Ok everyone it's me again with another challenge for you guys. I see this is going over better than I thought. So I say let's increase the difficulty a little:
For this weeks writer's challenge you will have an interaction with another character and speak in verse. Basically like every cliche' movie you've seen where they suddenly break out into song and dance.
It doesn't have to rhyme, it doesn't have to be metaphorical or anything, but it does need to be verse and thus centered in a block: (just so we can tell it's a sing-songy)
"There was once a lady of Elfwood
Who wrote a story to see if she could.
She wrote and erased,
Growing quite pale faced,
And finally gave up for good."
It's pretty open. You can have just one person speaking in verse or everyone involved, as many times as you want. The situation is completely up to you. Just make sure to have fun with it and sing your heart out through your diction.
