Powers: Mind reading- If Amber concentrates, she can read people's minds. Her mind reading is effective within a range of 10 metres but loses it's effectiveness the further the person is. Depending on how much she is concentrating she can read the persons mind for a full minute, although this is only if she is right next to them, this also decreases as the distance between them is closer to the maximum range, at maximum range she can only read someone's mind for 5 seconds.

Skills: Tracking- Amber is naturally skilled at tracking people, she can follow people without them noticing for hours. Her mind reading aids her even more because she can find out where they will be going.

Weaknesses: Limit- There are limits to her powers; she cannot read two minds at once, an attempt to do so will only result in straining herself too much, she'll get a big headache.

Can't fight- She has literally no battle potency whatsoever, being able to read minds is not going to help her against some random thug with a gun. Anything that could kill an ordinary teenage girl would kill her.

Personality: At first sight she seems like a nice girl, and she generally is, but anyone who spends enough time with her will start to sense a creepy vibe from her, even when she isn't doing anything unusual. Even those that can ignore this will usually feel off put by the way she acts, she doesn't really have any boundaries and will stare or touch or do any other such weird stuff without thinking about it. This puts most people off of her, but she has a few friends who realise she is well meaning, even if she is extremely creepy. However, even they don't know what she's like when she becomes obsessed with something or someone.

History: When Amber was a little girl no one else wanted to play with her because of the creepy way she would act on a daily basis, such as randomly stroking complete strangers. But because she didn't understand that what she was doing was inappropriate she just went to the conclusion that nobody liked her and started misbehaving. As she grew older, she understood why people acted this way and calmed down, but this didn't stop her from acting in her unusual manner.

When she was 14, she grew a crush on a boy in her class, but nobody noticed because she treated him the same way she treated everyone else, only without the innocence. One day, she started to follow him home, memorising his address and waiting for him to come home every day, watching him from a nearby alleyway. She even collected a piece of his hair at one point.

One day, he caught her stalking him and taking a picture on her phone, he was creeped out and ran away, not realising that she knew where he lived. When he saw her another time, watching him from the alleyway, he caught onto what was going on and called the police on her. Because of all the trouble she was put in, she decided to stop, but this can only lead to worse things later in life.
