Purpose: Quackers is a comic relief villain who is more easily defeated than other NPC’s. New heroes are almost expected to run into him upon entering Jump City.

Other: He wears a grey suit, a grey fedora, a red tie, white gloves, and a white dress shirt. His yellow duck legs are also covered by a grey pair of dress pants, but he wears no shoes.
===POWERS===
Powers:Gun of plenty- When Quackers uses a firearm of any sort, it never runs out of ammunition. From single-shot pistols to bazookas, Quackers can fire them forever without needing to reload. How does this power work? Quackers doesn’t know himself.
Weaknesses:All he can say is “quack.”
He cannot fly because his body is too big.
He is physically only half as strong as an average human.
===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===
Likes:Ice cream, cards, fashionable suits, soap operas.
Dislikes:The police, superheroes, stupid people, being unable to communicate.
Strengths:He has the intelligence of an average human. His wings work like fully-functioning human arms. He is a quick runner. He ages on a human time scale, giving him a much longer life.
Skills:Possibly the greatest poker player in Jump City. He is a skilled shot with Tommy guns, handguns, and rifles.
Equipment:
Tommy Gun- Quackers’ weapon of choice his trusty Tommy gun. It never runs out of bullets, thanks to his power. It fires 10 bullets per second.
Habits/Quirks:All he can say is “quack.” He relies on gestures (like a gun in the face and an empty bag shoved into a banker’s hands) to communicate for him most of the time. He is a very messy eater.
Personality:He prefers to work in groups of other thieves and villains, but he has no problem working alone. He doesn’t needlessly kill people. He only shoots those who are in his way. It is difficult to make friends when you can’t talk, but he will stick close to any friends he makes. He spends his free time eating ice cream and playing cards.

History:Clyde Quackers was found in the park by a small-time thief named John Ray. The little duckling was alone, having lost his family. John thought the duck was cute and decided to make it his pet. The duck lived with John and accompanied him on his heists, earning him the name ‘Clyde.’ As Clyde grew older, John noticed something strange. Clyde continued growing taller than normal ducks. Also, the steroids that John was addicted to seemed to be disappearing at an alarming rate. Realizing that Clyde had been eating his own pills, John found the result to be hilarious. He allowed Clyde to continue eating them.
Clyde grew up become a duck-human, and became much more intelligent than normal ducks. John taught him how to read and use his wings like arms. Soon, Clyde was participating in robberies instead of just tagging along. His superpower, the ability to never run out of ammunition, came to light during a shootout with the police. During that fight, John was arrested and sent to a lifetime in prison. Clyde however, escaped.
Now Quackers is on his own, stealing what he can to make a decent living. It is the only kind of life he knows.
