Powers
Transformation-Nikki is a were-ferret and can transform into a large oversized ferret at any time she chooses.
-Quick Change-Nikki's changing speed is usually fairly fast, but it depends on if she is able to fully concentrate on the task or if she has to run while transforming. If she is in a stand still position and able to only concentrate on changing, then it only takes a few seconds, much like in the cartoons of Teen Titans with Beast boy. But say she's running for her life, dodging bullets and trying to avoid cars and obstacles and the sort at the same time all while transforming into a giant weasel, well now you’re thinking a minute or two, like Remus Lupin in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
-How ferrety?- I'm sure your thinking, "were...ferret...? Uh, you mean that rodent looking thing or that furry snake critter?" Well yes, that foot long weasel. But how can that be a terror of the streets, much less an equal to a were wolf? Well, Nikki turns into a were ferret that is about seven foot long from nose to tail, and weighs about the same as an adult tiger. And those tiny normal ferrets can crush rabbit bones, so a tiger sized ferret can probably rip your car roof off fairly easily, or at the least give you a very bad day should you meet it on ITS bad night. Also its arms and legs are longer and paws are more human like allowing for increased dexterity and speed. In her ferrety form she can reach speeds of 40 miles an hour if she needs to.
-Tooth and Claw- Other than a few hand to hand fighting moves that Nikki knows (mostly cheap shoots, be warned) the only thing Nikki has to defend or attack with is her ferret form which she uses her teeth, claws, and large size. She has enough strength in her limbs to tear a car apart. Roughly about 3 tons of force.
-Senses- Nikki has a strong sense of smell and can follow a trail like a dog, she even claims its better than a were-wolves. Good luck trying to convince her otherwise.
Skills
Nikki has good bit of practice in tracking things by scent. She if also quite fast and agile able to duck, dodge and weave through obstacles fairly well, even in her larger ferret form.

Abilities
Nikki in her human or ferret form is agile and quick, able to duck and dodge much that is thrown at her. She is also always looking around herself, her ADHD, and so always noticing new things around her to use against her enemies, unless she's freaking out about the smell of gun powder. She is also easy to get along with if you give her a chance to come out of her shell.


Physical Weaknesses
Lunar cycle-
-Red Moon- Nikki is still a were and the moon affects her transformation powers. But what the red moon does to were wolves the lunar eclipse does to were ferrets. Red moons send Nikki into a feral state. She will go crazy and attack anyone, friend, foe, car, popsicle stand, doesn’t matter.
-Tooth and Claw- Fighting with just your teeth, claws and brute force and a touch of sheer luck sometimes just isn’t enough when your enemies managed to get their hands on a gun suddenly.
-Senses- A strong sense of smell and living in the city doesn’t always mix well.

Mental Weaknesses
-Still ferrety- Nikki is still a ferret in a sense and has a habit of being somewhat ADHD sometimes. This sometimes helps, but sometimes it’s just a bit of a pain in the tail.
-Not very social- Nikki isn’t much of a team player, usually worried about hurting team mates or friends if she gets too close to someone.

Nikki doesn’t carry much on her person other than a small roll of money just in case.

Personality
She’s a bit of a loner, not usually making many close friends. The few friends she does make she becomes very loyal to, but they are few in number. She is still friendly enough towards people though. She enjoys listening to music and getting away from the city and large crowds.

History
When Nikki was very young when she transformed for the first time on a red moon, going feral for the first time. Her parents weren't able to fend off their own daughter and the young were ferret killed them both. When Nikki woke up the next morning she was covered in fur, torn clothes, and blood, and her parents were torn to pieces. When police arrived, they believed it to had been some wild dogs, maybe a bear, or something, no one suspected Nikki and no one knew she was some kind of monster.
She was sent to an orphanage and she worked hard to fit in, memories that she had actually killed her parents had slipped out of her mind since it had been the first time she had ever transformed. Soon though it was discovered that she could transform when she changed in her sleep and she was kicked out in fear she would hurt or kill someone. Since then she had been on her own, attempting to not be seen in her ferret form and trying her best to do good for people she's come by to make up for anything she's done in her feral state. She came to Jump city hoping to find some of the so-called heroes to help her with her problem of going feral without turning her into the police or worse.
