Caelix can fly up to 65 mph. He can fly for 4 hours but after that, he has to take a rest. (He sprouts lady bug wings)

Teleportation:
Caelix can teleport up to 4 miles. He has to concentrate and has to picture where he wants to go in his head. He can only take things with him that he can hold in his hands. (Note, Pencil, Picture, etc.)

If his wings get wet he can't fly until they dry off.

Caelix is very emotional, so if someone yells at him or crushes his dreams it will take a long time for him to get over it.

Caelix is a very sweet and cute kid. He always loves laughing, playing, and being silly. He has a HUGE love for soft tacos and sweets. He's loud, small, and determined. He's always smiling, laughing, or cracking a childish joke. He can get annoying (FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO SOUL), but will listen quickly if they tell them to stop doing something. He's very obedient but when it comes to Ray, he's pretty protective over her, considering she's a lot older then him.
