To the Amusing carnival! (Open)

The sky was clear, the temperature was cool, and it was an all round pleasant day in Jump City, pleasant enough for any hero or villain to just take a day off and chill out.

Katera took the chance to visit the amusement as she walked into the place she looked around and walked up to the different games, there were 2p slot machines, DDR machines, car and motorbike racing games, plenty of shooting games, a few air hockey tables, a basket ball game, heck even a roller coaster simulator and a bowling alley, it was a haven for people who just wanted to have a fun day out with friends, there was even a food place where people could have some food and drinks.

The hawk girl tried to choose what to do first before looking over the 2p machines then put some money to get some 2ps, starting to play on the slot machines which had little prizes such as keyrings and other cheap trinkets.She continued to play the slot machines until she won something, a nice hibiscus flower hair clip, she was lucky,she had gotten double prizes though it wasnt so good mostly the color but stil she wondered off further on the area

This strawberry ice cream was sweet. It had enough sugar to make Jemmy momentarily forget about her plans to devastate the world and kill millions of people. The last time she had tasted something quite this sweet, she had just finished eating...oh what was his name? In any case, he had been delicious. Of course, Keeper punished Jemmy for eating the weaker being. The old man never let her have any fun. It was all business to him.

This was true Chaos, Jemmy thought. Children screaming, machines buzzing, money being made and lost. Most of all, emotions were changing rapidly as people sought shallow happiness.

All that would make this better would be to enslave some people. Jemmy looked around for people in want of things. Hopefully, she would be able to tempt them into selling their free will to her.

Jemmy saw a girl with Hawk wings. Odd, but not unheard of in Jemmy's experience. She had once eaten at the table of Dream himself.

"Hey there. I'm Jemmy. Who are you?" She took another lick of her ice cream.

Flint chuckled to himself as he walked into the carnivals doors. He couldn't believe he was here. He didn't know how he managed to get his lazy butt here, but he wanted to learn to do that all the time. The 'living forever' thing was a excuse he often made to himself, but somehow he got up today and did something fun.

He walked to the nearest game, a shooter, and begun shooting the targets with moderate aim. He eventually won a stuffed animal. He thought about giving it to Ayumu, and in his thinking state, didn't notice the person in front of him. "Oh! sorry..."

Lightly stretched and with a mumbling noise as she kept moving on her path but the upcoming guy wear her made her halt first,she shrugged not quite needing his apoligies altought her head would then rotate on the side view and easily sighted Jemmy as a sudden introduction and question came from her,eyes slightly blinking in this sunny temperature.However before making an intro speech,a -hmmm- sound went out of Katera's breath Katera her surroundings officially felt crowded but not so interesting yet having some fun could look better,maybe company wouldnt be this useless.

With the wings folded on themselves her predatory eyesight returned to Flint yeah he gave out a bit of uneeded excuse so she simply nodded quickly she took it with no words out of throat instead of actually ignoring.

The shivering child smiled. "Katera. Tell me, is there anything you want? I can grant magical wishes, but you have to give me something in return." Jemmy realized that she might sound like a carnival vendor or a cheap fortune teller. "Don't worry, it won't cost you any money, just a favor. Come on, now, there must be something you want?"

Jemmy was aware of Flint, and spoke loud enough for him to hear as well. Perhaps he would like to take up her offer. The boy was not a normal human. It wasn't really that Jemmy needed to surround herself with powerful people, she just found them more interesting.

Fenrir came to the fair with the entire band in tow; of course, he wasn't in his heroic uniform. No trouble, after all.

Aestus grumbled.

Come on, guys, let's just have a little fun. If we're all work and no play, we'll never get the album done.

They went their separate ways, Fenrir checking out the different attractions.

Flint sighed, he didn't mean to offend the girl, but she didn't even respond. Instead of pursuing the girl's interest, he looked down to the little girl, who's name was Jemmy. She seemed to be cold, very cold because of the shivering. He couldn't tell if it was cold outside or not so, he didn't question it. Flint smiled to her.

Her statement sparked his interest. "Wishes? What kind of wishes?" He asked. "And what kind of favor? I'm not sacrificing myself to a demon or anything, mostly because I can't." He was joking about that, he had no clue that Jemmy was the Princess of Chaos.

Guess this girl had caught a male volunteers and not the bird girl interest at all right now having company wasnt up to become a true wish since it was already there so nothing should be this bad except the point that Flint began to speak at Jemmy.On that occasson,Katera eyes brightened up in intense flames more because of the sunrays hitting itself near her face and neck,she was sort of waiting there while observing the arcade area creating somekind of disco themed ambiance with neon lights sparkling on and on making this festival way too much colorful but whatever those citizens seemed to have fun while they could.

Jemmy smiled up at Flint. Had she caught his interest? "Anything, really. I can grant you any wish you want. Surely there's something that you want. Something deep down that you have always thought was impossible or unobtainable."

As for Jemmy, she thought that Flint would make a nice toy to play with. Meta-humans made the funnest toys. They were always so interesting, and watching them fight was a bonus. Now that she had caught his ear, Jemmy would keep trying until she turned Flint into her puppet.

Fenrir walked by a man and two girls, hands in his pockets. Noticing one of them was particularly tiny, Fenrir stopped, blinking. It appeared they were having a serious conversation. After a moment, he shrugged, moving on, and going to the shooter's side of the arcade.

Flint thinks for a second. "What could you do? Tell me, do you even know what I want? My wish could be to see you dead." He said, trying to look serious, but he quickly broke down laughing. "I'm joking, and one last question-What's the catch?"

Her head lightly spun on the side when a random dude passed by them,she shrugged to herself and would then approach the two others who were blabbering not quite liking this start ok you two,either you stay quiet or get some fun on my side Katera responded a bit founding that wishing subject uninteresting but odd to admit.Awaiting back theirs answers,her reddish albino like eyes kept a long stare a both till they would say something on wheter accepting to get a funtime or just shut it for good maybe also leaving.

Jemmy giggled. She had not been expecting such an answer. The boy laughed a few moments later, showing that it was a joke. Jemmy felt a bit disappointed. "I see. Well, it seems I'm a liar. I can't die, so that is one wish that could not come true."

Katera complained about their conversation. It seemed that Jemmy was ruining the poor girl's fun. This was what Jemmy did for fun, so she ignored the winged girl. At least she had this man's attention, now.

"I don't know what you want, but people always want something. Soldiers to fight for your honor, servants to attend you, friends and lovers to enjoy; these are common requests. The 'catch' as you call it is really not that bad. I will do a favor for you by granting this wish, and then I will make a wish of you...which you must do." The girl's eyes twinkled orange on the word "must." Yes, in granting someone's wish, she would temporarily take control of their free will. Like a puppet they would need to do whatever she commanded. It was, in truth, a steep price to pay, but the benefits were so very tempting.

"So what will it be? A millennium of pure delight? A nation to rule? The might of a god? There are very few things that Shivering Jemmy cannot supply."
