Looking for a ghostly samurai.

Toji crouched down,scratching his head in confusion.It was a very foggy day,and he had to see if these rumors about a samurai were true."I just don't get it.Why would a Samurai be a ghost,here in the U.S?"

Miyamoto Musashi sat in the fog around hundreds of Buhda statues that he had carved out himself. He sat around them, his eyes closed and thinking about the two men he had slain. They were low lives compared to him. He opened his eyes as he heard another intruder approach. He sat still, his hair down to the top of his shoulders, not tied in a knot like he would normally do. He waited for the intruder to pass him buy and then he drew his sword and knelt, striking across the stomach.

(I'm assuming that you sword is a normal one.If it ain't,then the block worked completely.)

Toji heard the whistling of a sword,and summoned his Dark Katana,blocking most of the blow with the flat of his blade,but it still managed to contact his stomach in a way that would disembowel a normal man,slicing up his shirt and blowing him back a few steps.He glanced down at his shirt,scowling."Not cool,man.You realize how hard it is for a halfdemon to get shirts like this?And if I shred a other shirt unnessarly I'm grounded from the game systems."He shifted his blade to it's dull edge, preparing for a battle."Why did you attack me?"

(Yeap, normal Katana. Until he gets the Tokugawa Family Katana he's stuck with that.)

"What is your name?" Miyamoto Musashi asked in Japanese, his sword held downwards to the ground. He wasn't going to slay a man without knowing who he was. The cut had surprised him, though, he wasn't expecting it to be blocked. He had cut him but it wasn't enough to injure him. "I will say it again, what is your name, young one?" Miyamoto Musashi asked again in Japanese.

Tojis eyes widened in surprise.Hes not heard his "home" language spoken in a long time.Replying in it, he said,"I am Toji Okami,future Cheif and hopefully purifier of the Inuzami Okami demon clan,though they hate me because I'm a hybrid.I am also a Teen Titan;from the East Branch."He leaned against a tree casually, relaxing."And you?"

"I am Miyamoto Musashi, Invincible under the Sun, creator of the Duel swords technique" Miyamoto Musashi said, still wary of the new comer. "I have heard of such a clan but I did not believe it to be real. So your an evil demon bent on corrupting man?" He asked, still standing among the Buhda statues. "I can tell you haven't dueled with a samurai. You haven't attacked me after our introductions. Why is that, Toji Okami of the Inuzami Okami clan?"

Toji sighed,"Because,I'm not a evil creature bent on hurting anybody and everything,that's why.If you notice,I don't have the sharp edge facing outward.As a Teen Titan,I'm sworn not to kill,unless forced beyond all measures.We hybrids..are scorned by our clans,only because we have the ability to care for human life.A demon,at least in the Okami Clan,is cast out if he loves a human woman,and gives up his demon form and most if his powers.I plan to change that, to make my clan back into what it once was, a good kind working beside the Gods to protect the human race."He raised his katana, holding it in the unique Okami style."Sure you wanna do this?"

Miyamoto listened to his tale, not believing a word he was saying. He didn't believe in God or Buhda so he was skeptical. He reached for his short sword but decided he didn't want to kill a child so easily. He hadn't had a good duel in years; even a duel to the death would be nice. His heart raced at the thought. To risk both lives on the line only to have one emerge victorious. He closed his eyes, moved his head so his face would look at the sky and then back at Toji. "What a weak way to look at life." Suddenly he was close to Toji, his speed unimaginable. His blade was slashing upwards, touching the dirt barely, twisting his torso with the slash of the blade. He had his hand on the short sword, in case he could see his opening between his ribs and waist.

Toji blocked the blow with his katana."Alright then.That's how you want it." Blurring backwards,he jumped impossibly high,slamibg down with the dull edge onto the samurai."Forgive me!"He then followed that with a hammer kick.

Miyamoto's eyes widened at such speed and the height that the child could jump to. He blocked the downwards blow of the blade, his feet sinking into the dirt from the impact but he wasn't able to block the kick. He stumbled backwards, jumping on one leg to receive balance, and slowly lowering the other foot. He looked towards the child, a tear on his skin leaving a piece of his skin hanging. He ripped it off of him, his cheek quickly regenerating. He breathed in and out slowly, no rage filling him, but a calmness unlike the samurai of old. He unsheathed his second blade, seeing that the child must be telling the truth. No one so young could jump so high, in fact no one could do that. He charged towards him, not yelling or screaming, and slashed horizontally with his short blade followed by a stab under the short blade with the long blade.

Toji found himself grinning.The warrior blood in him was waking up.He blocked the blades quickly, following up with his ko palm."Take a nap!!"

He quickly placed his blade between his short blade between his teeth and punched directly towards the palm, pushing both of them away from each other. Miyamoto breathed in and out heavily, not because of exhaustion, but because he was excited. "Your good, for a kid," Miyamoto said, not taking any stances as he had done throughout the fight, spitting the blade back into his hand. "But I don't think you can face a real samurai." He charged again, like an unstoppable force, and slashed towards his head with the long blade and slashed upwards with the short blade as soon as he was close.

Toji grinned."Thanks,you're pretty good,for a old man."Suddenly the samurai charged him.Blocking one blade,he jumped the other,twisting sideways.Landing,he attempted a sweep."Take a seat!"

Musashi jumped over his foot and raised both his blades over his head. With a loud yell he slashed downwards towards the center of Toji's head.
