===POWERS===

Powers:
Weapon Transformation:
Both brothers can transform into a weapon completely. Then can completely turn themselves into certain weapons, or turn their arms or hands into a weapon. Each brother can stay in a full weapon transformation for a day while if they have just a certain part of their body changed into a weapon, they can stay in that form for two days.
A certain brother can turn into a certain weapon, but they can also make any part of their arm into this weapon (No other parts of their bodies). If they transform just their arm into a weapon the weapon is weaker to begin with because the other twin's strength isn't their to help it (So they're stronger together). EX: Together, they'd be able to chop through steal with two slices while alone it'd take three to four.

After there weapon forms are being used for a while, the two begin to weaken. Just like a regular sword or ax. they need to be sharpened once in a while. The energy items need to be rested after a while because the twin himself becomes more tired as the fighting goes on, causing them to become weaker.
The weapons and who can turn into them will be listed below:

Ax: Alec - This Ax could slice through brick with ease and could chop through steal with a few chops. When someone attacks this it will damage it, and Alec, but it will take a lot of hits from a person or a few hundred pounds from a machine. (or a super strong person)

Energy Whip: Alec - This Whip is like a regular whip, except its made out of energy. It can reach out to 20 feet and when it hits you it charges your nerves to act up. It almost feels like electricity, but it's just the nerves in your body freaking out. The farther away the target it, the less pain there is. Also, with enough force (about 100 pounds of it) the whip can be broken. (But he will just have to wait a few minutes for it regenerate.) (P.S the energy in the whip is yellow)

Energy Gun: Alex - This gun is like the energy whip, but instead of grabbing something with energy, it simply shoots them. when the energy hits you it causes that section of nerves to freak out and send shocks of pain throughout that area. These bullets go as fast as a regular gun would shoot and can go up too 120 feet.

Sword: Alex - This sword is like the Ax. It could slice through concrete with ease but it would take a couple of chops to go through steal. If someone with a lot of strength actually hits the sword, it makes Alex weaker and makes the sword weaker.

Durability:
As humans, the brothers can take a lot of damage. Bone breaks take only 2 months to heal, scratches would take a day, and fractures and such would only take a few weeks. They can get back up in fights, and, it would take them longer to be defeated then a regular person.

Telepathy:
The brothers can only talk to each other through telepathy (talking to each other through their minds). This way they can communicate with out anyone knowing what they were thinking, causing them to become a better team. They can not interfere with other peoples minds and this only has effects on the twins. They can speak like a regular person, but they can still talk to each other through telepathy.


Skills:
*Hacking skills
Basic hacking skills, such as getting into a low protected file, but more practice is needed.

*Fighting Skills
They have good fighting skills. They know 3 forms of karate and are well trained in hand to hand combat. They Are also very flexible and are capable of jumps and flips.

*Excellent Swimming skills
The two can hold their breath for 1 minute and is a bit better then an average college swimmer. They can go deep in water and they are fast when just doing a few laps around a pool.

*Athletic Peak
Both brothers are physically fit. They can run for a long period of time without breaking a sweat, they can fight for a long time without hesitation, and they are basically the top peak of athletic ability as a regular human could be.

Weaknesses:
Seperation:
If the two are farther then 1 mile away from each other, their main power (Weapon manipulation) does not work.

Human:
They may be durable, but they are still human. They can be killed by bullets and such when in human form.

Each other:
They have a special link as brothers and being separated or knowing that the other is in harm, would tear the other apart. So torturing one brother to get the other brother together would be their greatest weakness.

Both bracelets have a gem in the center of it. It begins to glow when the twins get closer and dims when they get farther.
Alec: Has a orange string with a yellow gem on it.
Alex: has a yellow string with a orange gem on it.

Personality:
Both of the twins are mischievous and sneaky. They will do things just to make people mad and make it look like someone else did it. They are fun teens and they always joke around,always!Because of telepathy, they make a good team and rarely fight, and if they do, you know somethings up.
Even though they are very strong and bold personalities, they are very stylish. They have a bit of a feminine side to them, but that makes them more interesting. They are also the kind of people to flirt with any girl in sight(or guy), a package deal kind of thing. They think they are pretty amazing and can sometimes be really arrogant, but you have to really get to know them before you truly learn there soft side.  
They sometimes push people out of their world and only have the two of them in it, where it's safe. They put on an arrogant look to hide themselves, to make sure no one gets close and they get hurt.

History:
The two boys grew up always standing out. You'd think that be a good thing, but the only reason was because of their father. Now the boys couldn't be told apart unless you looked at their hair part. They always pushed people out because when they got closed to someone, their father would rip them away somehow.

At age 6, the twins mother died. Their father had try to preform an experiment that had gone terribly wrong and had killed her. Their father shrugged it off like another bad experiment, but besides each other, that was the only other person the twins were close too. Ever since that day they locked them selves out of the world, and the only two in their world was Alec and Alex. They barley responded to they're maids and butlers, but they couldn't even look their father in the eye. They hated him so much, they never took action, but they hated him with a deep passion and they still do today.
Even though their father had done a terrible thing, he had done something right.

When the twin boys turned 9 their dad had called them down to his lab. He knocked the two out and preformed the same test he did on his mother, but this time, it worked. The two boys woke up a month later to see their dad watching them eagerly. He explained what he had done to them and what things he had did to his mother. They hated him every bit more, except they realized that this experiment brought the two closer together.

They left their dad, once they were old enough to take care of themselves, and traveled Jump city, becoming closer together. They trained together and fought as one, becoming stronger and better, but they needed a place to start. They knew that Jumpcity was practically deserted of all super natural beings, so why not be the first to cause chaos?
