Other Traits: Alex is tall, and though he's not quite bulky it's also obvious that he works out. He has a bold, friendly face, one that a confident, (and even cocky, some might say) smile comes easily to, and his head is topped with short, messy hair. His stride is usually casual and relaxed, with a slightly swagger. Alex wears relatively standard clothing for those in his age bracket, but his preferred heroing wear is a hooded, dark brown leather bomber jacket, grey jeans, a belt laden with supply pouches, and reinforced work boots. As for a mask,he wears over his mouth a simple, black cloth tube scarf, which is decorated with a open, bronze hand applied with metallic spray paint.

Main Power Origins: Mutation-Physic Energy Manipulation

Powers
Main-Physic Limb Production: Alex is a mutant capable of forming arms from pure physic energy. These limbs are made from a bronze colored energy, and though he might be able to form them in a variety of shapes if he concentrated, (so long as they stay arms that is), he hasn't really tried, preferring what they first appeared as. As such, they  appear as humanoid limbs that have light copper glowing lines, curving at sharp angles, flowing out from the knuckles.

  • Taking up Arms: This is what he first learned to do, and is what could be considered the 'base' application. With it, he can form eight arms, the size of which are slightly larger than human arms. They are separated into pairs, four left arms and four right arms, and float a few inches away from him in relatively logical positions, as if they were actual arms attached to him. This also goes for how they interact with him and the environment. They can hold him up, and he can use them to climb things. However, they aren't nearly as fluid as their form would suggest. Though they are made of energy, they are unable to stretch or move in any particularly extraordinary way. Thus, no rubber man antics. As for strength, a full powered punch from one of them could take a small chunk out of concrete, and if he uses them all together he's quite capable of lifting up several tons, though such a thing is incredibly straining on him if he does it for more than a few scant seconds. They're also quite durable, being able to block bullets if he positions them the right way.

  • Knuckling Up: He's also able to coat his physical arms in thin 'gloves' of physic energy. Though this doesn't interfere with his ability to summon his other arms, and is perhaps more subtle than said trick, it isn't nearly as powerful as the other arms, only being able to put small cracks into concrete at full power and quickly chipping apart from powerful enough impacts. He usually only uses it when he needs to add a bit of sneaky power to a regular punch, or needs a pinch extra 'umph' to aid the other arms.

  • Strike Out: The final application is his power is forming large fists and 'firing' them at threats. Though above power in the 'gloves', the impact of these 'punches' is somewhat less than the standard arms, capable of putting large cracks into concrete at full power. They travel at the rate of a baseball player's pitch, and have a range of 20 feet before they dissipate. That said, though he's capable of a great deal of damage if he puts his mind to it, he really only goes all out on structures, and sticks to knocking opposition out. This applies to not just this application, but all of the fighting that he does.


Skills
Skilled Hand-Fighter: Though it's readily evident that he's trained in boxing, and that it is what he primary relies on in combat, he's also learn a bit of throwing and grappling. This, in combination with his power, can make him quite formidable against the thugs and gangsters he faces off against.

Skilled Mechanic And Engineer: Though far from being a genius, he's still quite intelligent, and pretty skilled in building machinery. (In fact, it's his major.) He's capable enough to build his motorcycle from hand, and can repair and modify it if he has the time and resources necessary to do.

Multiarmed Multitasking: Though the inherently mental nature of his power probably aids in this, he's nevertheless quite skilled in using multiple arms at once.

Minor First Aid: Through mishaps in both his normal and heroing sides in his life, he's gained some skill in patching up various scrapes, cuts, and bumps.

Abilities
Stick and Move: His training in boxing has taught him the importance in using footwork to avoid attacks. As such, he's relatively capable in dodging attacks with careful movement and positioning.

Strong: He's not at peak strength for humans, but he does make sure to keep in shape. As such, he's relatively strong, even without his power.

Physical Weaknesses
Human: Setting aside his powers, he's still a regular human, and as such relies on armor and whatnot from to protect him from anything that gets past his Arms' blocks.

Physic Strain: As said above, lifting too much for too long with his Arms leads to a strain and a sort of mental feedback. This leads to migraines, blurry vision, and eventually passing out.

Mental Weaknesses
SPIDERS!!: Perhaps somewhat ironically, considering his own (semi) multi-limbed nature, he  has a intense fear of spiders, and can't stand them. As such, being confronted by is likely to be a severe distraction at best.

Cocky: He's very confident in himself, and sometimes this confidence lapses into cockiness. As you could expect, this can lead to him underestimating a threat or obstacle.

Heart of a Protector: He may sometimes talk too much of a big game, but at heart Alex is a true hero, instinctively putting others before himself. Though this is far from a flaw, except if taken to far extremes, this does mean a particularly ruthless foe can take advantage, or that he can wind himself at risk in confronting something like falling rubble or the like.

Reckless: Relating slightly to the above two flaws, Alex is...well, a adrenaline junkie. It's not just the chance to become known, if only by a title, or the ability to protect those who need it. He also loves the rush that comes from taking down a baddie, or racing down a racetrack, or embarking on some sort of adventure. This can sometimes blind him to a threat he should really pay attention to, especially when combined with him getting cocky and/or needing to protect the innocent.

Distractibility: Though Alex has gotten a pretty good grip on keeping his Arms up without too much focus, that doesn't mean he's not susceptible at all. The physic limbs still need some measure of focus, and as such getting suddenly startled with something like a flashbang can lead to the Arms becoming unsolid and ripply, and thus losing their effectiveness until he can refocus. This could buy a opponent a few vital seconds.

Equipment
Riding Jacket: A dark brown, leather jacket with a dark grey, cloth hood attached, it's more than it seems. It had come with Kevlar padding and lining, and has been further reinforced with additional armor plates hidden within the lining. Though this armor is far from perfect, it's enough to turn away small caliber bullets, as well as knives.

Medical Supplies: A small variety of bandages, painkillers, and disinfectants spread out through some of the various belt pouches, these are useful in treating small injuries.

'Tripups' : A very simple 'gadget', these are ball bearings specially treated with a very slippery oil. As judging from the name, these can be useful indeed in knocking a opponent off of balance.

Motorcycle: His pride and joy, and his primary way to get around town. Alex built his ride by himself,with parts carefully chosen to fit his desired specifications. It's definitely evident that he takes good care of it,and though it took alot of saving to get it and any spare parts he might need,he doesn't regret a single penny.

Personality
The first thing you will know about Alex is that he is very confident in himself, some might say overly so. (And he might be willing to admit that he can sometimes be a bit cocky.) Thankfully, he's never full on arrogant. Alex isn't one to look down on people, and is in fact more than happy to encourage others should they need it.

He's also quite willing to back up his talk about being a impressive hero, and is always up to taking on crooks that think they might just have a chance to slip past the Titans or the law, as well as saving people from other threats. Alex is fond of annoying baddies with taunts, boasts, and jokes, and is also willing to flip this to reassure any folks he might be protecting. He's eager to prove all of his talk about being a hero and earn his spot within history.

Setting aside all of his swagger and boasting, Alex does have his quieter side. When he's within the workshop, the boisterous braggart fades away to a quiet, content worker. He also quiets down when he gets really riled, a sure sign that someone has really earned his enmity.

History
Alex is a native of Jump City, and has lived within the city all of his life. He's grown up with tales of all the heroes,and watched with wide, awed eyes as the news showed them fighting off the evildoers that threatened the safety of citizens. He had wanted to be a superhero like them, but when he grew old enough he sat the dream aside and settled for going to college.

Though Alex has had a relatively good time learning at the College, setting aside the various mishaps that happen in Jump, he's been feeling like something is something missing for awhile now. Sometime ago, he realized that he's somehow gained the power to form limbs of physic energy. Realizing that this was his chance to chase that dream from long ago, Alex has been experimenting and pushing at the ability,and has recently decided that he's ready to become one of the beacons of hope he's looked up to for so long.
