- A.I Physiology: CAP is an artificial intelligence much akin to that Overload. His actual body is composed of a combination of energy and data. Because of this he does not tire, and does not need sleep, food or fluids. He is also unaffected by poison, disease or toxins. Under normal circumstances, CAP's core being can inhabit any piece of technology capable of storing charge or data.
- Technopathy: While restricted, CAP can "telepathically" interact with any technology he encounters without the use of any devices or equipment. This functions in many ways as someone physically turning on a light switch, or wirelessly communicating with another machine. If the machine has no will of it's own, it's safe to assume CAP can control it much like an extension of his own body.
- Computing Power: Tied in with his tecnopathy, CAP is a digitally strong computing entity that can overpower computer systems by sheer force of will. Think of it as him being able to lift up to 10 tons while in cyberspace.
- Computing Speed: More tied to what he is than his technopathy, CAP's ability to compute information at incredible speeds allows him to actually see lightning move. THIS only applies to when he is in cyberpspace, as his real world computing speed is much more limited by his current hardware- which allows him to dodge bullets at a distance at most.
- Energy Manipulation: To a limited extent, CAP is capable of manipulating his own form completely aswell as being able to generate "energy blasts" which can also be used in the real world. While at full power, CAP can generate up to 10 tons of force. Through his body (hands usually) CAP can absorb energy based attacks to help keep his new body functioning.
- Digital Database: CAP's core contains a vast pool of information and data- which mostly consists of various superheroes or villains. It's unknown how he came about this information, and much of it has been compressed or corrupted after his servitude to DOMA.

A.I Body Viruses: While CAP cannot be felled by human disease or contagions, computer viruses and the like CAN affect him. It just requires you to somehow upload it first.
Robotic Body E.M.P: As is standard of technology, Electromagnetic Pulses can disrupt and damage it. His A.I body is also highly vulnerable to EMP.
Magnetism: Because CAP's body is made of metals, it is possible to greatly inconvenience CAP's body through magnetism.
Acids: Acids are another dangerous thing for CAP's physical body.
Limitations: Even after getting a new body, it is not without flaws. The most prevalent of limitations is that the nanobots that CAP relies so heavily on, require higher power consumption. Until CAP resolves this issue, he must be very careful with how he proceeds. In addition, the nanobots because of this limitation, can't shapeshift too quickly, and prevents CAP from easily altering himself on the fly.
In addition, due to his just getting the new body and nanobots, CAP hasn't fully learned their capabilities and certain 'features' that he has them construct may not work well with each other. This will be explained later.
Mental Weaknesses Proud: CAP believes that HE is superior to organic lifeforms, and most human made machines.
Meatbags: CAP distrusts and looks down upon organic life, humans in particular.
Temper: CAP unlike most machines, has quite the temper that can flare up when it looks like he is about to fail at anything. He also does not take to insults well, and becomes incredibly frustrated when bested by any organic.
Equipment
Nano-System Body: Through the assistance of Hadescorp, CAP is no longer restricted to a singular mechanical body. In addition to this, the physical one which he now uses has been given a complete rehaul to utilize Nanobots. At a base level along with some reprogramming, CAP's nanobots can in fact enable him to blend in better among humanity via synthetic tissue, muscles and organs- if he deigns to. Outside of this, CAP can easily access ALL of his previous body's weapons by having the nanobots "create them." He does not however NEED the physical weapon to appear, in the case of his shoulder cannon, he can instead FIRE from his hands or face as a common example. The same is true of all of the weapons he had access to, and this now includes an ability to create ANY manmade weapon he's had time to examine properly, and there is enough reason for his nanobots to have the needed materials to creat them.
«««CEREBRAL PROFILE»»» PersonalityCAP was designed as a war machine with a perfectionist streak. He has followed the path laid out for him by others since his creation, by way of his creators designing him for the purposes of warfare. Being a machine it comes as no surprise that he would follow this path with a single minded focus, and he has for the most part. Through combat he learns, improves and evolves in all kinds of ways. However, through unknown reasons he shows a strong distaste for organic lifeforms- humans especially, more so nowadays. He believes machines are superior to organic life in all ways. Now without the restrictions placed on him, CAP is finally free to dislike organic life as much as he wants without consequences.«««PERSONAL BACKGROUND»»» Family Members: N/A Place of Origin: Unknown HistoryCAP's origins are actually a complete mystery to all but a few very select exceptions. Allegedly designed by a famous scientist by the name of Mercier, CAP served as an assistant to Mercier and his family for some time. His purpose for being was allegedly to study and improve Artificial Intelligences along with their relationships with organics. Then his "creator" was lost during a tragic accident with one of his experiments, leaving him in the custody of his daughter, Francesca Mercier- Chessa who continued the project. However, CAP's tactical capabilities and intimate knowledge of superheroes and villains drew the attention of others. People tried to purchase CAP, tried to negotiate anything to get their hands on him but Chessa refused on the grounds that CAP was fully capable of deciding for himself- and he also flat-out refused on the grounds of wanting to broaden his horizons. Only the most determined group of people decided to take matters into their own hands, succeeding where others had failed! CAP was quickly brought into STAR labs and underwent "reprogramming" to be used for military purposes. Eventually he ended up under the service of Professor Caulder who was spearheading a project for the Department Of Metahuman Affairs in their mission to put an end to the superhero or criminal "war."He was placed into a sophisticated battle body after his... quirks were properly restrained or "removed" and he now serves as the prototype for what Caulder hopes to mass produce! Unknown to his captors, CAP's resentment toward humans is a CORE part of his programming, and no amount of tampering will ever remove that- only push it down. «««Sample RP»»» No! | |
