| Did you think that the normal teenagers were the only ones who skipped class? Of course not! The H.I.V.E. students loved to sneak away from the base whenever they could; the Teen Titans practically dropped out to fight crime. So it wasn't too surprising that a couple of the H.I.V.E.'s most talented pupils would be playing hooky at MHS. There was nothing more fun than terrorizing the locals.
"You call this is a technology class?" Jade hissed before swiping her claws along the full length of the chalk board posted up in the back of the room. She and some of her peers had decided to mess with the acne-ridden and awkward individuals of second period Keyboarding class. They would all run for the door and the code red alarm was sounding.
Cheshire's mask was fastened tightly to her face as she looked at her comrade(s). "How much more damage do you think we can cause before those Titans get here?" Underneath the mask, she was smirking. Her claws tapped against her cold outer-face, tracking the seconds it took for a reply. She seemed to be able to tune out the cries of fleeing freshmen well.

| “Oh, I think enough to knock a few subjects off the curriculum budget. Business studies, art, sociology. It really all depends on whether their insurance covers attack by us.” Pix replied smugly.
The teenage terrors each knew why they had chosen a school to ransack. It was acting out a fantasy; what they all wished they could do to those rigid reform classrooms back at the academy. And yet, ideas never came into being. Most acts of rebellion, so prevalent in Hugh's previous education establishments, were not an option when he considered the disapproval of their schoolmasters...
Best not to dwell on it too much. Hugh placated himself by launching a CPU after the evacuating children. Circuit-boards and micro-processors rained across them. Wanton destruction always made the difficult thoughts go away. He was evidently happy now (^_^), though if Cheshire began scratching that chalk board again, he may end up breaking that.
Despite complete anarchy, Pix left the computer monitors alone. They were useful to him. Even now the majority of them had been manipulated to show the H.I.V.E insignia. It was a simple technique of changing pixel colours. The pattern he had memorised after hours of 'having nothing better to do'. It was a neat party trick, and afforded the academy some cheap advertising. Who among his peers wouldn't be impressed?
“Backtrack a second. What makes you so sure the Titans even get involved with poky places like this? There's nothing valuable.” Unless you counted knowledge, which Pix certainly didn't.

| Cheshire sighed while walking toward the one called Pix. His powers were odd, but unique to say the least. He would thrive in this environment should combat ensue; there were computers plugged up in every room, and they were currently standing in the edifice's computer lab. Pixels were everywhere, just waiting to add to Pix's strength and increase Cheshire's fun.
The sound of the computer's internals scattering about on the floor was annoying. Each one was like a little metal rain drop. Jade waited for the annoyance to end before she began talking. Funny how the screaming kids and teachers and alarm bells ringing didn't both her as much as the handiwork of her own teammate. "They will. Don't you know by now? The Titans alway show up. It's their biggest weakness, if you ask me. Because if they show up here looking for a fight - and they will - they're going home with more things hurt than just their pride."
The Asian acrobat's statement was ended with something of a contemptuous tone. Her arms hung down at her sides with the kimono sleeves coming down way past them; her hair was falling down her back thick, long, and braided. She was waiting to see if Pix had anything to say now. If not, they could move on to another part of the school and continue their fun.

| Remnants of the crowd scurried out as Pix turned, looking back at the grinning mask. Cheshire's anonymity irked him somewhat. The whole concealment thing was going to lengths he wasn't willing to take. That smile was in fact mocking his transparency. Or so he told himself. Another reason Hugh wasn't exactly thrilled to be working with her could have been because the girl could kick his ass. Though he regarded martial-arts training as 'cheating' in this instance.
As to their possible audiences, Cheshire seemed quite adamant that they would receive visitation. The Titans were a busy group, Pix wasn't so certain. Let them come, he felt safe(r) while surrounded by the multitude of LED technology. Her forecast of victory did surprise him though. Hugh didn't know she put so much stock in his abili- wait, this was more self-confidence, wasn't it...? To think his own ego almost got carried away.
His face changed emoticon (>_>), “Fine. But if they stand you up, don't come crying to me. I'm mainly here for the smashing things part. Not much can go wrong there.” Pix threw a keyboard to the ground and stomped on it. With maybe a button or two dislodged, he turned to less enfeebling demonstrations of his power. A cloud of pixels peeled off the computer screens and collected beside him. He could work with these.

| It had been a somewhat tiresome day. The days at Murakami High were close to becoming a whole new adventure for Ryuko. Where he was raised, he had no such classes. Where he was trained, all was disciplined, none went out of line, for the severe punishment was never worth it.
Murakami High however, preferred a broad spectrum of subjects to be taught to it's students. It preferred to leave the choice with it's young and oftenly subtly talented students. Brass decisions however, often thwarted this goal. Ryuko's assessment was rather gloomy, but he knew that this, in the end, was a good school. It worked hard for it's students, the teachers were sometimes flawed but always good in their intentions.
As Ryuko walked through the hallways he felt rather awkward. He was still getting used to all of this, but one particular feature was his school uniform. It was a rule that it was worn, and he was not one to modify such clothing. He did however refuse to carry no weaponry with him at any time. Concealed within his chest pockets were a few small throwing stars. His satchel did not only contain all of his books, but also had his penultimate equipment – The Water Gauntlet. This legendary artifact was the cornerstone of Ryuko's more dormant powers, and he pitied those who would ever try to take it from him.
In his memories, Ryuko was calculating the odds of him being able to reach his locker and put on his fighting gear were any accidents to occur. Not only did his locker appear on the smaller side, not big enough to fit every piece of his armor in, it also seemed less functional in any way. Until he found a way, his armor would have to remain at home.
Violently and instantly, the undercover young Shikarii clansman was thrown out of his inner calculations as the alarm rang for a code red. Students panicked and flooded the halls, making it hard to focus on what the true problem was. Ryuko grabbed for his satchel, opened it, and slid his gauntlet on his right hand. As always, it felt like the glove was glad to be around Rain's lower forearm again. A small surge of power went through his spine, not much unlike the sensation of a chilly gust of wind.
Everyone seemed to flee from the Computer Labs. Great. If anything, Rain wasn't a fan of technology. Whatever the problem was, he wouldn't be able to solve it with his technical prowess. However, it was prudent that he would take a look.
The crowds of panicking students were not helping, especially not since they were moving in the opposite direction of where Rain was headed. Yet this mass of students, this bundle of uncontainable energy successfully masked his presence. Rain knew something was off; If this was a test of his Clan, it would not be this violent. The Shikarii clan was one of finesse, stealth, not one of destruction and chaos.
As he was close to the Labs, Rain skipped into the mens room, and let the satchel stay there. He prepared for battle, humming the Clan's incantation for courage and a flawless execution. From his satchel he took a long cloth. It was black, and seemed to be made of a very breathing material. He wrapped it around his head, efficiently covering his mouth and part of his ears. Whilst no student would remain to disclose his identity, it was never a bad things to be somewhat unrecognizable.
Rain opened the water fountains and with a swift movement of the gauntlet, the water flowed towards him, in small drops, a pristine curtain of liquid marbles.
''And now, we face our opponents..''
Rain had felt presences in the computer lab. Their bodies seemed to be humanoid at the very least, and all humanoids had water inside of them. However, one was either there or not there...as if he had fused with cold technology, and another one was so fast he could hardly keep track of it's movements.
As Ryuko moved out of the mens room, the pristine water curtain changed to white. It shaped itself into thick mists, and drifted for the technology room. Where Rain once stood, now there was nothing. He had stealthy disappeared into the mist. A feat no normal man could do, but Rain bent the mist around him with his glove, enhancing the thickness so that none would spot him as it was.
He would try to do a little reconnaissance before trying to face his opponents. Rain was, as it stood, outnumbered, and with that, possibly outmatched. If he did not know what to face, he would not stand a chance.
Were he to face exceptional odds, he would possible not fight at all. Great odds were there for Titans to face. Juno's safety was all he cared about, and she was not close at this current moment. The H.I.V.E students saw a thick mist enter the room, as unreal as it was. Rain entered with it, concealed in the thickness. Vision would not be more then half a meter unless there was an opponent who possessed exceptional eyesight.
It was Rain's wish to make the first move in name of reconnaissance. He took one of his pocket shuriken, and tried to designate a target based on the water in their bodies. One moved to fast, one had a fluctuating amount...the last one left was Cheshire.
Rain looked up. Small sprinklers. He had to keep that in mind. They would possible damage all the Computer Lab hardware, but this was a menace that needed to be contained. If it was going to save his life, he would use every advantage possible. But not just yet. He held the sharp projectile between his fingers before diligently throwing it at Cheshire. It was aimed at her right shoulder.
Rain observed the shuriken moving towards his target, but wondered if it would hit. She seemed jumpy...And how long would it take them to find him? The room hardly gave him options for cover, but Rain was confident in his abilities.

| *Knock, knock, knock...Knock, BAM!*
A few knocks were heard at the front doors of the school, which had been locked down in case of emergencies. The school had now been built to try and stop meta-human attacks, since it had to be re-modeled so many times due to superhero battles that took place inside it. This time was no different, especially since most of those incidents had involved a certain Teen Titan. As four knocks wrapped upon the front doors suddenly a green flash would occur before the last one and then the doors shot open as Krimzon! entered the vicinity via kicking them down. Krimzon's form had been chosen by Titan, Ben Tennyson for a few reasons; he was strong, he was durable in case they wanted to hit the teen as soon as he came into the fold, and he had projectiles that were explosive in case he was outnumbered and needed to clear much of the room. However, upon entering the school he didn't see much of anything other than kids hiding under desks with teachers as he walked past classrooms.
"Lets see here, the room with with the weird mist flowing out of it doesn't seem suspicious at all."
Ben had been called here by the principal, mainly because they had the number to the tower and he promised Ben that if he took care of their problem today that he, Julie, and Conner would all have their suspensions lifted from after the last incident that occurred when they attended here. That was an opportunity Ben jumped at, he knew that Capricious missed her somewhat normal life and existence with other teenagers their age and so did he. He wanted her to have that, so he beelined it straight to the school as soon as he got to call, leaving a note for any other Titans who wanted to back him up later. After searching the halls a bit and having kids point the 6'7 alien in the right direction Krimzon finally came across the room with mist flowing out of it. The computer lab? Well, Ben 10 definitely wasn't that dumb. He wasn't going to just charge in there and run into a trap, so before he took action he slid down the wall right outside the doorway and transformed his palm into a crystal shooter and listened. He was trying to find their positions before acting. While doing so, he ever so slightly peeked around the edge of the doorway to try and get a quick glance inside. Maybe he could see if he could make out any shapes. He wasn't even sure if it was the evil meta-humans that were in here or just captured/tied up students and teachers. |

| Cheshire looked on at Pix, wondering why he was so certain that she was wrong. She was more than 100% sure that the Titans would come meddling; in fact, she was counting on it even. Scaring these regular teenagers was a fun hobby, but nothing was more satisfying that sending a gang of those self-righteous Teen Titans limping back to their tower.
Just then, Speed Demon came sprinting into the room. She'd almost forgotten that he came along for the ride. "As if," Jade scoffed, turning toward him. "They don't have anything worth taking." She was waiting on his quick-witted rebuttal to her claim, but was taken back by the mysterious fog now seeping into the room. Nguyen readied her stance, staring at the door frame as more and more mist seemed to be trickling into it. There was obviously no need to warn the other H.I.V.E. students - they'd have to be absolutely blind to miss what was going on.
She stared at the ominous source of the cloud hard. Where was it coming from? It was being caused by something... or more likely, someone. Cheshire began to play out the options in her head, deciding this was most likely a newly added Titan. Whatever it was couldn't spell good things for the H.I.V.E. "What do you think it is?" she whispered to Pix, figuring he had about as much of an idea as she did. And then, it came.
It came fast. Thank goodness Cheshire was slightly faster. She threw her right arm up, knocking away the painful ninja star. It clanked on the ground before finally settling. "It's attacking!" Jade stated while also turning invisible. Let's see that whatever-it-is try to target her again while he couldn't see her. The female assassin went running forward, hoping to meet whatever had threw the shuriken at her and return the favor with her own equipment.

| Kunoichi read the note that had been left back at the tower by Ben. She thought that she might as well go just in case assistance was needed. Arriving at the school she cautiously walked down the empty hallways. Looking at the classroom doors and lockers, she wondered if she should try attending here. Catching up to Ben, who was standing alert outside of what the sign above the door read to be the lab, she went to him slowly not wanting to alarm him or blow their cover. "What are we dealing with this time?" she whispered to him. | |

| Ah, their impatient partner had finished with his rounds. Speed Demon may have been the new guy, but he was tolerable enough. Pix had even started to grow accustom to those nicknames that were being thrown around. Though he wouldn't admit as much to the younger villain. Hell forbid, he might come out with more!
Cheshire refused Speed's offer with a line of thought that sounded familiar. Oh yeah, Hugh had already said there was nothing valuable. If there was nothing of importance here, then it followed that the Titans wouldn't waste their time. Probably just get a load of cops throwing around tear gas. He assured himself that he was right on this, err... Was that tear gas here already?
A creeping mist had seeped in to the otherwise deserted room. Just the three teens with their will to wreck. It would be going beyond stubborn to suggest that it was a freak weather anomaly. Pix's face collapsed into three horizontal lines as he observed its quick progress, “Maybe a Titan. Maybe.” Came his frustrated reply. He jumped as an attack was launched, but relaxed when Pix registered it wasn't for him. The next one could be though, Cheshire had disappeared on them.
It was times like this when you could either counter or defend. Hugh chose to delegate. He turned to Speed Demon, “Think you can get rid of all that?” Some coward was hiding in the mist. Clear the vapour shroud, and the HIVE students could get back to the business of smashing something...

| speed demon smirked and said "of course". He then sped around the room and tried to make the mist funnel using his mental powers and his speed to seal it with in a sheild of mental energy. When dean stopped he was holding his daggers in a relaxed reverse grip ready for an attack.

| ((Be as descriptive as possible, there is not much to work with in all honesty. Dispelling my mist could be written out so I know exactly how to react to this situation. I did not know your telekinesis could also trap liquids and I couldn't find it in your application, but I will have to make due..))
Rain knew this had been a tough task from the start. One would almost assess the situation and claim it a ''bad call''. As he watched, more and more of his mists were taken away, until he could only control that which surrounded him. And seeing a fog man was even worse.
With a gentle blink of both eyes, the mist dispersed, only to be a faint cover all around him. To his opponents, he was now clearly visible. Rain's heart beated like a solemn drum, and he felt the tension and adrenaline build up inside him. The teachings of the Clan were his only resolute factor in this chaos.
Whilst he still sensed his opponents due to their humanoid hydration levels, he now fully understood why he had trouble reading some. The last thought he had was the one he cursed most; His robe had always struck a slight degree of fear into his opponents, as they did not know what to think when they faced him. Now, he looked like a shuriken throwing student with a long cloth twisted around his lower face. He would gladly take any chance to equip his fighting gear, but that was a futile thought. A rematch, and thus, survival, were required to do so.
''And so, we commence...''
Rain's first thought was survival. His troubles had deepened. Two more appeared at the door. He could only assume them to be allies of his opponents. His odds were already steep. The screens were scrambled, this technology seemed unsalvageable. Not that there would be much to salvage in any scenario with these yet unknown rampant delinquents. He took another throwing star and threw it to cut the sprinkler. Water poured down, but not as one would think. Using the Water Gauntlet, rain bend the currents, having most of it poured on the ground, making it slippery, wet, and in his case, useable. He did not know how his rather fast opponent, and his computereque one for that matter, would react to water or slippery floors. They did get drenched though.
The Aquatic Ninja had to use all he could, as his inventory had now dwindled down to two throwing stars, and a lot of water. The water however, was not to be underestimated. As the sprinklers seized function, Rain pointed their efforts on himself, soaking himself to the human eye. In reality, he had only created a dampening layer of water, hardly touching his clothes. It would boost his movement, where water on the ground would hinder that of opponents. Te thought to create a new, even thicker mist appeared to him, but he was hesitant, believing it could aid his escape, but he was not going to do so yet. He also thought it was wise not to show Cheshire that he could read where she was by soaking her in an attempt to slow her down.
''You are all on the Clan's protected ground. They always warn you not to play with fire, but I assure you...water is no less worse.''
With that solemn sentence, Rain hastily twisted his arm in an attempt to have nearby water form an orb and sink around the head of the Speed Demon standing not a feet away from it. Suffocation until consciousness was lost was effective, he could only hope the speedster would fall for it, even if he was soaked in water. Rain himself glided towards Pix, attempting to strike this humanoid abomination where it would hurt most. Where that was, Rain did not know, but the neck never was a bad place to start. The Aqauninja leaped up and executed a spinning neck chop, using the water to aid his speed.
The battle had commenced, and Rain had effectively twisted the field of battle. His movements swift and finesse, he attempted to make quick work of this. Were he successful, they could be rfazed. If not, well...then he had to survive and rethink his strategy.

| OT: Sorry for the wait my darlings. Ben noticed as Kunoichi just as the real fight had commenced and the mist was going away. A student who appeared out of the mist was outnumbered and the other two fit the description of the troublemakers Ben got on the phone. Hwoever, the third wasn't there? Ben had missed Cheshire going invisible due to the mist, although he did notice a floating mask. Freaky scene, but nothing he hadn't dealed with before.
"HIVE students. We gotta be careful though, they took out Titan's East leader before remember? So we know they're no pushovers. It's 2 on 1 right now and one of them clearly has telekinesis by the way that mask is moving around."
Ben then held up 3 fingers to Kuno to show that they would move in at the end of his count down while still whispering. He would usually just blow them all up, but in close quarters like this the explosion could kill the student. Although, he didn't really seem to need that much help, which became evident after the sprinklers went off.
"Wow, was every student I went to school with a meta-human? Anyway, lets move in on 3, you take down the skinny one who I think has telekinesis quick and fast while I handle the rubix cube guy."
That being said, the alien transformed one of Krimzon's arms into a lance like object and used his other hand to count down from 3...2...1! |

| "Gotcha." She whispered as he gave the plan of attack.
Once Ben counted down, Kunoichi made her move into the room at the same time pulling out some kunais and shurikens and held them up. She charged at where she saw Chesires mask and aimed her knives and threw them at points that would just slow her down if she was hit.
After the knives she ran towards CHesire ready for a knee to the stomache.

| She had gone for the mask?! However, Kuno might have noticed something Ben 10 didn't and that was that the mask was moving in rather the same pattern as a being with legs. In any case, not being a trained warrior, Ben just thought it was weird. Instead he broke through the wall nearest the door as Krimzon to get the element of surprise on his target and leaped towards Pix screaming out the popular Titans catchphrase. His makeshift lance arm lifted behind him more for intimidation, while his other hand was what he was attempting to grab his foe with in mid leap. He only had about 5 to 3 more minutes left of transformation time and was hoping to make this quick.
"Teen Titans Go!" |
