| Grimacing at Emblem's action of burning the people in the kitchen because of what was said to him, Will watches the dark flames create two hellhounds. Thinking of the next plan of action, Will hears JaK mention dousing Emblem out. As JaK ran for Emblem and the two dogs, Will started his own magic act by making a white orb in his hand and forcing it to divide into several small arrow type projectiles as they guide through the room, breaking open the sprinklers overhead.
The room immediately becomes drenched as puddles are now collecting on the floor, Will's hair matted to his head and his clothes weighing on him more now from the water absorption. Will then runs toward Krious, kicking the chair that was in his way up at him for a decoy, and then using the wet tile to do a baseball slide and get right next to Krious. Using the wet surface, Will guides his legs to spin him back up before stopping completely and swings his right leg at Krious's gut.
Everyone that's still alive, get out of this restaurant. It's not going to be standing by the time this ends. Get out now.
As Will starts the fights with Krious, he ushers everyone to get out as fast as they can to avoid being collateral damage.

| (( 8 Hellhounds my man, 8. How'd you get to 2? Did I misread somewhere?)
Emblem was surprised to see someone from the kitchen survived. His work of art was the most pristine by having a combination of fiery stoves and floating magma, but it seems someone got out...and had two more with her. A most impressive feat, one that Emblem did not expect. Why did this one not speak out when he went to the kitchen in the first place? Could it be this one held wisdom? And a sharp wit with it? Too bad she did not mention Emblem's meal..
Emblem's eyes sparkled in enjoyment of what he had seen just now. This one was promising. It could be her inherent alignment to fire, but next to that, she showed admirable qualities. The ability to save herself from impending immediate doom and save others. Emblem would never do that last one. Those who could not take care of themselves were to perish in the fires of righteous retribution.
Emblem turned to JaK as he seemed to take the pain harder then the robed guy that came in later with the big mouth. Speaking of which, he seemed to talk even less then a normal mortal. Interesting. This entity in front of him however, JaK, seemed to talk about oaths and turning backs. Emblem took it he talked about him when saying this would be the second time. With fire comes it's unpredictability, as they say.
''Oath? What are you justifying yourself for? If you want to attack me, do so. There is no morality to violence, there is only the carnage I enjoy so much..''
Emblem's words were probably not interpreted by JaK as he charged forward to meet the pyromancer. At first, Emblem was interested to see how the titan changed his physical appearance. The other one seemed to have fondness for the sprinklers and fancily moved towards Krious. Too bad they came at them at the same time...Emblem always enjoyed seeing Krious in combat. Swift judgment, calculative fighting style...not Emblem's piece of cake. He could only wonder why this robed one made the floor all wet. To soothe burning wounds? Or to quell Emblem's fire? Did this dimension' Emblem's fire suffer from water? What a weakling. And why attack Krious, if Emblem was the one causing the noise...Krious was just being there. A poor strategy would come back to haunt him, or cost him his life.
Emblem heated up, seeing JaK charge towards him in blind rage. Emblem liked that, and prepared to be hit, of all things. And so he was. Emblem took a stance to take the impact, but still the blow did quite what it was supposed to do. Emblem slid back over the wet tiles several feet, but the eerie thing was...he was laughing like a mad man. Again.
''You know, for such a small and skinny man, that wasn't half bad.'' Said the half-demonic Trailblazer mockingly. ''But if you know what's good for you, I'd suggest absorbing something like air and flying away before you get hurt.''
Emblem spat liquid fire in front of him as a final mockery before standing upright. Emblem's tribalistic barbwire tattoo's glowed an eerie light blue for a slight moment for all to see before turning back to black again. None would ever see this as a good sign, but little did the heroes know it wasn't a really good thing to simply hit Emblem.
''When you meet your ancestors, don't tell them it was big mean Emmy who took your soul. It's your own mistake for attacking me. I never give second chances to begin with...''
Emblem's first flares up with flames and with one smooth motion, a pillar of flame formed. He pushed it away, but it did not go towards JaK, but towards one of the supporting pillars of the building. Emblem always loved bending the playing field to more dangerous, adrenaline raising situations. The pillars was destroyed by the force of the attack, crumbling and falling over, with debris hurting one of the hellhounds. Not that Emblem cared, there were plenty more to summon where he came from. Furthermore, Krious always knew Emblem did this, and as a teleporter, he was always able to get out..Emblem never was concerned about that.
''Hey little man, stand still, smile... wait for the flash!''
Emblem inhaled deeply, and opened his mouth aimed at JaK. Now it might have been sheer coincidence, but this was a signature attack of every Emblem. Dragonbreath. One would always see the white searing flames collect in the throat of the pyromaniac before they were unleashed upon the one watching. These flames were white, indicating their extreme heat, and for any unwary foe, presumed a death in fire.
This time however, Emblem had some extra back-up. Hellhounds had collected themselves and moved to surround Jak, from both behind him and on his sides. While blocked off for this very moment, they were ordered to go for his throat the moment they see an opening, even if it meant their own demise. It was the primary use of these mongrels, surround and attack at all angles, hoping one would strike true. Unless he had eyes in the back of his head, one would say he was in trouble.

| After scolding the kid the drums of war started playing, though only those that knew how to listen would hear them. The first drum strike was the unmistakable sound of bones mashing together, followed by a loud crack. So Mit closed his eyes and found his inner piece, without it the battle would be chaos. The second strike were flames, burning, licking, searching for its prey. So Mit slowly rolled his head in a small circle on his shoulders, his bones needed to be loose and flexible. The fourth was thick smoke polluting the already thick air. So Mit started cracking his fingers one by one, they needed to follow his every will if this was to be his glorious death. The fifth, a gentle doorbell . So Mit opened his eyes and scanned the area for weapons, for he would need loads if he were to survive the first few minutes.
So far no-one seemed to give Mit much attention "damn rookies" He whispered. One should never underestimate his opponent, no matter how he looks. Oh, how they'll learn their lesson tonight, shame they had to be taught before dinner. It still bugged Mit that he knew nothing of the dark figure, and he had two baby's on his own side. Maybe he should defect, cookies always are good to eat especially if you are as hungry as Mit was right now. They seemed a bit too busy to ask which kind of cookies they would have, for that would matter a great deal! Cookies without dark chocolate chip would be a definite no, then again hardly anyone has those. The good side it is then Mit decided. Just as his train of thought finished he heard screams coming from the kitchen, damn it! Mit let himself get distracted by some cookies, if he hadn't he could have at least done some damage control with bursting water pipes or conveniently flying frying pans. That does it! Being rude to the workers! threatening them! hurting them! all that could be forgiven or overlooked, but ruining Mit's Kung Pao Chicken! Just the thought made him furious. His look turned demonic, or the best he could do at least.
He assumed his battle stance, legs fourty degree's, one hand holding his cane in front of him. His other hand gathered some nearby chopsticks, with the help of some sheer mind power, behind his back. He still didn't know what the dark figure could do, but Mister Destructo was quite obvious. Hand to hand would almost be inevitable with him, something very dangerous combined with fire. He probably would go for quick power, rather than holds so wet cloth could dampen the fire enough, or so Mit hoped.
If Mister Destructo, or Emblem, wasn't powerful enough he also seemed to be able to summon big fiery K-9's, oh happy joy. Without warning the little pale baby charged in at Mister Destructo, bloody idiot. Right now the playing field was 10 vs 3, not great numbers to head in head first, but there he went. The inevitable of course happened, he got one hit off before being surrounded. Meanwhile the other baby seemed to have made the sprinklers go nuts, I guess that seemed a little smart. Although everything was now wet and slippery and shiney while it had little to no effect on Emblem. At least the brat was going to be useful for this one time, draw out Mister Silent, or Krious.
"Sure, let gran'pa watch the dogs while the baby's play with Laurel and Hardy..."
Mister Destructo of course couldn't resist showing off his powers some more by blasting a pillar making rubble fall dawn and forcing Mit to relocate. Kind of dumb actually, he showed that his k-9 fiends can be killed. Then again he seems more of a talker then a thinker. He didn't waste time however and started gurgling lave to wash the trapped baby's head, and who had to go save his ass? "The Old Guy!"
He was in trouble and Mit had no time to waste, his cane and 9 chopsticks were ready for battle. With a graceful turn he threw the chopsticks towards the dogs behind JaK, to be sure Mit went old school on them. Two chopsticks in the heart, one in the brain. Still having momentum from the throw Mit turn round fully before mashing a dogs head in with his cane. Four k-9 fiends down, Mit smirked to himself. Now all the kid had to do was pull his head out of his ass and dodge.

| This was getting ridiculous. Murdering people and destroying property didn't seem to have any effect but apparently robbing a restaurant brought down the wrath of all superhumans in town. Did it matter so much that one two-person meal wasn't paid for? It wouldn't make them go bankrupt and the only thing the personnel had to deal with was a bit of fear and maybe a scratch or two. First there was but one, now there were four strangers roaming around in the room, three of which he was certain opposed them. The other stumbled about with some of the staff she saved from the infernal kitchen, looking more excited about the fighting than all but Emblem.
The first newcomer rushed for Emblem, using his power to absorb what was around him to both protect him from the imminent fire and add extra momentum to his charge. He seemed to take the deaths of the innocents in the kitchen quite hard. At the same time the second newcomer, the two obviously acquainted, made his move. Several magical projectiles opened up the sprinkler system in the room, a desperate attempt to diminish Emblem's fire. The room and all its contents were drenched as soon as the sprinklers went off, yet the fire continued to rage. Krious felt disgusted at the feeling of his now wet clothing. The opponent didn’t stop there; he made a run directly for him, mimicking his friend although a little less reckless, kicking the chair in his path towards him. As the chair flew through the air he slid behind it across the wet floor. The chair was meaningless. Krious shattered it to pieces with a sweeping motion of his left arm, not moving from his position one bit. Apart from keeping him alive his cybernetic parts gave him incredible strength and only returned the most basic sense of feeling, which lacked pain. His adversary had closed the distance seconds after the chair hit, but instead of attacking outright he flung his body up to stand again. Together with the seconds it took to get close it gave Krious enough time to anticipate and counter a move. The kick aimed at his abdomen was met with a crouch followed with a metallic arm blocking its path. He then locked the leg in place and held on with all his might. His opponent would have felt the metal instead of flesh and bone just now.
“You lack the physical strength to face me, you should have kept throwing magic.”
In the meantime Emblem was trying to crash down the building. That was one of his good points, using the environment. His hounds were dropping like flies thanks to the old man, and partially due to his own actions, but there was no need to worry about Emblem. Krious wasn’t sure if he should keep everyone inside the building or get out. He preferred the latter, it was getting far too crowded in here, not counting all the chaos around them. He quickly glanced outside towards the skyline and soon after a dark cloud of smoke enveloped the two men. After the smoke cleared they found themselves in the sky, briefly hanging still in the air before beginning to fall down.
“Let’s see how you handle flying boy.”
He let go and pushed them clear of each other. The fall wasn’t high enough to kill, but it would hurt if he didn’t have something to slow him down. Krious on the other hand would be just fine, his mechanical legs would absorb the impact and the only thing he would feel was the unpleasant stop.

| After Krious blocked his kick and grabbed his leg tightly, Will felt an intense heat and saw a Emblem emit a tower of fire that was pushed at one of the support beams in the restaurant, destroying it. As the building started to shake and collapse from the destruction, Will's vision is blocked by black smoke. When the smoke vanished, Will found him and Krious falling to the ground. Taking in that the fall wouldn't do much damage to Krious because of his metal body, Will stops himself from his descent. Looking down at the falling Krious, Will's hand glows bright as an orb appears in front of his palm.
Krious is fighting just as I expected. He's right though, there isn't going to be a chance for me to take him hand to hand how I am now. And he could simply teleport to avoid any spells. Lets hope he doesn't think of that.
With Krious being far enough to not hear him, Will aims the orb at Krious and the sphere starts to shape into a crescent moon. Bending his arm back, Will thrusts his hand forward and the crescent flies to Krious, growing in size as the shield spell removes distance.[/i]

| JaK landed in a knelt position panting rather hard as his large limb shrank back to normal size. However, after doing so he noticed the hit had barely even phased Emblem. In fact he was laughing if off. JaK was surprised, but not simply because Emblem was mocking him and shrugging off his shot, that had happened to JaK many times before. No, the thing that perplexed him was how Emblem himself as a rather human man had done it. JaK was realizing just how little knowledge of the man he had. Did Emblem have enhanced strength or did this new version of him have more abilities than the other? JaK had used a reckless tactic to test the waters, but now it was time for a more analytic approach. Sage would do what he did best, be resourceful.
It was at that point Emblem destroyed the pillar to the restaurant's structure, but there were still people inside! Damn. JaK seeing this immediately was going to move to try and hold the broken support beam up himself while others escaped, but found he had to quickly avert being hit by a stream of flames form his opponents mouth. He luckily noticed the flash and leaned back akin to t he infamous matrix or limbo dance move as the fire breath passed over him and eagerly dissolved a hole in the brick wall behind him. The flames were so hot that JaK could almost feel it giving him a burn just from being in this close proximity through his armor. However, this was nothing he couldn't deal with, Nightmare also had a fire so hot that he could heat a crowd of people just by standing in the center of them as if they were in a sauna. No, what bothered him was at the same time of him evading the heat wave and leaning back he noticed all eight of those demon hell dog creatures approaching him. Luckily, four were taken out by something outside Sage's range of view, but a few of the projectiles appeared to be chopsticks and then was attacked by the others.
As soon as Emblem's fire breath halted JaK couldn't even fully exit his extremely inverted position before one of the dogs charged and bit at his arm. In immediate reaction JaK spun with the mutt upon it's charge and using his enhanced strength, plus the own animals leaping momentum, he shoved it's muzzle into the ground cracking the floor on impact. Immediately afterwards another hopped onto Sage's back and bit into his armored shoulder. Granted, tile flooring, enhanced or not, was still not the best defensive armor. So the hell hound's fangs did slightly penetrate his covering and Sage felt his flesh searing as he yelped for a moment while steam emitted from around the snarling creature's mouth where it bit down. JaK then immediately countered by cross chopping the hell spawn with both hands behind it's ears at the pressure point region and hip tossed it off of him directly after it dug in with it's bite. Keep in mind, all this is occurring in a matter of seconds, such as the punch Sage delivers to the next incoming canine as it entered mid-leap. JaK heard the lapping of it's tongue as the beast anticipated chomping into the teen, but instead received a near, if not completely, dislocated jaw for it's troubles as it hit the ground.
In the brief half a second reprieve JaK had between the final hound coming for him, he pressed a button on his belt, which activated his speedbike sitting just outsides targeting system. Now JaK was no idiot, he didn't want to cause more structural damage to the building, but he noticed something Emblem had given him with his dragon breath...A window. The hole that had been burnt into the wall earlier on provided the perfect opportunity for the resourceful Titan. The proton canons on JaK's hoverbike aimed right through the hole and locked onto not only Emblem, but his last canine as well and fired two shots while Sage ducked to avoid being hit himself. One of the proton beams hit the animal and knocked it over a table in a charred mess, and the second headed towards JaK's foe. However, JaK was leaving nothing to chance, he of course needed to capitalize. After ducking the canon fire he followed after the second blast by wall-running horizontally at an angle towards Emblem's position and based on where he was after either being hit, avoiding, or blocking the charged particle laser some how JaK was going lunge off the wall and attempt a spinning heel hook kick. Again, JaK was being very methodical, he knew Emblem might be able to counter such a blow still. So whether the heel hook hit it's target, was avoided, or blocked, JaK would continue to rotate on the spin and follow with his other leg for a roundhouse kick to compliment the heel hook. The hook aimed for the head and the roundhouse aimed just under the pit where the lungs resided. Of course having used both of his legs for attack, Sage would have to land upon his hands. In which case he planned to quickly cartwheel out of the way to avoid other counter measures, but that could only happen if Emblem didn't already counter either one of his other two kicks instantly before hand. The scenario had already played out in JaK's mind and the pace at which he executed was nearly as fast as he thought process behind it all. As everything transgressed from beating off the dogs, to mounting another attack on Emblem, in only a 10 second time interval. |

| OCC: This for Will sorry it was a rush job
Pillars of smoke made their way up ward through the now panic jump city sky line. Sirens whaled and smoke deter alarms where echoing throughout the city. The noise echoed to the far reaches of the city finally reaching Necati’s ears. The Reaper had been waiting far too long for a moment likes this. The world was falling into absolute chaos as the result of some domino effect of a cross dimensional fallacy that had manifested itself. Smoothly the Reaper lifted himself from his crimson chair and walked to the large front window. From there he could look upon jump city. Necati’s sharp silver eyes immediately focused on the area of the city where the black clouds of smoke seemed to be originating and much to his surprise saw Will and Krious. A wicked smile formed across his lips as he watched the doomed boy struggle with his foe. This would be a perfect opportunity to make Will’s inadequacies know…though perhaps he wouldn’t have to and Krious would make that PAINFULLY obviuse for him. Lifting his right hand up beside him Necati snapped his slender fluorescent fingers and a ball of dark energy burst forth in his hand. A few seconds passed as the outline of an ancient tome began to manifest in the Reapers hand. The book was black as pitch with emerald encrusted boarders and the words “de libro vitae” etched across the front. Taking it Necati opened it flipping through the pages until in an instant he stopped. His eyes looked down and at the top of the page was the current date. Reading the list of names, locations and times he smirked. It was time to contact the foolish mortal for now was the time for action.
From the reaches of Will’s mind a cold dark laugh came bellowing through his scowl piercing the boys thoughts like a hot knife. The Reaper’s voice was unmistakable as he paid Will another visit, “Come now William do you really think such pitiful displays of magic will be enough to harm him…You are weak and outmatched you have no hope of defeating this foe alone, embrace the dark. Tap into my power and you will have all you need. The magic will flow freely and be limitless; you will be able to bend the world to your will and save those who are close to you if you only concede.” The words were as sharp as knives and the tone condescending.

| Discomfort, that's what she felt when the droplets of water hit her flesh, discomfort and irritation as it sizzled and hissed. Four bodies cradled in her arms, Libbey squared her legs, bending ever so slightly as to cause the muscles to go taunt and hard like coiled bed springs. She had to get these people to safety and as much as it bothered her, she was just gonna have to ignore the urge to brawl for just a little bit longer, as it gnawed and prodded at her buttons like an annoying step-brother.
As she streaked into the relative safety of the outdoors, Libbey looked at the forms she still carried and made the decision to go back and help out against Emblem. Propping the four people into a sitting position against a brick wall, Libbey turned back around, looked at the damaged, burning building that was her part time job and smiled. All that rambunctious and boisterous energy she held in for days on end, being a good little school kid and a good little white collar wage slave, well it was going to have it's time to shine tonight. "You guys take five, I'm gonna go back and see about helping out. Emergency people and stuff should be here soon. That was a nice fire that guy started up, and I wanna properly thank him for putting me out of a job."
Going into one of her routines of popping her neck, cracking her shoulders and stretching too and fro, she finally let out one little sigh, took a deep breath and walked back towards the building. Smiling that big old goofy smile of hers. "Vamos nos divertir"
She was fired (pun not intended) up, the adrenaline was pumpin and the music, while imaginary, was flowing through her. Her steps were in tune with the beat; one, two, three, one, two, three. Stepping through the portal to what could be ultimately described as hell's kitchen, Libbey arrived just in time to witness several hell hounds fall before an onslaught of chopsticks, blows from a cane and the pale white one, slamming one more into the ground. The beat was getting louder, that fighting urge building up as she watched a neat-o looking bike fired beams, of what she could and would describe as being beams of laser-y doom. They hit the last of the hellhounds, turning it's poor hide into extra crispy fried chicken bits while the second beam headed towards the man to blame for this; Emblem.
She didn't really miss a single beat as she followed the beam, then Jak and finally they settled on Emblem. Her dance to those not informed, was simple and linear in it's movement as she moved in a triangular pattern, her right leg pulling behind her left, before moving back up and repeating the process with her left; right, left, left, right left. Never once she skipped a beat as she twisted her torsoleft and right, her arms swaying in front of her face, just below eye level to the steady rhythm of Jak's footsteps.
But she wasn't staying in one place, she was actually getting closer to Emblem with every second step, until she was within the roda; the wheel, where the game could start and she could have some fun. As soon as she could no longer hear the movements of Jak, she sprang into action, using the forward momentum gained from her movements she brought her hand up and with a very simple whip-like maneuver, lashed out at his face with the back of her hand which was now enveloped with a strange, highly compressed flame. This wasn't a simple slap and burn attack, but rather something she playfully called a cannon punch.
If the strike where to connect, Emblem would get more "bang" for his buck, in fact that lightweight slap was packing the rough equivalent of a grenade, in terms of concussive force. If it where dodged, Libbey would carry through using some of the momentum to strike at Emblems floating ribs with a hook kick, which while similar in appearance to a round house, and started off in a similar fashion, came out completely different. Instead of striking with the instep, she would strike with her right foots heel aimed for the ribs on his left side. | (OOC: Proton or Tesla?) Emblem's fiery breath never seemed to hit much. Whilst one devastating move, he had to avert his eyes if only for a small while. Aiming was also something hard to do, but the one effect it did have was marvelous. It burned, seared, and even thought it did not hit much, it seemed to scare opponents to some extent. Even if it was a little voice in the back of their mind saying ''Maybe I should have passed this one up.'' Emblem halted to move, seeing it had passed over JaK. There was no use in continuing it. As soon as the attack was commencing and Emblem was happily blowing fire, a few odd things happened. Some of his reserve, the hellhounds, fell to a myriad of...chopsticks. Knowing who he was facing and how his partner was facing the robed one, these could only come from one other individual, still in the room. It came from the old man. Emblem looked at his minions fall from the chopsticks, and whilst he should keep his eyes on JaK, he was somewhat...impressed. If only the man had been 30 years younger, he might have been a very serious problem to face. If anything, Emblem underestimated the use of this man, too bad he was still human after all. The pyromancer was surely not, or more specifically, not anymore. The hellhounds attacked JaK, but Emblem expected no viable result. They were mere puppets, used as decoy, or to sneak in a few minor attacks. In all honesty, only if you underestimated them you'd get hurt. Most superheroes and metahumans were not that easy to fool. Normal humans however, fell like leafs before the onslaught these minions employed. Now, Emblem waited, seeing JaK fight off the minions. Emblem, had he donned a wristwatch, would have looked at it. When was he going to see some true action? Fortunately, it did not take JaK very long to fight off the minions, killing all of them in the process...or they were too cowardly to stand up. Emblem flicked his fingers and in the same style the minions came...they vanished. Black fires...some grey smoke...poof gone. One of them remained, still able to fight. In the meanwhile, Emblem's rather binary thought pattern had taken a look at who this JaK was...slowly but steadily, Emblem was figuring his opponent out. There was still lots he did not know, but as far as it went...he knew enough. Or did he. JaK pressed a button and before Emblem could surmise what it was, the action was presented before him. The hole his breath attack burned in the wall was now occupied by some machinery. It effortlessly shot two beams, one at his minion, one at Emblem. The minion, logically, perished, not having a chance. Emblem however, was more fortunate and could (narrowly) sidestep the beam, only to be kicked by a matrix-inspired JaK. Emblem felt the blow from the attack and had to say he was getting more and more annoyed by it; these one actually started to have some effect. Floor tiling, who knew? Floor tiling by the guy who took the deaths of some chinamen harder then the one who actually caused Emblem to do it. Now the demonic pyromaniac always loved to get hit a few times and get the special arms out, but this was getting ridiculous. JaK's hit followed with another, this time aimed at Emblem's lungs. Again, it connected, and another sting was felt just below Emblem's ribs. He did not know if he did this out of pure instinct or his demonic counterpart did this for him, but Emblem's arm locked around the leg, keeping it close to Emblem. That was always a bad place to be. Emblem looked into JaK's eyes for a moment, before looking at the leg. He huffed in amazement before gruelingly talking to JaK. ''You are so lucky I'm not bleeding magma all over your precious leg right now..''But before Emblem could actually make himself bleed magma to fulfill the purpose of severing JaK's leg, another threat showed herself. The one girl who managed to survive was closing in on him. Emblem grinned, not another goody two-shoes? Not another Titan? She was definitely going for him though. Her movement seemed much like Emblem had seen when his travels brought himto Jamaica. There he had seen this art of fighting, this dueling dance, and whilst he had staying in Jump, another companion of him, Bob, had showed he knew of it as well. Quite irratically, as imposed by the Chalice, Emblem looked at JaK and asked him if Bob was still around in Jump City Park. Even her word's reminded Emblem of Bob. How odd. In his world, Bob was dead. Guess who killed him? Emblem saw Salamander come closer and closer. He knew she was poised to strike him hard and fast. Was she going to fulfill his wish? Emblem picked up JaK and threw him towards a table. Sure, the man was made of floor tiling so he wouldn't feel much of it, but hey, going through a table is going through a table. Never a good thing. Emblem, in the back of his mind, wondered if this would make his tile flooring armor crack? Libbey closed in, and was close enough to attack. Emblem's arm tattoo glowed again, but all the while, he shouted at her to hit him. His eyes turned white, the fires raged all over his body and the heat signature was tense, vibrant and surely evil... ''Well come on, HIT ME!''Libbey attempted her signature cannon punch and Emblem, whilst flaring up to take the impact, took the full force of it. Much like the force of JaK's earlier punch, he was prepared but still moved several feet back, and due to the rubble already present in the facility, he disappeared into a mess of broken tables, pillars, and dust. Nobody knows if he let himself fall or not, but he looked like a falling burning meteor, dying out in a pile of coffee tables. ...All remained silent for some time... Just when you thought you nailed the bad guy, he resurfaces. T'is a tale told throughout history. Just when you thought it was all over, then all of it just begins. Today was not a whole different story. However, one thing was sure...what happened next was something no Titan had yet expected. The ground started to shake. First a mere shiver, then more and more, until it almost felt the earth itself became a violent force of nature, hellbent on having it's will carried out. Eyes turned to face the pile of mess Emblem was under. Within one nanosecond, the pile dispersed in a violent explosion. One was to think this was Emblem's way of revenge. Blow up the entire building as a last resort, to take down those who stood up against him. As the building seemed to be on the verge of cracking down, Emblem rose up in the chaos of a pyroclasm, carried on spewing magma itself. His face was serious, his minds were sharp, and his arms were....different. Where the heroes had been fighting 'human' arms so far, they now faced arms that looked much more powerful and much more fearful then anythign else. ''You just had to play the hero huh, Jamaican? Too bad I have to kill one with such... potential.''Emblem's eyes, where ever they were, were ablaze in pure adrenaline as he faced down the heroes in the collapsing building. Lights had gone out... but Emblem himself, lit on fire and his arms shining an eerie light blue, gave the soon to be scrapyard an eerie atmosphere. Collapse Axes appeared in Emblem's hands, and he threw them towards Libbey and JaK. Like boomerang, bladed to cut, they moved to strike both fighters. Emblem's addiction to duality however caused him to perform another action straight after. Before he summoned hounds to also prey on Jak, now he simply...exploded. It was his goal to either divert the heroes or hurt them so that they would get trapped in the building collapsing on top of them. If they survived this, then the could face the wrath of Emblem's unrelenting rage, and the demonic abilities of his arm. The building collapsed, it's roof thundering down upon the ground. Dust scattered everywhere, debris skipping off the pavement, a rumble unlike any other. After all of it settles, Emblem looked aorund. He had not faced the building as he was the epicenter of the explosion. Even the debris steered clear of his raw power. With ease, his demonic fists shattered a big block close to him, and he leaped away from the rocks and gravel. ''If you're still alive...come out come out where ever you are...so I can snap your neck like twigs...''

| A freefall always seemed to take longer than it actually did, perhaps because man was so powerless to do anything about it. His hooded opponent slowed down his descent and stopped in hover, leaving Krious to drop down by himself. By now he had seen skilled martial prowess, an affinity for magic and he could now add some sort of levitation to that list. Enough information to make a reasonable assumption on the threat level of this man. Right now his opponent attempted to take him down with magic, sending it straight after him in his fall. Another grin formed on his face as he approached the ground. The impact was smooth and calculated, the bleeders in his legs absorbing most of the impact, forcing him only to bend his knees to let the speed of his descent naturally leave his body. Some dust and grime wailed up in the air and his two feet now stood in a small crater each. A sick feeling spread in his stomach for a second, thanks to the sudden stop in motion, while he straightened his back and got ready to deal with the magic.
His adversary had shown his fair share of abilities, but that wasn't the case the other way around. Krious wasn't so keen on changing that so he opted for the action his opponent would expect, a teleport, to evade and counter at the same time. He wouldn't be able to keep teleporting indefinitely over a short period of time, but this one was justified. The magical projectile neared as the dark smog enveloped his body. It impacted right were he had stood moments ago, followed by the sound of an explosion not caused by the projectile itself. Emblem had blown the inside of the restaurant to bits, the whole structure now starting to collapse on top of those still inside. Although Krious couldn't afford to lose focus now, that could prove fatal during one of his teleports.
Enough playing around, even if this attack would hit he'd finish this quickly and join his friend. The whole evening had already turned into a mess and even if they could win against these unfavorable odds, which he knew they could, it was a waste of resources he would rather spend elsewhere. Krious reappeared besides his opponent in mid-air, facing the other way, swinging his elbow towards the man's back. He hoped the blow would force him back to the ground, but there were various degrees of levitation and he didn't exactly know which one this man was capable of.

| Again Krious vanished as he used his teleportation to avoid Will's spell. In the result of Krious getting out of the way, the ground that he standing on was replaced with a hole big enough for a Hummer to fit in. Before noticing the damage done to the street and not to Krious, Will hears a mocking laugh in his head followed by Necati offering advice on how to win.
I don't need your power, Necati. If I have to die, then it's going to be by honor in battle. And this guy just happens to be a great pick for being the one to beat me if any of the villians out there. I'm not going to be your puppet. Grace would..
Coming to the realization as to what Will's defeat and death here would mean for his fellow titan, Grace Koori, the one he's fighting for to keep Necati from making her into his bride, Will's throat gulps as he starts to consider Necati's offer again. He couldn't let Necati have her. He'd rather die!
Now noticing that Krious wasn't in the hole and that black smog had appeared next to him, Will feels the intense pain of his ribs in his back breaking. Getting a sneak attack on Will, Krious successfully crushed two ribs with his metal elbow. Yelling out from the strike, Will is knocked forward. Losing control over his flight almost, Will picks himself back up from falling, but catches by the arm so that both of them wouldn't have to worry about gravity until Will let go of his clutch. Just in case Krious decided to teleport again, Will stares at Krious in the eyes and locks onto his mind so that Will could defend himself for another surprise attack.
Now putting his free hand to Krious' face, Will creates another orb barely the size of a quarter which sets off a blinding white flash. Will's body becomes enveloped with a white energy as he goes to swing Krious and hits both of Will's magically boosted knees into the back of Krious.

| A flash of light then darkness. The explosion had taken her by surprise as she let out a gasp and then silence, punctuated every now and then by the sound of pieces of debris that fell from the sky and landed on the rubble that made for an impressive concrete coffin. "Thank god for flame retardant skin," she whispered to herself as she pushed the largest piece of concrete off herself, her face covered in black ash and concrete dust - she looked almost akin to a coal miner; spending every minute of her life in the deepest, darkest recesses of the earth. But that was not the case, it was merely the blast that Emblem had unleashed that caused change to her appearance.
"I'm not a hero, at least not by most standards. I just wanted a fight and you looked like the strongest one here. I mean, I could have misjudged you and went after linoleum lad over there. Glad I was right," as she pushed the last of the debris off herself Libbey stood up and cracked her fingers and toes, she was smiling less now, showing off a more serious side to the jovial, perky girl.
He was stronger, she'd give him that much but his attitude was a bit meh. Like, he could seriously do with a bit of a lightening up of his attitude. World domination or destruction didn't have to be so serious, it was always best to kick ass and take names with a smile. That, she was certain of.
"Why are you so serious about killing people anyways? I mean, there's more to life than handing someone their head. Like friends and food and uh other stuff. I think," she let her arms fall to her sides, the muscles relaxing to such an extent that her arms hung limp at her sides, like string or limp noodles. Slowly shaking left or right, she let momentum drag her arms from side to side as she laughed. "But yeah, I like to have fun when fighting, seriousness doesn't really suit me at all."
Looking to her left, Libbey let out a soft sigh of boredom as she wondered if Jak had been knocked unconscious by the debris or if he was okay and just a little slow to get up and out of bed. "Come on Linoleum lad, wakey wakey eggs and bakey. No, really, get up now," she finally hissed through her teeth as she kicked bits of concrete through the air, her arms snapping up and knocking a large piece of debris aside with a growl. She couldn't have fun if there was no one to share the fun with. And she most certainly, didn't want to try having her brand of fun with the Stick in the mud over yonder.

| My name is JaK Sage, I'm a vigilante, a class Beta-Metahuman and probably most importantly a Teen Titan. This makes myself and my team a target for many super villains who want to make a name for themselves. Approximately 7 to 10 minutes ago I and my teammate engaged what we thought to be two former Titans gone array and lets just say things aren't going well for us...I'm not sure if I can win this battle or if I'll even survive it, but I am sure of one thing....
Suddenly as Libbey removed yet another piece of debris, out from under her a long arm extended with 3rd degree burns all over it and touched her skin. Soon the skin on the arm instantly reconfigured itself to match her own.
"My name is not Linoleum lad, it's Sage."
The second part of JaK's statement came after he shoved the rest of the debris off of him, his strength once again enhanced while his deeper wounds and lacerations began to heal under his new coat of skin. JaK looked rather funny, however, his jacket had been destroyed and his jeans and shirt were ripped in multiple places. Leaving his early bare body looking like a lizard man. It would seem Emblem's extreme heat blast had caused him to faint momentarily from the intense heat and melted his armor right off his body, but of course, the healing factor helped him to regain his senses rather quickly. Then after deducing that this other girl was fireproof, his new skin was going to make sure that he couldn't get burnt out again.
"And I'm not giving up until you snap every part of me Emblem or I snap you out of this delusional state you're in. Preferably by punching your teeth in, you murderous traitor."
JaK spoke aloud as he stood next to Libbey, ready for round two, with a lot more determination now. He was in his element, pushed into a state of having to fight for his own right to live, not just others. JaK was a gladiator true and through, he had been fighting his whole life, against odds way bigger than the ones he faced today and this owuld not be the end of his struggles or his journey. No, not until he accomplished the death of his brother. That's when he would finally allow his will to be broken and abandon this world that never truely wanted him.

| (( Posts, yay! This was a bit of a rush job, didn't want to keep you waiting. ))
A stroke of luck or genuine observation, no matter which one was the case his opponent had used the two inherit flaws of his teleportation against him. First he grabbed on to him, making it impossible to teleport without taking the mage with him. Secondly he sent out a blinding flash from the white magic he had shown earlier. The flash indeed blinded Krious momentarily, making it impossible to teleport anywhere safely. Why did they always have to surprise him and in the end make him work for a victory, no matter what the damage of his elbow strike was it wasn't worth it. The software that regulated his vision already started to reboot and he gradually got his vision back.
A set of knees hit him in the back and pushed the two apart. Something cracked but he wasn't sure if it was his back, the knees or a sound from the collision. What he did know was that he was once again falling to the ground, this time with only partial vision and not enough energy to perform another teleport. The closer the ground got the more Krious cursed himself, he was getting angry. Strong emotions fueled his darkforce, making it stronger and in return making him more aggressive through its influence on the remaining parts of his body. He hit the ground on his side, the metal absorbing part of the impact. It hurt nonetheless, nothing he couldn’t handle but sure as hell a wakeup call. Krious continued to roll along the pavement a bit longer before pushing his body up and landing on his feet supporting himself with one hand on the ground. The darkforce levels in his body had risen to respectable levels again and he pushed every bit he could find into both his arms. His eyes turned black and his arms started to show a feint glowing outline in the same colour. This man would never see tomorrow or at the very least not dare to stand against him a second time.
“Is that all you got little man? You better think of something fast because I’m not letting you get away after that.”
He shout at his opponent, sounding angry in contrast to his usual cold monotone. The mage had hurt him, but it would take much more before he would show it. Right after his words his sword popped out of their sockets, both of them glowing in the same manner as his arms. He began diagonally slashing the swords in the air aimed at his opponent, as if trying to cut him down, creating crescent projectiles of pure darkforce flying towards his target. Most of them were aimed high, trying to force him down to the ground, with the occasional random one mixed in to keep him busy. Whilst throwing these projectiles Krious carefully moved around, keeping some distance but staying mobile and close enough to rush in if he’d land. For that specific reason he made sure to keep enough energy available to be able to deliver some darkforce enhanced punshes. He’d throw in his whole repertoire and force this man into submission.

| Having dealt what he had hoped was a serious blow to Krious' back, Will watches as the ground beneath Krious cracked under the impact of the fall. Getting back up seemingly unhurt by Will's knees despite the loud cracking sound, Krious reveals two swords from hidden departments. Hearing the thoughts of Krious plan, Will barely had the time to blink as a barrage of energy blades were made by the swords of Krious came flying at him. Unsure of what the strength of this energy was, Will puts the bottom of his palms together with his hands arced back as a white bolt crackles around his arms and an orb the size of a bowling ball appears in front of him. The ball starts rotating in what seems to be every direction as a vortex can be seen in the center of it, creating a pull on the projectiles to be sucked into the white orb. While the energy was being sucked in, the ball starts sparking and emitting small bolts at Will's hand. Looking down at it, Will sees the minimized versions of the projectiles swarming around, attempting to break out of their abyss.
What did I just avoid getting
Right before Will could finish his thought, the magic and dark force couldn't remain in contact as the two forces were beginning to burn Will's hands because of how much the two were opposites when Will couldn't keep hold of it any longer as the whole orb destructed right in front of him and blasting him with both of the withheld forces. Being knocked out from the explosion, Will's body falls from the sky and landing a few feet from where Krious was standing. Hitting his head in the landing, Will wakes his conciousness back up from the feeling of blood running down the side of his head. Almost forgetting about Krious, Will immediately looks up to where Krious was standing to see the bionic man mere inches from Will now.
