So lets say Void, my npc char down below, had created a large portal that sucked the titans into this game world. The titans had to each fight and KO each other in order to win the game. If they refused, Void would make a end to Jump City. The winner of the whole thing would be able to save Jump City and send their friends back to Jump City. After they go, The winner has to fight Void one on one. If they lose, Void sends them back to Jump City except without something valuable. If they win, Void will not mess with Jump City for a while.
