Mike wasn't gonna stand down. Not a big surprise, Sam figured he wasn't just gonna give up. But Ignis wasn't helping things either. She owed Mike for letting her free of that coffin and wasn't gonna let Sam try anything. Sam sighed, knowing things were about to get complicated...he also tried to ignore Ignis melting the coffin into slag.
"Fine then," He replied. "Really didn't want to fight you, lady. If you're gonna defend a criminal like this, I don't have much of a choice."
Sam turned to look at Mike again, who was already hard at work snatching and grabbing whatever he could get his hands on and fit in that bag of his.
"Don't think this means I'm letting get away with this, pal. You're not out of the woods just yet," He turned back to look at Ignis. "How does the roof sound for an arena? Oh, but before we go, let me just take care of something real quick..."
Sam took a deep breath in and spread his leg's stance out as he exhaled. Clenching his hands into fists, he pumped his right arm into the air before opening it, his palm facing the ceiling.
"Henshin!"
There was a blinding burst of bright light that emanated from Sam. As it faded, he glowed white from head to toe as his form began to change. As the metamorphosis ended, there was another burst of light. When that had faded, standing in Sam's place was the insectoid form of Beetle Knight. The armored fighter cracked his neck and crossed his arms.
"Okay, ready. How about you, lady?"

Mike || The Mouth || Stokes Wouldn't dream of it!
Shouted Mike, who honestly, wasn't really paying attention, let them fight, it gathered some more time for Mike to catalog his items. Although he did seem pleased that the kid wanted to take their fist fight out of this room, Mike didn't have to clock any noggins with his fists if something got broken. Then ofcourse, another little magic act was performed, as the teen had transformed into some type of bug, it was obvious something was gonna happen, after all he offering to fight a lady who could manipulate flames, only an idiot would do such a thing unarmed.

"Criminal? even if he is a criminal, he freed me and I owe him this much but nothing more. Besides, I suppose me and him are of common ilk then." She murmured softly as flames danced across the tips of her fingers and spiralled up her arms, engulfing them in hungry flames that licked and lashed greedily at the air. She was getting ready for the ensuing battle, the melee and the brawl as once more, flames began to wrap around her lower legs and she made it clear she had her eyes locked onto the man beetle. "Polymorphing, something I'm familiar with."
But that wasn't exactly going to surprise or stop her, far from it in fact as her hands balled into fists, she took a step forward, small flaming footsteps being left in her wake as she without any real warning, slammed her feet into the ground, cracks radiating outward from the force of the blow as she shoved herself forward, the flames on her legs exploded and like a bullet, shot her towards Sam with surprising amounts of speed as she forced her fist towards his chin aiming for a full-force vicious, explosive uppercut that would do a little more than just burn him.

Beetle Knight looked over at Mike briefly as The Mouth got busy snatching and grabbing. He was hoping this fight would go by quick enough to allow Beetle to think up a way to stop Mike from making a getaway with all that stuff. But he could think about him later. Right now he had Ignis to deal with, and she didn't seem to keen on the whole 'Take it to the roof' idea. 'Cause, y'know, she was coming at him with an uppercut...on fire. That was kind of worth taking notice off.
Beetle had just barely enough time to get into a combat stance and prepare some sort of defense before Ignis' fiery fist connected, knocking him into the air. Landing on all fours after nearly a second of being Airborne, Beetle rose back up and cracked his neck again. Good News: His head was still attached.
"Not Bad!" Beetle said, clearly sounding impressed. "Now let me give it a go."
With a shout, Beetle dashed toward Ignis. As he closed the gap, he made a hop forward and cocked his right arm back. The momentum of his hop still carrying him, he reached Ignis, swinging his left leg at her torso. He followed up with a cross aimed at her jaw from his right as he touched down to the floor again.

The song that played on Mike's phone, pressing play for a small tune to collect his goods with. Mike has no idea to this day what those two Italian ladies are singing about. Truth is, he didn't want to know. Some things are best left unsaid. He'd like to think they are singing about something so beautiful, it can't be expressed in words, and makes your heart ache because of it. It was the same song he'd heard in Impel Down. Those voices...soaring higher and farther than anybody in a gray place dares to dream. It was like some beautiful bird flapped into Mike's drapy little cage and made those walls dissolve away, and for the briefest of moments, every last man in Impel felt free.
...Yup, with a lawsuit most likely on it's way, Mike had heard the ruckus in the distance of the fight getting into shape between Ignis and Beetle boy. Whilst it wasn't exactly nice to hear as the song was, Mike could somehow just manage to block out the bone crunching punches and spine tingling kicks for a few moments to enjoy his music. As Mike picked up what looked like a candlestick. Glinting in the light of Mike's flashlight a bright warmy gold, Mike couldn't help but smile as he placed it in the bag. Swaying his index finger to the music a little as he did.
