Powers:

Digits: Super Smart: Great battles strategies, but mostly is able to create amazing tech to the gang to use although, he usually spends his time to play video games...

Steed: Super Speed: he can reach nearly 200mph if he builds enough momentum. He gets tired just like a normal person however. When at 200mph, he can only move that fast for about three seconds. A calm run without getting tired is about 50mph. He gets tired from 150-200mph and heals up by eating and stuff like that.

Spike: Can shoot out shards of rock from hands or grow spikes around his body for a type of armor. The spikes can easily break away. They are made up of a material like tree bark. But, it still penetrates normal skin when he throws it.

Crush: Amazing Strength: he can punch through walls, concrete etc. It takes all his energy to punch through steel. Crush can lift 700lbs at a squat lift but absolutely no more!

Beam: Laser shooting from hands. The lasers come directly from his energy so, if he uses his lasers constantly for five minutes, he will faint. He can adjust to different powers. The five minute faint is at moderate strength. At top strength, he could blast through steel but again, he'd faint. The laser will bounce off of high grade steel. He recharges by sleeping or eating.

At another normal day of goofing off, the gang went to break into a place that said no tresspassing, so, naturrally they tresspassed. Little did they know that the place was a government test facility and they all got infected by the radiation, giving each of them fantastic powers! The first thing they're going to do it, get back at their arch enemy: Riley Armitage!

This app. needs A LOT of work before it gets accepted. Starting with their personalities and also more descriptions on powers. If you're going to make a "gang" of villains and give them all powers. You're going to need to define them all separately, which requires a "gang" of work.

P.S. Weaknesses for some of their powers are also needed. Like laser shooting, what can I block that with?

Well for the most part since none of them seem to be super durable I'd say they're powers are about fine, although for the speed guy if he's not going to get tired running near speeds that fast I'd say his pace for not losing stamina should be 90 to 100 mph or 80 to 120 mph range. Not 150 because that would honestly put this group at an A- level not B+, which I assume they'll be fighting together. Not saying he can't run at 150, but that should be his sprinting range, where after a while he will get tired from running 150 to 200 mph.

Not to mention for a weaknesses you might wanna add the approximate weight he can lift, that the speedster needs to eat periodically to maintain those speeds, and that the laser guy needs to recharge and can have his energy drained.

Also I will be watching the digits guy, I don't mind that he can build stuff, but there shouldn't be giant megazords running around Jump City.

Fix those last few things and consider your group accepted

Seems good enough for me, seeing as your speed guy doesn't have any bonuses like healing mentioned or super strength it's acceptable. Just watch giving these guys guns and stuff, because with that I could see them overwhelming pretty much anyone...
