Main Power Origins: Divine Magic

Powers
Suzaku has been blessed by Shinto Gods, and the different blessings give him different magical abilities. He has to unlock them by activating a special pair of eyes, called the Sharingan.

Blessing of Amaterasu- This blessing gives Suzaku the power to utilize techniques, or jutsu, of the five different elemental natures of chakra; fire, wind, lightning, earth, and water. Using these techniques will gradually deplete his chakra reserves. In an environment where these resources are readily available, it will cost slightly less chakra.

• Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu-
  

Suzaku uses this technique to produce a fireball or a stream of fire to launch at his opponents. Being the Uchiha family's signature technique and the first one they are taught, he can moderate the amount of chakra he pours into this attack to make it more devastating if he wishes. The basic fireball burns at 1,000 C, and each increment of chakra he pours into it increases the temperature by 500 C.

• Futon: Toppa-
  

Suzaku uses this technique for variety, in which he releases a massive gust of wind at high velocity from his mouth. It can be used to deflect projectiles, launch opponents backwards, or even accelerate projectiles towards someone else. He can produce a gust of 120 MPH winds with this technique.

• Raiton: Raikiri-
  

Suzaku uses this technique to channel an electric current though his hand. This is a technique Suzaku developed himself, and can use it simply as an electric current for immobilizing, or use it to oscillate weapons at high frequencies and give them more cutting power.

• Doton: Doryuheki-
  

Suzaku uses this technique to create an earthen wall, not exceeding 10 x 10 x 1 feet. It is slightly more defensible than regular earth/stone, but not remarkably.

• Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu-
  

Suzaku uses this technique to create water from the very air around him and form it into the shape of a large, Eastern style dragon, which then whips towards an opponent and assaults them as a blast of water at high velocities. 700  PSI, easily powerful enough to knock an opponent back quite a few feet.

Blessing of Susano'o- This blessing allows Suzaku to summon and control the avatar of Susano'o. It appears as a 9 foot tall spectral suit of armor around Suzaku, that follows his commands. It has two blades and a shield with a striking force of 5 tons, and in order to break the armor it must be hit with a force of 10 tons. He can also summon it in parts, like a skeletal arm or a ribcage. It offers less protection this way, but is easier and faster to summon. In full form, this technique significantly depletes his chakra reserves, but in parts, can lessen the blow. As an avatar of pure chakra, he can also have it use his techniques, but this will further reduce his chakra pool.

Suzaku has forgotten this technique due to his circumstances, but evaluate it as an active part of the character sheet to save us time later.

Blessing of Tsukuyomi- This blessing gives Suzaku perfect eyes. He can spot anything in his field of vision while they're active. The slightest movements people make let him easily predict their attacks and feints, and he processes all the information as soon as it is presented to him. Another small feature from this blessing is chakra control. He can use chakra to run up walls or on top of water if he needs. He can also stand on these surfaces.

Rikudo Senjutsu- Suzaku is incapable of producing his own chakra. Instead, he gathers chakra that slowly decays over the course of a day from his environment. In order to do this, he has to stand still, at least as far as his feet are concerned.

Skills
Master blade fighter. Suzaku has rigorously trained since the year he was seven years old in hand to hand and blade combat. To say he is a master is perhaps downplaying it considering his skills and abilities. Suzaku is generally going to humble anyone in close quarters combat that doesn't have an edge that allows them to keep up with him.

Master shinobi. For the same extent of time, Suzaku was taught the ways of the shinobi. He makes zero noise when he is able to sneak around. Steps, breath, the right clothes; nothing should give him away if everything is going well. This also means he knows dozens upon dozens of means of assassinating someone, and has had plenty of time to refine the art.

Master freerunner. Suzaku knows how to move quickly and in an uncanny manner whether he be in a concrete jungle or a natural one. He's a deft acrobat and can perform alongside the best.

Physical Weaknesses
-Any anti-magic equipment/loadouts are the bane of his existence. Even his special eyes will stop working if exposed properly.
-Suzaku was born with what seems to be a genetic defect; he is unable to keep his own chakra reserves. As a child he spent long hours learning how to instead harness the chakra of his environment as his own.
-Because of his defect, Suzaku has had to learn to use his techniques effectively in a bout. Chakra is the energy of the body. If he reaches the bottom of his chakra pool (easy to do), he will soon if not immediately pass out from exhaustion to recuperate.


Mental Weaknesses
-Suzaku is currently in a weakened and suppressed state. He has taken the guise of Kuro, a task force commander under DOMA, and does not know all of his techniques at the moment. Kuro knows his name is Suzaku, but aside from some of his skills and abilities, knows nothing about the man.


Equipment
-A crimson katana, dubbed the Muramasa. It is now composed of a titanium alloy to make it much harder, and therefore sharper. It is designed for iai strikes from its sheath, which uses cartridges and a firing pin to eject the blade at high speeds, allowing for a stronger and more intimidating cut that can launch someone backwards if connected. Suzaku only has four of these cartridges at any given time.

-Two daggers, with two edges. There are grooves in the middle for catching bladed weapons and disarming them or breaking them. They have rigs in the handles to allow them to be grappled by his mechanisms.

-Two mechanisms at his waist which release and retract cables with clips at the end. He has 100 ft of cable on each mechanism. They have a high tensile strength but can't take too much punishment before snapping. He uses these to increase his mobility on the battlefield. Cutting/snapping one line ruins that mechanism for the fight.

-Kuro wears a bullet resistant trench coat, which allows him to take some stray shots without dying but can't stand up to active gunfire, and will still leave him with plenty of damage.
-Kuro also has a mask that doesn't offer him any real protection, but does give him a subtly menacing appearance.
-With Kuro's left arm damaged, he is now carrying six steel throwing knives on his person. To keep some flexibility while he waits for his arm to recover.





Personality
Suzaku, as a person, is generally more likeable and interactive than Kuro. He is reserved and cool, but he smiles, and he enjoys doing outdoors things. He is more than happy looking at koi in a pond, hiking, pretty much anything he can challenge himself with.

Kuro, on the other hand, as an alternate personality, is cold. Borderline sociopathic. He feels near nothing, he doesn't even remember his identity, let alone his sister in Jump City. He is mission priority. He sticks to a strict regimen brainwashed into him, and he trains or reads in his free time. He has a strict perception of what is right and wrong, and under DOMA, works for government first.

History
Suzaku grew up in a village that was hidden from the world, located in Japan. They worshiped the old Gods for many centuries, and could be considered a cult. He grew up training to please these Gods, and through the secret arts passed through his family he was one of the few to pass the trials that gave him blessings at the age of 7.

Suzaku left the village when he became a young adult, smiling and telling his younger sister that he would come back to visit. Not knowing that it would be the last time for a long while that he would ever see her. As he traveled the world, he got the wrong kind of attention from the governments of different nations. But most prominently, the United States would be the one to capture him.

Seeing the chance to utilize him as a metahuman for their troops, they tortured him for months, trying to divulge the information of where he came from. But he did not speak. Their methods became slowly more and more intrusive, and finally, they turned to brainwashing, overwriting him with another personality that more suited their interests. It backfired, unfortunately, and instead of getting them their information, it locked most of his memories away. Salvaging what they could, they trained him intensively, finding he was still intelligent and talented enough to ace most of their programs.

He has been working for the organization now known as DOMA for quite some time now, and only furthering his skills. He's hit his peak, and he hasn't showed any signs of dropping from it.
