Nelise Markway (Supporting Character)

[HISTORY]((I just now realized the word Bazard(curse word) is censored here so note the censored word is that in the History though I am using one of the older definitions of it. (Yes or those who don't know its more tan just a mean word it meas something tainted/no longer its pure or original form (ex: a bazard soul/a tainted soul), a difficult or awkward thing, undertaking, or situation, a person born of parent who are not married to each other. I having used the last definition. I just wanted to clear that up for anyone curious as to what the concerned word was in the history and why it was there.))

Nelis was as many parents liked to call, an oops baby, and many people way back when would call a ^*#(@!@ child, aka a child born of parents who aren't married together. Her mother long ago had cheated on her father with a man from a rival race, the Wiliticon and had gotten pregnant. When she was born and revealed to not have blue eyes and light brown hair like everyone else i their race but having that of green eyes and black hair of their rival race her father was enraged and hunted down her biological father and killed him and made her mother and the new born child watch.

He then was about to kill Nelise too but her mother talked him out of it. Nelise then was disowned by him and he divorced her mother. Due to this she and her bother were disowned by the family and removed until her mother proved her and the child worthy of the family and was brought back in. May times through out her life Nelise was removed from the family for petty reasons all due to being a ^*#(@!@ child and looking nothing like them but then did something to get brought back into the family which was usually saving someone in the family from near death.

Though one say when she told her mother she wanted to learn how to fight and become a hero her mother acted like she was perfectly fine with the idea and flew out to Brazil and found her a teacher though then abandoned her there hoping to never see the child that caused her so may issues again. While there she learned the skills she has now and spent a good part of her life there before her teacher flew her back out to the US. Wen she arrived she decided to go to Jump City California to visit her cousin Heather due to Heather being the nicest member of the family to her despite heather always putting her down and calling her weird though she mainly liked her due to Heather thinking her as weird for not killing people not or what she was.

Powers:

• Scope Eye: When this is activated Nelise can see up to 300 ft away as if it is right in front of her. It zooms in at a steady but fast pace when she zooms in with her eye and takes about 15 seconds to fully zoom in. When activated a black X appears on her eye with the point being on her pupil and a black ring goes around her pupil. When doing this it does allow her to magnify things and see them as if they were bigger but the max she can do is make  things like the grooves on your fingers and your hair look about a centimeter big. If she can still zoom in a bit to get a closer look but if she tires to make it look any bigger it makes her vision blurry for the next minute same goes for her zooming in. It also stops this power from working for that same period of time ad makes her eye water as if she was crying a lot and make it burn for 3 mins. As she zooms in the X slowly spins showing that she is zooming in and out (Turns clockwise for zooming in and counter clock wise when zooming back out.) When She magnifies her vision in her eye the pupil grows (make it grows is about it taking up a little over half of her eyes space in her iris.)  and then shrinks when it shirks it back down to size. Note the more she zooms in the more a bright light can blind her temporarily due to her pupil taking in more light (No this does not enhance her night vision.) If it's size is maxed out light flashes are twice as powerful and last twice as long to her. To activate this ability she much close her eyes at the same time and hold them close for 15 seconds before opening her right eye that then will have the X and circle.
  
• Phasing Object: Nelise can 'enchant' objects to allow them for 15 seconds to pass though 2 ft of anything from as soft as dirt to as hard and thick as steel (this includes flesh and bones) but anything stronger it can not pass through. The object must be max of 2 feet long and max of 2 inches wide/thick. This works on any material item but it has to be solid if there is liquid or gas in the object it will make it like the object isn't there aka let it leak out. The acceptation to this is if the object is made of super strong metals such as nth metal or dimands. She can only do this to one object at a time  ad must wait 10 seconds before doing it to another single object. She though can only do this 5 times per 30 mins.
  

Weaknesses:

• Human Like: Besides her pbject phasing and eye sight she is a human like in body thus making her have all weaknesses as normal humans.
  
• Mental Tick: She sometimes she gets distracted by her laughing leaving her open for attacks.
  
• Scoping: When zooming in she normally can't see whats around her unless its right in front of her leaving her open for attacks.
  
• Magnifying: Same thing as the scoping weakness but also it makes bright lights twice as harmful to her (See power for more detail).
  

Skills/Strengths:

• She can calculate how fast things go and how far they travel in X amount of time and appropriately fire an arrow in time to travel x amount of feet in x amount of time to pass through thug 1 to make it stop phasing in time to hit thug 2. That right she passed the train traveling time test in the 4th grade!

Equipment:

• Arrow Scrolls: These are tubes that look like scroll holders that have basically a piece of strong but flexible plastic That holds 10 arrows each. (She has when geared up, 3 on her belt on the back going down horizontally over her butt, 2 going vertically on the sides of her thighs (2 on both) and one loaded on her bow/on the bottom of her fore arm. (This sometimes when not in battle goes as a 3rd scroll on her right thigh.) Making her have 8 at all times and 80 arrows.) These tubes are about 6 inches thick and about as log as her forearm (about a foot). These scrolls can be refilled by being opened up by undoing the latches and refilling the arrow holders. It then is latched back into the spinning long rail in the center with hooks and is retwisted in. The container then is reclosed and you must push your fingers on 3 buttons on the bottom of the container and flinging them down to spin the rail. When you hear 3 tick sounds that means it is fully rewound (If it is not rewound fully the auto loader in her bow will not work.) To people who do not do this often it may take a few flings to get the needed tick sounds. There is a this blue strip on the top of the container this strip is where it should meet with the bow due to it is were the arrows pop out and into the bow.
  
• Retractable Auto Reloader Arm Bow (RARAB): This Bow is like an arm bracer and is totally metal and is a bit stronger than steel. When closed the bow is about the length and with of her arm and makes a ( shape along her arm. There is a button on the circle where the two main parts meet that when it is hit it sprigs out the bow and twists into place to make it a normal sized bow. This Bow does not start when sprung out pre stringed due to the spool and string retracting into itself and rewound when closed. Though it does hold 4 spools of  string on one side and an empty compartment on the other side for the empty spool/ spool with broken string. The string spool that is ready to be loaded/that is in use sits at the ready of one end of her bow she then if not loaded can take the spool popping the other half of it in place (Each spool has 2 halves one for each side.) She the can bring it over to the other side and pop it in place and once she does so the bow auto tightens the string to her calibrated/chosen weight which is 65 pounds. er bow can shoot about 210 Feet/70 yards away at 350 fps/238.636 mph making it shoot a bit better than an average bow. When drawing back the string an arrow from the container will pop quickly to notch on the string so it can be pulled back like a normal arrow then the head is pushed up quickly to rest on the aiming place for her and does all this at the speed of her drawing the arrow fully back. The arm bracer for the bow can be flipped do what bow can be either on the top of her fore arm or the bottom of it.
  
• Smokers: Arrows that have cylinders instead of arrow heads that let off a 10 radius of smoke that if left alone lingers for 2 mins and can not be seen though and can cause coughing. (She usually only has 1 cotainer full at a time of these (10 arrows))
  
• Bless Yous: These arrows work like the smokers but lets off gas that makes anyone in the smoke sneeze uncontrollably for as log as they are in the smoke. (1 Container.)
  
• Foamy: These work like Smokers and Bless yous but lets out foam instead of smoke that can put out fires and are bouncy (3 feet of foam thick) and can adsorb the impact of a 30 ft fall ad also floats on water. (Ca stand 927 Degrees before it melts though it can easily be frozen ad shattered. The foam isn't sticky and can be easily cut apart after taking a fall from 30 ft or higher the foam starts to sink like a deflating balloon and then turns into sort of a thick but light plastic. Some air can get through this so if stuck under it it will not suffocate you like one could by chocking you. (1 Container.)
  
• Fire Ball: These arrows spark the moment they are fired ad catch flame all along the entire thing. (1 Container) They have normal arrow heads.
  
• Shocker: These activate when they hit and clamps into the target with prongs like a tasers and tases the target for 7 seconds with the power of a normal taser. (1 Container)
  
• Vanillas: These are normal standard arrows. (4 Containers aka 40 arrows)
  
• Gas Moth Mask: A Gas Mask that covers just her mouth and nose to protect her from gasses and her ow Bless yous arrows. It also can double as a mask that can filter air from water to allow her to breath under water but it makes the air still thin thus making it harder for her move over time and eventually could pass out still under water.
  
• Goggles: Standard goggles of standard goggle needs.
  

Habits/Quirks:

• Due to spending multiple years in Brazil around people would only really speak Portuguese she has picked up the habit of using a Brazilian accent most of the time and sometimes when distracted or thinking to herself she speaks in Portuguese like it is her first language.
  
• She tends to laugh or at least smile when people are hurt, killed, or scared but has clearly shown at times that she can not control this and has actually apologized in the past for this though she doesn't really feel ashamed of this weird tick in her brain unless she starts laughing when someone she is close to is the one shes laughing at for what ever of these reasons.
  
• She tends to poke people she likes, aka if she pokes you especially your face she likes you. (As a fried usually) The more she pokes you the more she is basically showing her affection to you.
  
• She uncontrollably laughs if shocked and usually smiles too. (She was born with this aka there's no reason in her past why this happens same goes for her other mental ticks.) This note does not remove the affects of being shocked it just makes her laugh and smile while being shocked.
  

Personality: Nelise on the surface can seem a lot like her cousin at times, aka insane and someone who would kill and torture your whole family with a smile on her face and a laugh falling from her mouth when she opens it but that is mostly untrue. Nelise is very weird at times and seems insane but besides from her mental ticks that she can't help nor is willing to fix due to not liking the idea of someone messing with her mind she is a very caring girl who smiles a lot and goofs off but plays it cool at times.

She unlike her cousin saves people while enjoying seeing them in pain due to her tick and refuses to kill despite being easily able to do so with her skills. She doesn't really admit it often but the biggest reason she saves people is because she sees beauty in life over death and potential in all who have life even evil life, so she refuses to kill it due to this but wouldn't stop someone from killing a guy who truly deserves it.

She was born with a mental issue/tick  where she finds it hard to truly find joy and happiness in anything that isn't scaring/scared people, people in pain, or dieing or dead. Unlike her cousin she can still feel happiness in other ways besides the previously stated ones but she finds about half the enjoyment ad can never truly be fully happy unless it's from the listed reasons before.

She doesn't really want to change this due to not wanting to have someone mess with her mind though at times it is shown that she gets very sad over the fact that she can't fully be happy in normal ways like others can but doesn't usually admits it. Though despite this she very much prefers being a hero over a villain and a hero over civilian since she has a reason to be around people in pain and fear to feel truly happy while also being able to save them.
