Powers: The ability to make it rain inanimate objects, specialties include jello, pink toilets and refrigerators. Other items make it a tad bit harder for her to conjure up
She can't make bombs or objects that are going to explode once it hits pavement, mostly inanimate objects, things on fire broken things, no bombs.
Things such as; knvies, toilets, fridges, jello, trash cans, toilet paper.
Just objects
But, it's VERY rare for her to conjure up anything but the jello fridges and toilets, like 1/100 things she does is something like a shower of knives. But it's not common.
It can only appear around a 30-50 ft radius as well.
The ability to change ones clothes/make up preferences, she merely does this to get on peoples bad sides.
She also has the ability of Preflex, with this she able to see an attack right before it happens and react. She can see something about 3-5 seconds before it's going to occur

Skills: not a master, but good enough with Martial arts and she's good with butterfly knives.

Physical Weaknesses: Clumsy; although she may be with her knives and martial arts, theres a 70% chance she's going to fall on her butt at some point.

The bigger the item she conjures, the more weaker her stamina and strength in a situation becomes. Anything bigger than a toilet? She'll probably pass out after her little tantrum, if not, she'll be weak to where her powers will stop working for about an hour or two.

Mental Weaknesses: There is a vegetable out there that is Kesi's middle name, if said in egyptian along with her first and last she goes in a full out panic/mental breakdown, she can't move, use her powers or anything.

Other flaws: She's severely mentally ill, she eats people for one. Her emotions fall on an up and down rollercoaster, she could be your best friend having a shopping spree with you at the mall, the next minute she thought it would be funny to see your blood splattered on the Forever 21 window.
She is barely serious at any time, she finds almost anything funny.
She's severely afraid of spiders.
Most of the time she mentally resemebles a crazy 4 year old with cravings for human frozen finger pops.

Personality: Giggly, bubbly, and up and down rollercoaster between anger, happiness and sadness. Sarcasm can roll itself into her personality quite alot. Although Kesi is quite nuts, she does have room for friendship and there are those small times where she does let people slide in. She's loyal to them, mostly.

Strengths: Being loved, it gives her more of an insight to feel more human and less of a monster when she knows some few people out there are giving her affection.
She strives off attention.

Family Members: Parents: Seth Anders, Chione Anders, Twin sisters Krystine Anders and Kessa Anders.

Place of Origin: New York City, New York

History: Kesi grew up in her house with her two sisters and mother until she was about four. She had cravings for raw meat that her mother found to be quite odd. One day, Chione could not handle her daughter much longer and took Kesi to the Pilgrim Mental Hospital, her mother dropped her off there and Kesi has not seen her since.
At Pilgrim, Kesi had tried to run away many times. There was even the time she had bitten nurse Rose so hard, a chunk of her skin was missing. Kesi began to call her Nurse Roast, and this is where Kesi learned she enjoyed the taste of other humans. For a long time Kesi had made a home at Pilgrim, she had tried to run away from there, suceeded many times but, there was always someone able to find her, she never did get very far.
When Kesi turned 13, she started to have one of her hissy fits because the hospital cooked her steak and she wanted it raw. That is when many raw steaks began to rain out of thin air and onto the floor below her. She thought it was magic, until she realized it was her doing the magic.
At 15 years old, Kesi had broken out of Pilgrim mental hospital for the last time, if the raining knives did not scare the nurses, doctors and guards away, the falling blood filled pieces of jello might have gotten the deal closed.
Kesi now spends her time on the streets of every city she can, she robs her victims and eats them later, then she goes and enjoys a nice chocolate ice cream with sprinkles.

Sample rp: Kesi knew her way around the streets of New York city oh too well. She knew about the man who walked down the street stealing food from the garbage can right next to the box she had sometimes slept in, and she knew about the old lady who would come out of her building next to Kesi's aly to walk down the street to buy some coffee and bagels. But, the newest thing to walk past Kesi's aly was a small kid, maybe seven or eight years old. Kesi had gotten excited and she licked her lips. She reached into her back right pocket and pulled out the two butterfly knives she stored there, and then let out a quiet giggle as she flung them around in front of her. "Let's have some fun" she giggled a bit louder as she casually skipped out from her hiding spot, she watched the boy almost turn the corner onto 6th street, but he did not make it as a purple and red knife flew into the spine of his back. "Yay." Kesi laughed "I think I'm having some 7 year old aged meat tonight. My favorite." She licked her lips once again. In the distance a lady had screamed, but her screams faded as a refrigerator crushed her bones and it creaked as she became silent beneath the massive object. Kesi let out once again, another giggle. This time, it echoed down the loud streets of Manhattan.

About the rain, I'd like it if you could come up with a list of things she can summon exclusively and the amount that she can summon. Could you summon live hand grenades and make them rain all over? Or can she only conjure up jello, pink toilets, and fridges? (That would be my suggestion.)
I would also like for you to include a range around her that is affected. Can she make it rain on the whole city? Or maybe just something like... 30 yards around her?

And how long in advance can she see the attack come? A couple seconds?

Also, I know we talked in chat and planned on her not being a master in any martial arts. Could you just write on the app that she's not a master?

I think 10-30 seconds is a bit high on the preflex. It can almost be considered future seeing, which is a pretty big no-no. I'd say 3-5 seconds, max. Enough for her to see the threat and react before she normally would.
