Omnipresent Detection
Twisted Fate is constantly aware of everything around him, making him impossible to sneak up on or surprise from a certain distance. The radius for this ability is hard to determine, but it seems to cut off after about 9 feet. Further depending on the noise or the size of the disturbance the subject is making in the natural magic energies of the earth.
Magic Performance Boost
TF uses magic to increase his physical performance by a small amount, allowing him to run at about 28 mph, lift about 300 lbs one handed, and dodge bullets. In combination with his omnipresent detection, TF can sense when someone flexes their muscles to pull a trigger or aim their weapon, allowing him to dodge automatic fire.

TF is pretty squishy. A lot of damage early on will seriously cripple him for the remainder of the encounter. Make sure you initiate.
Speedy Foes
While they are magic, TF's cards move at the speed of...well, thrown cards. A fast human or someone with great reaction time would prove a worthy foe to Twisted Fate.
Equipment:Card Belt
TF carries a belt filled with three decks of cards. Each deck is a different color and all but one deck contains 30 cards. The last deck contains 4.
Blue Card
As TF's primary attacking card, the blue card is enchanted to eat cut through any type of metal like butter, with the exclusion of Nth Metal. When the blue card makes contact with a target, it conjures one red card into the appropriate deck.
Red Card
The Red Card is TF's primary battlefield clearing item. When it makes contact with something, the red card will explode with concussive force. While not deadly, the red card can clear away doors, walls, and even knock around enemies. When the red card makes contact with something, it will conjure one Blue Card in the appropriate deck.
Gold Card
TF's ace in the hole is his gold card. It has such a powerful incantation on it that TF can only manage to carry around four at a time, and he cannot conjure them up on the go like he can with his other cards. When the gold card is activated and thrown, it will freeze time for everything in a 10 foot radius for 5 seconds, excluding Twisted Fate. During this time, all things frozen cannot be harmed or interacted with, making this more of an escape mechanism for Twisted Fate. Alternatively, the gold card can be used to create a stasis field around a single enemy when it makes contact with their body. This will cause them to be fully aware and immune to any damage or interaction, but will last until TF is up to 30 feet away, or it can be canceled as TF wishes. He can also use this card to protect his allies from deadly blows.

Personality:TF is a cheat, plain and simple. He is greedy, arrogant, and ruthless to anything standing in the way of his desires. He possesses a great love of wealth, as well as the arts of magic and while he is technically a novice in these arts, he is perfectly willing to learn from anyone who proves themselves a better sorcerer than he.

History:Born to gypsy parents, Remy was ushered into cheating and stealing at a very young age by his father, a veteran to the family business. By the age of 5, Remy could count cards, lie, steal, and cheat with the best of them. It came very naturally, to the point where other children almost thought everything he did was magic. However, that was one thing he had always wanted to have: magic.
When his family moved to Jump City after being chased out of town for cheating just about everyone, Remy, now age 16, found his home in the shady underground of Jump and Steel City where he continued the family business. It was at this point he began to search for what he sought most. After all, he was in Jump City. Anything could happen there.
It did end up working that way when he caught wind of an experiment to transfer magical abilities into the common man, and Remy sought out this man and volunteered on the spot. The odds weren't good. Either he would get these magical abilities, nothing would happen at all, or he would be killed instantly. Remy had cheated the odds before, this would be no different.
After the procedure, he stepped out of the machine and felt no different. He was...enraged. Truly enraged. He grabbed a knife from the table and was about to gouge through the young scientist but then...he found himself miles away in the mesa. He slowly looked down at his glowing hands and broke into a large smile, laughing slowly and deeply to himself. Remy Estau was no more. The underground would now belong to Twisted Fate.
