Personality: Due to her age and what happened to her mother she is still quite immature but when she is around her father she act maturely. She is secretive, sarcastic (or even cynical), confident, paranoid. Rose can also be quite sensitive in matters concerning her mother.

Family: Jonathan “John” Carpenter & Louise Carpenter (deceased)
Place of Origin: Gotham City
Current City: Jump City
History: Jonathan and Louise Carpenter were both scientists who worked for Star labs. when her parents were not around and she had lived with both her parents up till the age of 11 when her mother had died in an explosion caused by the Joker. The bombs were planted all around the city and while Batman was busy pursuing the other bombs the one connected to the laboratory in Gotham went off. Her father filled with hatred for Batman who failed to save his wife wanted nothing to do with Batman or Gotham City again.

John made the decision to move to Jump City as it was then dubbed as a city where psychotic criminals didn’t exist. Rose didn’t want to move at first but then after seeing her father’s face wanted nothing but for him to happy. Rose was encouraged to take martial arts classes and from an early age in order to protect herself, this in turn made to be a very active person and she decided to also take up gymnastics. At her new school she continued to participate in gymnastics and martial arts to make her parents happy.

However she started to feel suffocated by her father’s over protection and wanted to do other things that were more ‘exciting’ and even dangerous. Being a fan of Batman even though she does not tell her father that any more as she had to get rid of anything that was related to the dark knight – she still kept a book that held newspaper clipping of Batman’s escapades. At age 15 she started vigorously training and experimenting with her martial arts and gymnastics, she even joined a club outside school where you could train to become an acrobat. She became a thrill seeker and started sneaking out at night to look for trouble. She has yet to meet another hero or villain.

Rose sat on the edge of the rooftop, swinging her legs aimlessly and looking at the vast city. She glanced down checking the digital watch on her right hand it read 8:12pm, she gripped the bow on her left and stood up. Walking towards the stairs on the side of the building she glanced down at the alleyway, deeming it safe she jumped down onto them and proceeded to walk down until she reached the ladder touching the ground. She slid down it and ran down the alleyway until she grunted being tackled to the ground by someone.

Hmm, no because there is the new Thunder & Lightning NPCs, but seeing as you said it was temporary I didn't see it being a big deal. Since they're a duo, and Non playable characters, but ya feel free to change it.
