The little halfling and the girl(Red)

Rose climbs up next to toji and cuddles with his sleeping form. After a few minutes she finally falls asleep only to be riddled with nightmares.

Toji hummed happily in his sleep as he's cuddled,and turns to latch onto his second mama,smiling happily in his sleep.The little boy felt safe, and warm.Hopefully it'd help Rose herself.

Rose wakes up to the sun in her eyes and a still sleeping toji. She picks him up and wraps him in a blanket as she walks outside to get a breath of fresh air. As she steps outside the cold air chases away her lingering nightmares. She lets out a shaky breath.

The little boy wiggles as she picks him and wraps him up, but stays asleep, snuggling up to the woman as best as he could. Twitching upon feeling the cool air, Toji sleepily opens his eyes, yawning wide as a small line of electricity crackles between one of his upper and lower canines. Regarding Rose blearily, he furrows his eye brows in concern."Ye *yaawwwwwnnn* ok, Mama Rose?"

Rose looks down and shakes her head. "I have the feeling that we are being watched andi can feel an ominous presence like something bad is going to happen" She says as she holds him close "do not worry though you go back to sleep OK" she says

The little boy blinks, furrowing his small brows a little more,but nods, snuggling up to her and drifting off again,soft snores causing his unique hair to drift up and down. Toji was a little worried,but thankfully it was easy to make him go to sleep.The door behind them opens as Titus appears. Blinking in surprise, the boy gives a shy wave at her.

rose sees titus and waves back but then she feels that set of eyes watching her again. she lifts her hand and wrights fiery words in mid air that float towards young titus. -someone is here and watching me. is there somewhere i can hide toji so he doesn't get hurt?- it says. she looks around her and watches the woods that the ominous presence is coming from.

Titus smiles shyly as she waves back, blinking as she sends fiery words at him.Tilting his head, his eyes widen, and he gives a glance to the surrounding woods,starting to feel the presense as well.-There's a safe spot inside,though they shouldn't be able to pass onto my master's land.The barriers are strong, and only those of good heart and intent are allowed in.-

Rose nods and heads inside. "The person watching is neither of those things. He is after both me and toji for what I don't know. I am a princess and toji is a prince I think" she says as she walks past Titus. She starts to bang on the soldiers doors to get them up. " Titus please inform them of the situation. Tell them to get ready " she says

Titus nods, furrowing his brow.This sounded bad...The boy bites his lip nervously, following her,eyes widening as she says the two were royals. Bowing, he blinks, then nods,at the request. Walking over to the boots from last night, Titus steps into them, bark like material spreading across them and then onto his small frame, additional material making him seem larger. Soon,the familiar form of Wizard Oakheart stood in the boys place. Walking past Rose,the wizard snaps his finger, messages appearing in each soldiers room with a bang.

Rose blinks at Titus in shock. The soldiers start to scramble around and get ready for battle. Once everyone is outside and toji put in a safe place Rose walks outside and looks around. "I have a feeling that the evil mage has been following us. He is not alone he is going to be stronger than before. So get ready for a battle you will never forget. " she shouts then shifts into her new dragon form and let's out a battle roar.

Titus glances at her with the same green eyes,fidgeting slightly in nervousness before adjusting his hat,hiding said eyes. As everyone goes outside and gets ready,the boy follows, his disguise masking his true self from the soldiers. Eyes widening at the shapeshift,he nods, magical force swirling around him. He would defend this place, and his guests.

Rose sees the mage and growls as she can feel his magic building up and searching. She coils up ready to strike when a bolt of lightning strikes her side. "Dang. He distracted me." She thinks as she lets out a pained growl. She then gets up and spots him standing a mile away from her. She roars at him as she goes to attack.

Titus tenses,feeling the opposing magic. Gasping at a bolt of lightning hitting her, the boy wizard examines Rose in concern.As she gets up and attacks,he sighs in releif, sending a solid wall of energy as a back up attack.Words appear infront of Corgi.-You have trespassed upon the land of Wizard Oakheart. LEAVE.-

Rose sees the words and waits for corgi to react. But she takes a swing at his head only to be blocked by black blade. She lets out a furious growl as she realizes that it is black steel. She grips the blade with her right paw and lifts corgi and the blade into the air. She gets ready to toss him when he kicks her in the snout.
