Cole & Lillian are twins that are believed to be altered humans from a young age. Their only known family member is Alex King, the mother who was murdered presumably when her children reached the ages of 11 & 12. After that it is unknown to most what happened to them, but it is speculated that a villain society experimented on them both and tried to reproduce the twins in an experimental remake group of old Titan villains; such as Thunder & Lightning. The procedure was a moderate success; giving them enhanced durability and weather like powers, as well as completely warping their minds to actually believe they're gods and goddesses.Full Name: Cole & Lillian King

Powers: Super Sonics - Thunder can emit sound waves from his body by clapping his hands together or making any kind of sound. This is due to his electrical signals emitting a certain frequency as they fire, but he can only really channel the flow of the sound waves when using his gauntlets. The sonic blows can be used to discombobulate the target or send them flying with enough force to crush metal in some instances.
Super-Leaps - Thunder can use sonics to give him extra force when jumbing and Lightning can do the same with her current, in addition to giving her slight electromagnetism assisted hover ability.
Durability - Both are slightly more durable than humans, but they do bleed and can't just take bullets to the chest. Thunder is a bit more durable than Lightning and can be hit full force by an oncoming vehicle without any broken bones or fractures.
Energy Projection - Lightning can generate strong electrical currents from her body at all times. However, to direct her electromancer abilities she also needs her wrist gauntlets.
Weaknesses: If the gauntlets are broken they will lose their control over their powers and just go into a primal state of power usage; virtually uncontrollable and can be become harmful to themselves.
They are egocentric; meaning anyone who presses their buttons can convince them to take challenges that are possibly out of their league or lure them into strategic traps.
Used to fighting as a duo; if you were to divide them and make them fight without relying on their pwoers, Thunder & Lightning aren't all that difficult to defeat, especially in hand to hand.
Easily manipulated or stubborn; depending on how you look at it, they only do things that somehow aids them. Meaning they will only kill omeone if they see it has a purpose or will aid in their fun. They have no reason to just steal human goods when they're suppsoed to be gods. You must really convince them that whatever you want them to do will benefit them or be fun, which is hard when trying to negotiate with a being who views you as a spec.
Elemental limits; they are succeptable to any type of weakness their powers naturally naturally permit them. For example redirecting Thunder's sonics or electricty and throwing water on lightning, magnets, etc..
Skills/Strengths: Joint attacks when fighting together, knowledge of Teen Titans and anything that happened to prior Thunder & Lightning, knowledge of all Gods, knows how to fully utilize all their abilities.
Likes: Being worshiped, having fun, causing havoc, doing as they please, winning, storms, other deitys, outdoors, competition, 1st century AD, Greek mythology.
Dislikes: Being called false gods, old Thunder & Lightning, not cowering in fear of them, being opposed, being bested, losing, Teen Titans, their past lives.
Equipment: Gauntlets - Allows them to channel their energies rather than just letting it flow freely from their bodies. Thus allowing the two to control the elements and wield them as they please.
Thunder Cloud - When together they can generate a mist or nimbus cloud that gives them transportation. The science behind it is difficult to understand, but basically the electrocurrent holds them in place, which is generated by Lightning and Thunder's super sonics move them. The cloud emits a noise when moving, as well as sparking considerably, making it appear to be an actual storm cloud.
Habits/Quirks: When speaking they refer to each other as brother and sister and opponents as beast, humans, or whatever species they appear to be. That is unless they have some type of moderate respect for the being.
Personality: Thunder & Lightning speak and act as if they're above petty human squabbles and issues, but to the contrary, when bated they will participate in physical combat and competitions, plus are actually pretty gullible when it comes to doing anything they think will be a challenge or is fun.
