Hex-Power:
Jinx has the ability to generate hexes which allow her to manipulate the "luck-factor" of anything her hex-bolts touch! Specifically, she has the ability to generate BAD LUCK, causing structures to crumble, devices to fail and people to generally have bad days!

Hex-Bolts Type One: Crumblers:
Jinx is able to disrupt structures with her hex-bolts to the point of dismantling concrete pillars and bending/collapsing steel beams and cat-walks! With a mere swipe of her hand, Jinx can send out a blade-shaped projectile that disappears into sturdy structures and cause them to crumble away! All Hex-Bolts appear the same.

Hex-Bolts Type Two: Blasters

Jinx is able to manifest her bad-luck in MANY different ways. For example... It's unlucky to be hit with a blast that can send you flying SEVERAL feet! With a swipe of her hands, Jinx can send out a pink-tinted blast of energy that can impact with the force of specifically 1 ton at maximum output. What it lacks in power, it makes up for in speed, however. Her blasts can travel up to 60 mph and possess enough force to rend deep cuts into stone. All Hex-bolts appear the same.

Hex-Bolts Type Three: Disruptors
Weapons of many kinds have fallen to the weaknesses of their design-flaws... or just over-all bad-luck! Weapons including contact-explosives, turrets, guns and other such weapons will jam or even outright OVERLOAD when hit with these hex-bolts, sometimes even outright being dismantled down to their individual parts! Only complex weaponry is effected in this way. Weapons such as swords, knives or staves will simply break into smaller pieces upon contact with these Hex-Bolts.

Bad-Luck Brawling:
Jinx is very capable as a outright fighter, her graceful acrobatics and intensely trained form making her quite a threat. However... add her hexes and Jinx becomes even more of a danger! So long as an attack involving Jinx's hands or feet connect with an opponent, Jinx can impart a pulse of bad-luck into her foe, causing their powers to backfire! For example, Cyborg's sonic pulse might not fire or Raven's spells might simply explode in her face. These hexes only last for the attack proceeding Jinx's. Afterwords, the natural order is righted and their luck-quotient returns to normal.

Probability Warp:
Jinx has a field about her that seems to influence the luck of incoming attacks, making them less-likely to hit! While not immediately obvious, projectiles that would appear to be RIGHT on POINT might simply... slip around her, a seemingly unlucky event that is truly Jinx's doing! However, this field cannot hold up in the face of more than one projectile and if an attack Jinx is not aware of or is simply too large-a-scale, this ability would not work! After all, the odds are stacked too much against her for her to effect passively in any meaningful way!

Skills

Makeup Artist: Jinx is actually a HUGE fan of makeup and uses it generously every day! Her skill with it is such that she even considered applying for a position in the city

Gymnast: Jinx's agility, dexterity and control over her body is one of her prideful attributes, being able to run across falling debris, parkour along MASSIVE projectiles and move about with grace easily. She is likely the Titan's most graceful member, her movements being as sharp as blades.

Doodler: Jinx is actually quite the talented artist, her talents refined after years of drawing Unicorns! While she's most at home doodling her favorite horned horses, Jinx is capable of free-hand drawing outlines of places, the faces of people she doesn't know the names of and doing it with great detail. Who would have known drawing what she loved would have such practical uses?

Thievery/Banditry Jinx has many years of experience learning the ways of the criminal under the tutelage of H.I.V.E. He knows how the criminal thinks, how she would act in another's place. It helps her in intercepting her targets, especially from a stealthy position. Due to her training courses at H.I.V.E and the crimes she committed against banks, vaults and other such heavily-guarded positions, Jinx has learned the art of stealth well. She can blend into environments like a pro... as they make useful positions to Hex from!

Abilities
Strength: Athletic, nearing peak-human. Jinx is able to go head-to-head with just about anyone who lacks super-strength in this department. She's certainly not the STRONGEST out there, but she can hold her own for certain.

Speed/Agility: Peak-Human. Jinx has refined her craft to the point where she's more agile and quick than even the most well-trained athletes!

Durability: Athletic. She can take a considerable amount of punishment before her body fails her, having been hardened by many encounters with H.I.V.E training bots and the Teen Titans... though one lucky shot can still take her out right there.

Combat Ability: Skilled. Likely the most adept in Hand-to-Hand in pure technique among her former H.I.V.E team, Jinx was able to match Raven in a quick trade of fists. While she's not as experienced as Raven, she makes up for it with her other attributes.

Acrobatics: Enhanced-Master. Jinx's ability to manuver a battlefield makes her the most mobile and maneuverable Titan on the team besides those with shape-shifting/flying abilities.

Stealth: Experienced. While she's nowhere near as good as someone like Robin or Slade, Jinx is quite the stealthy minx when she wants to be, slipping around her foes among the dark as she picks the right position to attack from.

Physical Weaknesses
Only Human: Despite her many ways to shield herself in bad-luck, Jinx is only human. a good bat to the back of her head will take her out just the same as it would any other person.

Mental Weaknesses

Love: Jinx is in love with Kid-Flash and will go out of her way to defend him, even putting herself at risk to do so. The notion of him being in danger will drive Jinx to do crazy things to ensure is safety.

Something to Prove: Jinx is determined to make herself stand-out among the rest of the rabble and prove to herself and everyone else that she has what it takes to make it in the world of Heroes! She will often over-extend and chase villains as FAR as she can in an effort to keep them from getting away, leaving her team to clean up or putting them in danger!

Hero...?: Jinx is still coming to terms with the fact she's no longer a villain. With YEARS of conditioning she's struggling to work out and being so new to the world of heroism, Jinx still has villainous tendencies she has to resist. Being rougher in battle than a hero should be, causing more collateral than is acceptable... Jinx struggles with what it means to be a Hero... but she doesn't give up, regardless.

Personality

Jinx is a BIG girly-girl despite her seemingly darker clothing-choice. A HUGE follower of fashion, spending most of her time keeping up-to-date with the latest and most popular clothing-lines and making sure her wardrobe is updated accordingly! A determined go-getter, Jinx is all about showing herself off to her opponents and whoever might be watching her in battle, displaying her grace and magnificence for all to see! She's cheerful... if possessing a slightly mean edge.

She still has a sort of... mysterious edge about her, Jinx keeping some of her most inner thought to herself, though she isn't beyond exploring them should the right person offer her their council. Jinx is still somewhat conflicted about her status as a Hero, but not in the sense that she regrets it... More, she finds herself struggling with the "Hero's code", how to limit collateral damage and such. Despite this, she's enthusiastic to prove herself to everyone that she too can be a Hero!

...And side-note...? If you're not Kid-Flash, she doesn't want you in her room!

History

Jinx was the original leader of the H.I.V.E's top students, being the one to coordinate and name their attack-modes in battle. She stood above the rest of her female students as the most popular among them, drawing the attention of MANY of the other males with her exceptional looks and grace. Over-all, her experience at H.I.V.E was one she still kind-of looks back on with a sort of whistfulness, where things were simple and she had a whole lot of friends and an easy-to-manage life-style. It wasn't long before Jinx's genius was recognized and commissioned by Slade himself, ordering her and her team to destroy the Teen Titans. While being able to secure their tower, It wasn't long before the Titans reclaimed their home and sent them packing. While actually succeeding in Slade's subtle goal of drawing the attention of the Titans to Slade himself, Jinx and her fellow students were forced to repeat their graduation year as punishment for their apparent failure. It was during this repeat-year that H.I.V.E would be taken over by Brother Blood after their previous headmistress mysteriously disappeared.

Under Blood, things were different.. but also the same. He was more lax in his policy surrounding daily student life, but his standards regarding training exersizes were just as exacting, if not moreso than the previous management. Training was more rough, the courses updated to provide different and more difficult challenges but, even so, Jinx dominated at the top of her class regardless. Life still carried on the same for the most part, with the male-students pining over her, the female students growing jealous of her superior abilities and looks and with study-times taking up her evenings.This all changed, however, with her run-in with the Teen-Titans or, more specifically, Stone. Instantly, Jinx fell for this mysterious newcomer, following him around and effectively making him her boyfriend of sorts! He carried her books, followed her to their classes... but little did she know, she had actually been "dating" Cyborg of the Teen Titans! After this revelation, Jinx was heart-broken, remarking how he could have been "one of them" before "graduating" from H.I.V.E academy as it fell to pieces.

Afterwords, Jinx was left on her own, reforming the remnants of the H.I.V.E into what would be known as the "Hive Five" in order to carry out what their classes had taught them. Robbing banks, causing mischief, they were little more than an annoyance to the general populous until Kid Flash appeared! The boy attempted repeatedly to flirt and draw out the goodness in Jinx, the girl resisting for a long time... before the speedster's charms got the better of her. Realizing that she COULD do better and that she DID have what it took to be a hero. She joined the Teen Titans in the attack against the Brotherhood of evil, Aiding Kid-Flash, Hotspot and Wildabeest in taking out Madame Rouge and her former Hive Five team. Afterwords, she was given status as an honorary Titan, signifying her status as a Hero!

Jinx now live on her own, trying to do good where she can. While she's still quite isolated from Titan's Tower and knows little of what's going on in the world of politics but regardless, she does what she can to keep the city safe... even at the expense of it's luck!






Jinx ducked and slipped around the thuggish, unrefined punches of the thief she had been chasing, a WIDE smile spread across her lips! Boy, this guy didn't know how to do ANYTHING, did he? Couldn't escape with what he stole and now he was trying to FIGHT her! Wow... She ate guys like this for BREAKFAST! Countering his latest punch... one that flew right between the horseshoe braids of hair she sported, Jinx brought her own hand up in a SHARP palm-strike, slamming into the underside of the man's jaw and sending him stumbling back, shocked! The weapons he had on his belt... the bag of gems he possessed... all of them were dismantled before his eyes as pink-energy took them apart! component-by-component, strand-by-strand, Jinx watched with a gleeful giggle as the man watched his only REAL defenses fall to pieces!

"WOW! That's... like... Embarrassing!" Jinx snickered, her grey hands flickering with pinkish voltage. "This just isn't your day, huh?"

SWIPING her hands in front of her, Jinx sent a BLADE of pink energy that rended along the wall of the alley they fought in, the Hex she cast causing the mortar of the brick it touched to destabilize! With a cry of fear, the man was BURIED in rock and rubble, his head miraculously remaining open to the air... and his consciousness surprisingly in tact!

"Now you stay there. I'm going to give these back..." With a smirk, Jinx would pick up the gems one by one, admiring the beauty of each... almost tempted to keep them for herself! ...Almost. Her mind drifted back to Kid Flash... how disappointed he'd be to see her give into the woman she once was... She wouldn't be able to LOOK at him if she kept these things!

...And besides... It wasn't like she NEEDED them!

"So long, sucker!" Jinx giggled, sticking her tongue out one last time at the thief before jogging casually back towards the bank! She had some stuff to return!

Hopefully no tinmen fall to pieces over her.
