"you didn't fail me, you've never failed me." I reassured him knowing he probably needed some comfort.
Then i kissed him softly, "I'm sure your home is dealing well, if they're anything like you." I nodded before looking confused as he pushed me away.
My eyes widened and I started shaking my head, tears springing to my eyes.
"no. No. No! I won't let you, I don't care if it's the lord of the evil bunnies, you're not doing it alone. You're not going to leave me. No. No no. I won't let you" my voice choked near the end as I gripped his sleeves at the shoulder and looking him in the eyes.
"I live you, but I'm sure as HELL not gonna let you go. I don't want to live in a world where you don't exist. Did it before, it sucked royal butt." I stated firmly before trying to think of what I could do.

"you'll find a way to peacefully do it, or I won't let you do anything at all!" I knew that Bens sense if duty would probbly cally him though. Agg. Crapola.

"Juelz, please try to understand I can't just ignore this challenge. He knows who I am and what we stand for, if I ignore the challenge he might go on a killing spree just to try and bait me out. Then well still be fighting, but people's lives will be in danger. If I face him on his terms, I may be walking into a death trap, but I know you and others will be safe."

As Ben spoke she gripped his jacket and teared up hysterically. Exclaiming that she didn't want to live without him and that he had to find a peaceful resolution. Ben understood how she felt, and had the situation been reversed he would've shown up in her place.

"Hopefully, it doesn't come to that. I have a plan in the works...Sort of. Well talk more about this later, right now you need to calm the people here with your power. Some of them are still freaking out."

Ben thought if she was going to use her hypno voice that he should cover his ears, but he wasn't even sure if that would work to keep out her harmonic sound.

"Thats for damn sure we'll talk about this again later, I think you should tell the team. I think they'll be able to help." I said firmly before turning to the panicing teens. And the Band.
"Everythings okay...everythings fine...you survived the attack and will go home and forget the horrible visions. Go home, eat something nice, tell your loved one you love them," half of the teens immedietly did so,

" Calm down I said calming down myself too. The people followed my instructionsvand I saw the Band grieving after they found the background singers body. I was going to defeat Rose, if it killed me.
"I'm going to consult with Zack before I tellvthe team about Rose, okay? So keep my crazy relative on the downlow babe." I said turning back to Ben.

Ben attempted to tune out Juelz voice, clouding his thoughts with the visions he had saw as he covered his ears. Then standing next to Cap he also took witness to We R Heroes finding their band mate.

"Don't worry, this will be just between me and you, your sister and the demon. I know they could help, but this guy is the kind of enemy where the more you send against him the easier it is for him to fight. I might have to go this alone, if only I had the omnitrix mastercode I wouldn't even be worried."

Before she could even reply, Chris Savior, the lead singer of the band would suddenly jump off the stage and ran up to Ben. Pushing him down to the ground rather hysteric about what had happened.

"WHAT THE HELL!!? You're supposed to be heroes. She's gone and you guys didn't do anything to help her. I thought you were true saviors and now look at what's happened to my group, you're no heroes! You're fakes, phonies!!"

Apparently Chris got Capricious memo, but then once he found out what happened to his band mate he felt rage boil up inside him along with the grief he was feeling. Wanting to fight Ben, Chris moved forward while the Titan laid on his back. Usually this would be the moment he reached for the watch and change into something that Chris couldn't even dream of, but instead he just sat up not saying a word. He really did feel bad about what had happened here to night. It was safe to say this date was a disaster...

When Chris attacked Ben my temper flared,
"hey BAck Off!" my sonic boom knocked Chris over,
"You try fighting your own sister, add her freakin powers and see how far you get man! Have you already forgotten that we just saved your sorry a$$? I'm sorry for your loss but Scarlet is insane and evil, bad combo. Now since Im sane and good I'm not going to hurt you, but if you Ever, ever try something so utterly Stupid again I will fry your equipment to dust. calm the hell down, go grieve and learn forgiveness"
my hypno voice made my message very clear and Chris scrambled away, doing as I said.
I turned to Ben and helped him up, "don't listen to him Ben, just remember, you're my hero." I tried to comfort him, knowing that this wasn't exactly how he'd planned it all to go.
"if it helps, the first half of our date was amazing." I gave him a grin and then gently pulled him to the now empty stage, "how about ending this onna nicer note?" I smiled flicking my wrist at the high glass ceiling causing miniature fireworks of electricity to appear before I wrapped my arms around Ben and held him close.
I never wanted to let go.

And yet again I felt my cheeks grow warmer, "I'm far from perfect Ben, but thanks, I dunno what I did to deserve you either" I chuckled as we started to slow dance and felt a silly grin spread across my features, glad he couldn't see my face fir the moment until I composed myself a bit.
"I love you too Ben." I whispered back, "I guess that makes me the luckiest girl then, huh?" I smirked and gave him a soft kiss on the lips as we swayed together in the barren arena.

"everythings going to work out just fine." I murmured though I was well aware that, eventually, I would have to fight scarlet. And one of us would have to die. Or we both would.
I sincerely hoped it wasn't the latter. I had someone to live for and ultimately that was what Scarlet lacked.
She fought fir revenge.
Although..hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.
