Steel City

Kat's having a lot of fun in Steel. I think I'm getting better!

Edited; this to include the Spider-Society, it's a rival gang that is sort of like the "Bat-cult" in Gotham; where random pedestrians in common red and blue gear will prowl the streets themselves and try to stop muggings, subdue robbers, and halt rape attempts via delivering some street side justice. Of course this could be seen as causing more harm than good, but I thought it would be good to see Steel City start to develop some kind of conscience or a cancer, which will begin to slowly gnaw away at the corruption.
