to shoot the engine out, as a new ornament for the grill of the van. Mike frowned a little, shaking his head in shame.
Mike || The Mouth || Stokes And I just had confession...
Mike said dimly, looks like another trip to church was in order. As Mike sped up drastically, these cops are persistent little gits. As Mike looked back to the men who surrounded Savannah in the back.
Mike || The Mouth || Stokes I'm pretty sure the lady could use some assistance...
Said Mike, urging the thugs to help her out a little, and that tey did, as one took out the sniper rifle, two others opened the backdoor to the van, almost like opening a curtain to a packed audience at the theater, the audience being the cops that is...and they were in for one hell of a performance it seemed. |

| Savannah sat back and watched at first as the thugs tried their darnedest to lend a hand. The one with a sniper rifle had knelt down, pressing his eye up to the scope of the rifle as he steadied his aim at one of the drivers. When he felt he had a shot, he took it, however.Rather than clip his target in the eye, the bullet instead shot off the one of the side mirrors. Infuriated, he tried for another shot and just... hit the other side view mirror. He got pushed aside now as Savannah had grown weary of this joke. Picking the sniper rifle up herself, she pointed it towards the cop car, and without looking down the scope she pressed the trigger three times in rapid succession. The first two bullets pierced the front tires, the third would clip the driver in the hand. As a result he had to let go of the steering wheel as his car got out of control, spinning off the bridge and down to the murky depths of the river below. However! There were still two more to deal with. Savannah threw down the sniper rifle and picked up the RPG launcher, handing it to that thug before. She had a glint of disdain i her eyes and she handed it to him with some force.
"Try not to miss"
He nodded rather frantically as he took hold of the RPG launcher properly. Turning to look out the window, he simply aimed forward at the car behind which was weaving from side to side. What's worse is, just before he was going to take the shot, he hesitated at the sound of a click. Behind him Savannah had pulled out one of the handguns, holding it just behind his head. Nervousness set in, he was frightened, all made worse when Savannah confirmed the situation.
"Miss, and you die"
Yes, he was certainly feeling uneasy. He closed his eyes, shaking as he got ready to fire. A few deep breaths, and he shot, eyes closed, hoping for the best. The RPG soared out of the ring, straight forward. The squad car weaving from right to left didn't get hit, the ground beside it did which as a result, ended up propelling the squad car over the side of the bridge, leaving just a hole where it was. A sigh of relief as he opened his eyes to realize, but another gun shot was heard and the thug fell to the ground, dead.
No! Not Larry! He had 3 days left til retirement! The last squad car was visible now, having moved around that second hole in the road to be driving just behind the van. The cop in the passenger seat leaned out his window, firing his pistol at them. Nobody was wounded fortunately, as nobody noticed too much after the killing of Larry.
"Throw him out"
"What? Why?"
"Throw him out!"
"Why?"
"Do it, I've got plenty more ammo"
Two of the other thugs would pick up Larry and throw him out the back, in front of that third squad car. It brought the squad car to a screeching halt, only a few centimeters in front of Larry's carcass. RPG launcher in hand, Savannah fired another rocket which hit the cop car; sending Dead Larry, the two policemen and the car up in flames, perfect.
"Done"
Savannah would say as she called back to Mike, turning around. A smile spread across her face, all in all that was pretty good. Few improvements to be made, but that's the faults of the thugs, not her.

| Mike || The Mouth || Stokes Great work.
Said Mike, who remained set on the road, as he was coming to the end of the bridge and off onto to the outskirts of Gotham. In just a couple of hours, they would be back at Steel. Although the van was in a pretty crappy condition, with all the bullets that had entered it. But it could hold for the journey. Though it may need some more gas, it did its job, rescuing a damsel in distress, though, she wasn't really in distress, and picked up some help along the way. All in a good days work. |

| The back doors of the van would be slammed shut by one of the thugs as it continued along the journey set out to Steel City.
