Main Power Origins: Death Magic

Powers
Zombie, Zombie, Zombie - Isabel is a walking and living corpse. The main thing this means, is that she regenerates. She has a healing factor that takes care of most injuries. Anything short of decapitation takes at most 3 minutes to heal. If something is removed from her body, it can take from 1-3 hours to grow back depending on the size of the part that's removed. In addition to the regeneration, Isabel has no need to eat or breathe. In fact, eating too much can be harmful to her because her body does not digest properly. She can not bleed out, either. She has no need for blood.

In your head, in your head - Isabel has a mastery of magic that let's her create constructs out of what she calls "Death Energy". It's black in color, and tends to suck the life out of things that come in contact with it, making them grow weaker and weaker depending on how long the contact is held. These constructs can be as big as an SUV, and are the strength of steel. For most people, this magic is incredibly dangerous because it shaves years off the users life. Isabel, however, is a zombie and her life force will replenish as fast as it will drain.

With their tanks, and their bombs... - Isabel has an affinity for magic, and can learn spells that she is taught by other people. Generally she can't use them with her death energy magic, because that magic is so powerful it can't be mixed with others... but she can do some mostly out of combat spells if she's taught them.

Not really a power, but noteworthy enough is that Isabel has an insanely large magical pool. Anyone with the ability to detect such things would see that her magical pool is so incredible that she might not even be completely human.

Skills
Extremely talented actress, lovely singing voice, able to quote poets and famous works of literature from mere memory, she is great at painting and all forms of art really.
Can speak Latin, for like no reason!
She has played with a sword a few times, and has fought a few times with it. She's not very good at it.

Abilities
Expert Acrobatics - Isabel is an extremely talented acrobat. She is able to jump insanely high, and do crazy parkour things. Some might even mistake her skill for a supernatural power. Give her a bit of time in an alley, and she could find herself on the roof of a building that's across the street.

Physical Weaknesses
Weak - She has the strength of a malnourished 16 year old girl that does absolutely no weight training.

Necromancy Magic - Those familiar with evil magics in general could possibly take control of the spell animating her body. Or cancel it.


Mental Weaknesses
Unstable - Isabel has gone through a lot of horrible things in her life. She is prone to random mood shifts or mental breakdowns.

Childish - Mentally, Isabel has the emotional capacity of someone very very young. At times, she can act as selfish as a toddler.




Personality
Isabel is crazy, though over the last few years she's gotten a better handle on herself. She has a wide range of emotions and tends to go from one to another rather quickly. She loves dancing and singing, and loves to make a play out of real life situations. She takes very few things seriously, but when she does take something serious it means a lot to her. When angry, she can be dangerously violent. She struggles feeling empathy, signs of the abuse she's gone through.

Family Members
Jack Harkness:
A fearsome father to Verina, he never showed love in any capacity, and often left the kids on their own for weeks at a time.

Verina Harkness:
Isabel's cold and hard to love mother. Her mother was almost completely oblivious to everything around her, and often forgot she had kids.

Isaac Harkness:
Isabel's younger brother. He is thought to be pure evil. People think right, and nobody knew this better than Isabel herself. This little kid tortured her when they were children. Stole her food, and often scratched and bit her.
Place of Origin: Steel City

History
When Isabel was young, her parents considered their children burdens. Her father was rarely around, and when he was he was abusive and cold. Her mother was distant and apathetic. One day, her brother disappeared and Isabel never saw Isaac again. She knew something was strange when neither of her parents made any effort to contact the police.

Then when she was out in the yard playing at the age of 12, a man walked back into her yard and took her.

The man was one of the most powerful magic users around, and he spent the next 6 years teaching Isabel how to master her signature death magic. It is some of the most difficult magic around and takes even the most skilled magicians years to master, but Isabel was naturally talented in magic which is why she was taken. The training was cruel and harsh, but effective. She learned at a rate that seemed impossibly fast.
The man wasn't training her for nothing though. After she'd mastered the magic she completed a difficult test and her master immediately slashed her stomach harshly, intent on killing Isabel. He cast the spell to turn her into a zombie, but Isabel had learned just enough magic to pervert the spell and allow her to remain in control of her body despite the fact that his magic was the one flowing through it.

The next time anyone saw her, she was a zombie. The time with her captor is rather mysterious to others, and how she escaped is mysterious to even her.

She lived in Jump for a while, before stumbling on another necromancer named Cain. Cain managed to take control of the magic that the powerful wizard cast on her. She did this as a favor, to prevent any chance that the wizard would ever get frustrated and end his spell on her, effectively killing Isabel.
Now, she spends most of her time trying to help people solve magical problems, and learn magical tricks herself.
