The little halfling and the girl(Red)

Toji blinks,hearing the tune, and gently weaves, eyes drifting shut as a feeling of peace drifts to him.As Rose says to listen well,the little boy nods,beginning to hum along with a smile,which grows as the forest hums back.He bounced slightly in excitement, glancing around with wide eyes.The wizard pauses, glancing back, and nods considerly,seeming to relax slightly.

Rose listens in fascinating as her song is hummed by the trees for this has never happened before. She looks to to toji happily and then she looks to the wizard and sees he has relaxed as well. " oakheart may I ask where you are taking us? " she asks as she rides up behind him

Oakheart glances at her, then the words appear again.-To my cottage. It is charmed against ill intent, so you all should be safe there. My apprentice is away,gathering spell herbs, so it will be just be me there.-Toji curiously reaches to the smoky words, now that he was close enough to touch them.

Rose smiles and grabs toji's hand to prevent him being harmed. "Thank you, but will toji be able to enter your cottage?" She asks as she holds toji close to her.

Toji pouts as his gaurdian grabs his hand. The wizard tils his head, then looks at the child,examining him and his unique mane of hair.-It is ill intent that is guarded against.So long as he holds no evil in his heart or mind, then he will be able to enter.-

Rose sighs in relief and then continues to follow oakheart. Leaning down to whisper in toji's ear she tells him to be on his best behavior. While she tells him this the trees stop humming the tune suddenly going quiet. Rose feels the forest grow still again and watches to see if something might happen.

Toji pouts as she tells him to be on his best behavior, resisting the urge to stick his tongue out at her. The little boy tilts his head as the music stops."Awww..." The mage glances back,raising his 'sceptor' in his barklike hand.-We are here.- With that, he slams the mystical instrument into the ground. The air ahead of them wavers, then seems to peel back, revealing a humble looking cottage.Toji oohs at the fading illusion, then giggles,clapping.

Rose smiles at toji and his excitement, but then see's the cottage "it's beautiful oakheart. Did you build it yourself?" She says as she rides up next to him and jumps off her horse. She turns and lifts toji off the horse to let him stretch his legs. " be good " she tells him.

The wizard steps forward,seeming to relax as he comes into his safe haven.As Rose asks the question, he examines her, then shakes his head.-The previous master did.It is,however,as you say, beautiful.A precious place,where good hearts are safe.- Pouting again as the girl reinforces her command,Toji nods, choosing to just glance around curiously and staying beside her,though he couldn't quite tame the urge to bounce excitedly.

Rose nods as she follows after the wizard. " well they did wonderfully on the cottage. What time is your apprentice going to be back? " she asks.

Oakheart glances at her.-He will be back later.-He opens the door, revealing the inside was much bigger then the outside,stepping aside to let the others in.Watching in amusement as Toji tilts his head in confusion and ducking inside,then out, he gently guides the young one back inside with a hand on the back.

Rose giggles at toji as she walks inside and then looks to see if sir Daniel has got off his horse yet. "Oakheart do you know of who me and my associate's are and why we are here?" She asks as she looks around his lovely home.

As the knight gets off and starts coming into the house,the wizard glances at Rose, shaking his head.-I am afraid not.-Toji,meanwhile,was glancing around with wide eyes. The cottage was beautiful, but what he was interested in were some of the mystical looking objects lying around,though there were also alot of books.

Rose looks at sir Daniel. " sir Daniel can explain it better than I can for I am not the one who heard it even though my dragon form could give you the answer she is in a dormant sleep " she tries to explain.

Daniel blinks,then bows."Yes,M'Lady.Of course." The magician tilts his head,(dragon form?),then nods, sitting down and gesturing at a chair next to him for the knight to take.As one tells the tale so far and the other listens, Toji glanced around,bouncing slightly.The little boy was itching to run around and explore(not to mention play with some of the more interesting stuff).
