Kyte touched down at the base of the Towers, as always, taking the elevator up, but only folding his wings. When the elevator dinged, and opened, he walked out and towards Seth, stopping in front of his desk, without a scratch on him.

You called?

Kyte thought the battle he had just emerged from delightful. It had been a true test of his skills, although there could have been a harder challenge.

Seth sat behind his desk, his white mask emotionless as always. Scattered around the room were boxes upon boxes filled with small clear vials. The vials themselves held an off-yellow liquid.

"Yes. Let me get right to the point. The chaos caused by the Mirror War will give us crucial time to put our next plan in action. Distribute these vials to people in Jump City. They contain a weakened version of the drug called Venom, which increases physical strength and energy. Such a drug is highly demanded in a city like Jump, where super-powered beings daily threaten public safety. You will be selling this Venom to anyone and everyone you can find. Charge just enough so that they don't get suspicious, but low enough so that they can afford it. I want as many people in Jump City to consume Venom as possible."

"I don't intend for your mission to involve any fighting. However, if it does, don't use the Venom on yourself. I cannot explain why right now, but it is crucial to the plan. All of our agents must be 'clean.' Know this: with the success of this mission, we will be only one step away from ensuring chaos the world has never before seen."

Seth laughed. "If you could get a Titan to buy your Venom, that would really be something."

Kyte listened as Seth told him about a drug called Venom; which was in the vials around him now, and said he wanted to distribute it throughout the city. Kyte nodded as Seth told him that he shouldn't consume any.

Of course not. I don't need any additional strength. May I ask that agent Neptune accompany me on this? Or is he busy? For, I'd like to be in human form while I make the deals, and someone to watch my back and help shipping with them.

Seth chuckled. Even one so heartless as Kyte had grown attached to Rico.

"Of course. I didn't want her running around by herself on this mission. She'll watch your back. Just keep an eye on her."

Wait for the Hawks to get moving before you jump in. There will be a very obvious sign of hen to join in.

I was wondering why you said "he." We can use Uranus (Vega) instead of Rico, if you want. It is not too late at all. I would want someone else to play Vega if possible.
