Other: He was temporarly stuck in spectral zone a place where time doesn't pass and all timelines intersect(it is a temporal limbo) and where all human ghosts who still wan't to remain ghosts, and natural born ghosts, and ghosts that are personifications of concepts go(basicly a diminsion of ghosts) go. Even though he is 18 he has only had his powers for about 2 years and is their for still gaining in power so he does not have the ghost powers typical of his age which is why most of his power describtions matches those of the young and inexpearanced ghost capabilities.



===POWERS===




Powers:

Intangibillity: He can turn intangable at will. While intangable he is untouchable, allowing him to pass through most objects as if they weren't their. He can also turn other people and objects intangable as well when in physical contanct with them.

Invisibility: He can become invisible, while invisible he cannot be detected or seen by human senses, or mechanical devices. He can turn other people and objects invensible provided he is in contect with them.

Flight: He can hover and fly, some times at considerable speeds and heights. When hovering or flying his bottom half will sometimes turn into a wispy tail allowing for more speed and control. Also, he can run and walk on horizontal surfaces as though they are horizontal. His normal speed has been clocked at 112 miles per hour but he can easily exeed it to reach speeds up to the speed of sound but at the cost of an extreme loss of stamina so such high speeds cannot be maintained for long.

Overshadowing: He can overshadow a person, animal or object and completely take control of that person by completely phasing into that person. While possioning that person he still use his powers to a certain extent. Being overshadowed can be resisted by sheer force of will.

Ectoplasmic Blasts:He can shoot blasts of ectoplasmic energy. He can shoot it from any part of his body though he normaly uses his hands for easy of aiming. It can take varous forms from a ray of energy, a bright light, to even a repulsion field. His blasts due more damage the longer they charged.

Electroplamic Energy Sheild: He can form constructs of ectoplasmic energy rangeing from a dome to a small shield. The larger the shield the weaker the shield and the more energy it takes to maintain.

Paranormal Strength: As a being of ectoplama he does not have the same limitations as a human giving him increased strength he can lift 30-40 pounds.

Paranormal Agility: His agility, balance, and bodly cordnation far surpase the greatest olympic athletes.

Paranormal Reflects: His reflects are suffecient to let him dodge multiple bullets, arrows, some superfast beings, and even enemy energy blasts.

Paranormal Durability: He can survive much more damage than a regular human. He can survive temperature extremes, falls from great heights, blows from superhumanly strong oponents, rapid machine gun fire, minor explosions. He can survive in space with out protection.

Self Sustance: As a ghost he does not need to eat, drink, or eat and he is immune to all known desease and infections. though he still has the psycological need to dream.

Spectral Body Manipulation: He can transform his body in several ways such as elongating limbs, forming holes in his body to dodge attacks ect.

Electroplasmic Energy Constructs: He can manipulate electroplasmic energy into varous constructs though the more complect the object the more consintration and the more energy it takes.

Retarded Aging: Though he is to young to tell yet a trip to the future proved he is active well into the 31st century.

Interaction with Ghosts: Sense he is half ghost he can interact with ghosts while other people normally cannot. He can see, touch, hear ghosts ect.

Strengths: Ghost/human hybrid physiology. Due to an experement he did when he was younger his DNA was spliced with ghost dna granting him electroplasmic energy powers, intangability, invisibility, overshadowing, flight, minor form control,enhanced physical abilities, and the ability to more easily interact with other ghosts.


Weaknesses:

Nth metal: Nth metal possessios certain anti supernatural proberties that makes it impossible for ghosts to phase through and it is able to more easily harm ghosts. Though due to his hybrid nature he is in fact able to phase through it it takes much more effort and takes more energy and he can still be harmed by Nth metal just not to the same extent.

Loss of Energy: Using his ectoplasmic energy powers drains him of stamina incredibly fast deppending on the size or complexity of the application. If he uses up to much to much energy he will have to rest before he can use his electoplasmic energy powers again. The energy drain varies from being slightly winded to falling asleep for several hours.

Intangability: While intangable he can not be touched but it also makes it more difficult to grab ahold of and harm objects, people ect. If he actualy want's to attack he has to make at least some part of his body tangable leaving him open to attack.

High Level Superhumans: While his physical abilities are greater than a normal human they are not as strong as some others such as kryptonians, daxamites ect. and as such they are able to more easily harm him.

Maturity: Even Though he has ghostly powers he is still only a teenager and as such beings of higher maturity can take advantage of it.

Full Speed Flight: Though he can effortessly maintain a flight speed of up to 114 miles per hour with little to no energy loss if he goes pass that it will drain more and more energy the faster he travels. If he goes full speed and flighs at the speed of sound he will wear himself out and he will have to rest several minutes afterward and if he was flying long distances at that speed he would be on the verge of passing out.

===SPECIES INFORMATION===

Describtion: Their are three main sub catagories of ecto sapiens former humans, natural ecto sapiens, and concept ecto sapiens. Their is even a more rarer classification known as ghost hybrids(half ghost/ half human).

Former Humans, scientific name Ecto Humus Sapiens: Former humans are the type of ghosts people are most familair with they were formaly regular humans who for whatever reason became beings of ectoplasm when they died. Normaly these "ghosts" are restricted to what ever diminsion they were in at the time of death and will remain their if they still have unfinished buisness but if they are made aware of the zone and still wish to remain ghosts they can in fact cross over into the spectral zone. Human Ghosts that choose this path will gain the powers of the natural ecto sapians but unlike the natural ecto sapiens they will have a harder time using them. They tend to look or act like they did in life though it is not unheard of for their personality or appearance to be different or change change overtime.

Natural Ectosapiens: Natural ecto sapiens are "ghosts" who are native to the spectral zone. They evolved their, live their, wish to stay their and as such never died. They beings naturaly made of ectoplasma and as such start off with the natural ecto sapiens though like with humans some Ecto sapiens will be better at some things than others. They tend to have a much easier time using their powers than former humans. Their appearance varies just as much as humans but they tend to have white hair, eyes that are bright colors that can glow, and have paler colors. They also have a more variety of features than humans. They can pass on to the after life win they die but they will have to be willing to or they will simply be brought back as ecto sapiens. They have the same range of personalities as humans.

Concept Ectosapiens: These Ecto sapiens are formed when a large number of people believe and or think about a concept (such as time, space, nature, weather ect.). They tend to have the same powers as regular ecto sapiens but they also tend to have some greater or different powers based on the concept(ghost of time would have chronokinesis, ghost of weather would be able to control the weather ect.). They have the same range of appearance as regular ecto sapiens but tend to have at least some feature or symbol that identify their concept(a ghost of death would have a black robe, a ghost of weather would have a tornado, lightning bolt, or other weather symbol, a ghost of time would have a clock ect. They also tend to have a personality that at least connects to s limited degree with their concept(a ghost of anger would have a bad temper, a ghost of destruction would love to destroy ect) though it is rare but not unheard of for them to have personalities slightly different from their concept.

Hybrids: Hybrids are a unique case in that they are not caused by natural causes. Even if a ghost and human fell in love they could not produce children because a ghost's ectoplasmic physiology is incompatable with human dna their fore humans and ghosts cannot produce offspring togethor. Their are cases however where a large amount of ectoplasmic energy whether valuntary or involuntary can cause a human to gain a hybrid ectoplasmic/human dna forms. Most ectoplasma can in fact altar humans molecules to ectoplasmic molecules theirfore granting the human the powers and abilities of ghosts but it is normally impossible for that to happen. If by accedent or on purpase a human posses the right amound of factors or luck(mostly luck) they can gain ghostly powers. Though in order to grant a (living)human ghost powers the ectoplasma would have to be in concentrated amounts such as in portal openings one way people have been known to become hybrids is to be for some reason right where a portal to the spectral zone appears or to have a artificial spectral zone portal be activated while your inside it.

Since most ghosts have a individual ectoplasmic signiture if they are powerfull enough(century old or more) their is a chance that if a portal opens diracly at that location while a human is in the exact spot the portal opens when the human develops ghost powers their is a chance that the hybrid with have a related ecto signiture(ghosts versions of having being related by dna) and their are related to the ghost on some level but it varies on how strong the ghost and even with the strongest ghosts it is a 1/10000 chance.

Powers:

Ghost Physiology: a ghosts physiology grants them numerous powers and abilities due to being made of ectoplasm rather than flesh and blood and due to unknown supernatural powers that scientest have been unable to identify.

List of ecto sapiens powers.

This section will be dived into basic ghost powers and non basic powers. It will futher be divided between the ghost powers that are more metaphysical such as invisibility, intangability, flight, ectoplasmic energy manipulation and, overshadowing and ghost's paranormal physical abilities such as Superhuman strength, durability, speed, reflects, and healing.

Basic ghost powers

Partly metaphysical powers: ghosts as beings made of ectoplasma tend to have powers that are partly metaphysical in nature

Invisibility: Ghosts can become undetectable at will. While ghosts are invisible they cannot be detected by human, superhuman, or mechanical means of detection. They can also turn other people and objects invisible provided they are in physical contact with them.

Intangability: Ghosts can become intangable at will. While intangable they are untouchable and as such can fly or walk through virtualy anything and almost all attacks pass through them. They can also turn other objects and people intangable provided they are in contact with them. While they can become phase through most attacks they have to willing become intangable and their fore can be injured when cought offguard.

Flight/Hovering: They can fly and hover at will and sometimes at considerable heights and speeds. The speed varies from the users experience and age their fore a young ghost or one who recently gained their powers would be slower than one who has had more experience or older. Younger and less experianced ghosts can generaly move faster than normal but it takes concentration and drains for energy. The max flight speed that a young and experainced ghost can reach with out straining themselfs is generaly oround 114 miles per hour but the maximun safe flight speed increases with age and experience and some older ghosts have been known to match superman in flight speed or be even faster. Ghosts can even run/walk/ and stand on vertical objects as though they are horizontal.

Overshadow: Ghosts can overshadow people, animals, and objects by becomeing intangable and walking into them. While they are overshadowed the ghost can control their every action and even still use some of the ghosts powers. The person or animal overshadowed can resist by sheer force of will and their have been instances where ghosts have been forced out of the person they are overshadowing by people of incredibly strong will power though since objects have no will of their own a ghost can typically overshadow a object without trouble. When a ghost leaves a person they overshadowed the person is left with no memory of the time they were overshadowed. This same power allows ghosts to enter dreams.

Ectoplasmic Energy Manipulation: Ghosts can manipulate ectoplasmic energy for varous purpases such as shooting blasts, making shields , or even forming rudamentery constructs. The blasts also called ecto rays, plasma blasts ect can take varous forms such as a ray of energy, a light, or even a repulsion field. Ghosts can also form ectoplasmic energy into shields in the form of domes, squal shields ect. the shields can even be expanded to protect multiple people though the bigger the area generaly the weaker the shield. Ghosts can also form their ectoplasmic energy into some objects such as swords, spears, a swatters, bombs ect but the more complex the object the harder it is to maintain. The ghosts ectoplasmic energy color varies from ghost to ghost but can be white, green, pink, violot, blue, or red. Most of the time their is a relationship between a ghosts ectoplasmic energy's color and its maximum powerlevel. The order of power from weakest to strongest is green/white, blue. pink, violet, then red. As a ghost gains experiance he/she can normally fire the stronger blast colors and with less effort.

Paranormal Physical Abilities: Ghosts as beings of ectoplasma rather than flesh and blood tend to have higher physical capabilities than humans.

Superhuman Strength: Ghosts tend to have greater physical strength than a normal human with even the youngest and weakest ghosts being significally stronger than a human. A young and in experianced ghost tends to be able to lift on average somewhere in the 30-40 ton but ghosts gain strength with age and older more experianced ghosts can in fact reach superman levels of strength (100+) or stronger.

Superhuman Durability: Ghosts tend to be able to survive things humans cannot. A young and inexpereanced ghost can survive temperature extremes, falls from great heights, great impact forces, most low caliber weaponry, and explosions but ghosts also tend to gain strength with age and experience allowing some older and more experienced ghosts to be at superman levels of durability or more. Even the weakest ghosts can survive in outerspace.

Superhuman Speed: While most ghosts don't use the speed force like the flash's they are faster than even the fastest humans. Most young and not experienced ghost can move at speeds surpassing the fasts cars but ghosts get faster with age and experiance with older and more experianced ghosts being as fast or faster as superman.

Superhuman Reflects: Ghosts have better reflects, balance, and body cordnation than the even best human athletes. Most young and inexperianced ghosts tends to have suffient reflects to dodge bullets, arrows, and some beings with superspeed but a ghosts reflectes like all their powers increases with age and experience allowing a older and more experienced ghost to have reflectes as good or better than superman. Ghosts also tend to be more cabable at acrobatic feets, dodgeing attacks ect than regular humans.

Superhuman Healing Factor: Ghosts are able to heal faster and with more efficincy than even the healthies human. A young and experienced ghost can heal from minor to moderate injures faster than a regular human but a ghosts healing factor like all their powers improves with age and experience with older more experienced ghosts able to heal from even the smallest pieces in a matter of seconds or better.

Immunity to desease and infection: Sense ghosts are made of ectoplasma rather than flesh and blood they are immune to all known desease and infections.

Self Sustance: Ghost's due not need to eat, drink, or sleep due to being sustained ectoplasmic energies though they due still have the psycological need to dream and they can still proccess food stuff if they wan't to eat or drink.

Immortality: Age has no meaning to a ghost they don't age, they don't decay ect. Ghosts due change with experiance though to the point where a more experianced ghost will look older, biger, ect than a less experianced ghost, ghosts also experiance the mental maturity that humans normaly get from age so for example a 20 year old ghost will look and act differntly than a 2 year old ghost. Ghost's unlike humans don't get weaker with advanced age instead they get stronger with age so for example a 1,000 year old ghost will be far stronger than a 18 year old ghost. It is rare but not unheard of though for a younger ghost to be able to face and defeat a ghost older than them.

Rarer Ghost Powers

Cryokinesis: This power allows ghosts to create and utilize cold and ice. Ghosts with this power are able to shoot rays of intense cold from their hands or eyes, fire off icy constructs, and radiate cold all around them.

Duplication: Duplication is a ghost's ability to make identical copies of himself/herself/itself. It's speculated that duplication is achieved either by physically splitting (like a single-celled organism) into a certain number of copies of oneself (which suggests that a ghost's capacity to duplicate is an extension of their ability to manipulate their own mass), or by generating ectoplasmic energy constructs to serve as duplicates. Regardless, a ghost can chose to re-assimilate/re-absorb their duplicates when they are not needed or whenever necessary.

When a duplicate is destroyed, it dissipates. It is unknown if the original ghost automatically regains the mass/energy used to create the duplicate. The duplicates themselves are capable of independent movement, thought and action from the original ghost (but some ghosts possibly could use a duplicate as a puppet with no free will of its own). They also have the same powers as the original ghost. It is unknown if the original ghost will remember anything that his or her duplicates learned while they were in action.

Teleportation: Teleportation is the power to move from one place to another almost instanly by thought. It is a very rare, but effective ghost power, and usually only the most powerful ghosts possess it or can easily use it.

There are also many different versions of teleportation, some ghosts just disapear, other do it in a form of energy, some even have unique ways.

Telekinesis: Telekineas is the ability to make objects move, float, fly or break by thought, the limit to how much can be lifted seems to depend on the ghost, and how powerful the ghost is, it is one of the greatest perhaphs the greatest formidible power there is.


Ghostly Wail: Some ghosts are able emit extremly powerfull wails, it is like a sonic screem with a ghostly wail behind it. It is one of the most destructive powers a ghost can possess it is able to cause extreme damage in a large radius, defeat large amounts of enemies, and even throw vastly stronger opponents miles away at a time. A weak and inexperienced ghost can use this power to destroy armies and wreck a few city blocks while a older and expienced ghost can destroy planets with even the slightest use of this power. This power is thankfully one of the rarest powers for a ghost to possess and even rarer for a young ghost to possess.

Transformation: Transformation the ability for a ghost to change its apperance, form, and even charateristics.Very few ghosts possess this power, and even fewer are shown to be able to use it properly. When changing form, the ghost usually the gains the strengths and weaknesses of what they change into, although this isn't always the case. Ghost's who possess this power can also cause minor changes such as stretching their arms beyond their normal limit, forming holes in their body's to dodge attacks ect. The number of things a ghost can transform into and the effort required to transform like all ghost powers changes with age.

Ectoplasmic Energy Manipulation: He can like all ghosts manipulate ectoplasmic energy for varous results though his powers are on a level surpassing most ghosts. He mostly prefirs fireing the powerfull red color and his control is such that his blasts can change direction, move angles, track his target, and even teleport to the location, he can effortsly destroy a solor system or more with his blasts. He can form ectoplasmic energy into virtualy invurlnable barriers to defend himself and or others. He can form ectoplasmic energy into varous shapes though do to his vast power and skill he can form objects rivaling even the best green lanterns.

Superhuman Strength: He like all ghosts is far stronger than a human though his strength is far stronger than most ghosts and his strength is for all intents and purpases unlimited.

Superhuman Durability: He is immune to all forms of physical harm and is incredibly resistant to non physical harm the only chance someone can injure him physicaly is to attack him with nth metal(a metal all ghosts are harmed by) and even he is capable of taking far more hits.

Superhuman Speed: He is stated to be second only to flash's when flash is running at full speed. He prefers flying to running and he is faster than flash when flying.

Superhuman Reflects: He like all ghosts has higher reflectes to a human being though his reflectes are greater than most ghosts. He can dodge and react to virtualy any attack, being who fight him claim fighting him is like fighting nothing because it is virtualy impossible to hit him.

Superhuman Healing Factor: Even with his superhuman durability it is possible to injure him. When injured he is capable of healing from a single molecule in seconds.

Immunity to desease and infection: Sense ghosts are made of ectoplasma rather than flesh and blood they are immune to all known desease and infections.

Self Sustance: He doesn't need sleep, food, or drink, he never tires.

Immortality: He is as old as the spectral zone a place outside of space and time, a place where all time lines connect and where time has no meaning, basicly a temporal limbo. He is the oldest ghost in existance.

Elemental Control: He has full control over the elements on a diminsional scale .

Duplication: He can form armies of himself at will.

Teleportation: He can teleport anywhere in space/time provided he knows the locations

Telekinesis: He can move virtualy any amount of weight with his mind.

Ghostly Wail: He can destroy solar systems or more with nothing but a whispir

Transformation: He turn himself into virtualy anything

Telepathy: he can mentally communicate with beings in different universes.

Astral Projection: He can project his himself to interact with beings even in different universes.
===Skills===

Skills:

Master Combat: He is one of the greatest fighters who ever lived with almost a eternity of experience and practice. He is a master of all forms of combat armed and unarmed and has perfected them to a art form.

Master Strategest: He has led the spectral zone for almost an eternity. He is one of the greatest strategests who ever lives. He is master panner, stradegest. tactiontion ect and has perfected it to the point where when they know he is leading his army most enemies surender on sight.

Master Scholar: He has had virtualy a eternity to study almost all subjects his knowledge and skill is virtualy unrivaled.

Equipment:

Royal Ghost Armor: A suit of plate armor that resembles mediaval armor. The plates are made of a material only found in the spectral zone ectomanium, ectomanium is a industructable material that is extremly hard to find and is even harder to work, the plates of his armor are made of the heighest grade ectomanium making it indestructable. The mail parts are made of the weaker but more flexable ectosteel ectosteel is weaker than ectomanium but is more flexibal, it is still durable to take more damage but can be broken with suffiecent force. While wearing his armor the only place that he is able to be damaged is the joints and neck.

Royal Ghost Sword: The Royal Ghost Sword is a long sword made of ectomanium and as such is completely indestructable the sword is also sharpened on the molecular level making it able to cut through virtualy anything. The sword is enchanted to allow him to focus his ghost powers through it allowing him to for instance fire ectroplasmic energy from his sword, shapeshift his sword to match his curent height ect.

Royal Ghost Shield: The Royal Ghost Buckler is a large shield made of ectomanium making it completely indestructable and its edge are sharpened to an molecular level allowing him to cut his opponents with the edges and it has suffiecent weight to allow him to harm enemies by smashing it into them. His shield can also be thrown annd will allways return to him.

Personality: As the ruler of the spectral zone he has a cammanding pressence and is able convine others to follow him quite easily.

He is known to do virtualy everything it takes to get what he want's and is not afraid to use whatever means neccesary to take it.

Though aside from those traits he is in fact a just ruler and a caring king he does his best to rule his kingdom and is willing to do anything to protect it. He can seem cruel and he goes to whatever means necessary to make sure people follow his orders because he knows if they are not under his control the ecto sapiens with their powers would run amuck and the spectral realm would became chaotic

He is nice to those he considers allies but is absolutly mercillis to his enemy's. He all ways tries to repay a dept and his word is his law but he does not give his ward to just anybody you gave to realy earn it.

All in All he is a fair, hard, but just king who would do anything for his kingdom and his people.

Other Facts. Due to him recently being near the portal where Alexanderhad the accedent that made him a hybrid he is currently related to Alexander. The Ghost King is fully aware of the faxt but he has chosen for the time being to keep it a secret from Alexander but he has in fact chosen to mentor the Alexander from afar.

The ghost king will not battle in the rpg though he will appear from time to time in order to offer advice to Alexander. The in universe reason for this is because he is letting Alexander short things out himself and is more concernd with the spectral zone than earth. The actual reason is because he is to much of overpowered character so I am taking the phantom stranger way and making him a character who simply offers advice from time to time. He short of be in a force ghost parden the pun type of help.

I decided to give a more extensive backgrown about the varous things about his character and history such as the spectral zone information, ecto sapien information and the ghost king who will be a sort of a obiwan style mentor.

I just thought it would provide better understanding if I provided a fuller backgrownd first.
